Zelda is the younger sister of viking and the village Berk's chief Stoik the Vast and aunt to his son Hiccup

Zelda remembers the war against dragons since the day she was born, she still remembers the day her brother took down his first dragon, as Hiccup always reminded Zelda of his mother, both wanting to end the war against dragons with peace, rather befriend a dragon than kill one and not one for fighting

Zelda would count as one of Hiccup's only friends given his dispution with the dragons, she feels the same since she was born in the war itself, she wants nothing more than peace for both sides yet given how others feel of it, doesn't actually voice it

But all of it changes when her nephew manages to befriend the most feared dragon, a Nightfury

There's always a difference between the end of a war, and it always depends on how it ends, ether of peace or more bloodshed. This is how one ended in peace between Vikings and Dragons

"Stoik, you don't realize what your putting your son through just because not only he has a different opinion of this war, which I agree has gone on for far to long of lives both Viking and dragon being lost." Zelda yelled at her brother who glared at her of his opposing towering form to his younger sister. "Are you frustrated because of the agreement of it you take it out on your own son?!" Zelda yelled, Stoik hardened his gaze, "Quiet." He said, "OR IS IT BECAUSE HE REMINDS YOU OF VALKA!" Zelda snapped making Stoik push Zelda to the floor.

The Viking chief's eyes were filled with rage and fury, but also hurt and regret. "Get out of my sights, your far from my little sister I thought I had." Zelda's eyes welded with tears as she stood up, "If it means I can get away from the imposter of my brother than fine by me!" Zelda yelled, running off leaving her brother to only watch as the blonde ran as some of her tears fell from her grey eyes.
