Sooooo I unexpectedly got my ears pierced again today..... it was very..... eventful

So like, this lady right. She does my sisters ears first. My mom and I are watching her, and her hands are shaking so badly while she's just marking where it's going to go. So it's a little bit nerve wracking whenever I go over to get mine done, but anyways. I go over there, my mom was left to go to the bathroom, she asks if I want to wait on my mom and feeling brave today I told her to just get it over with.

So she does the first earring and I'm like "okay, feels just like my last piercing. It's fine" and then she pulls her hand away from me...... and it pulls on my ear too. Apparently she's got her glove stuck in my earring. She starts freaking out and even tho I'm panicking a lot I realize someone's gonna have to calm down to handle the situation, so I tell myself to breathe (and later on when I tell my mom what happened she just went "wow. My anxious 17 year old was the voice of reason" lmao). I basically just went "why don't you take the glove off your hand and go get some scissors???" Bc obviously that would be the best thing to do right??? So she goes to grab them and my mom finally comes back and sees what's going on, and as this lady with her super shaky hands approaches me I feel fucking terrified so I really quickly(still worrying about sounding rude tho) tell her "wait. Can my mom do that??" Bc I do not trust her a single bit, lmao.

My mom finally just cut off the biggest part of the glove, and then ripped out the rest of it. And somehow, despite how much I'm panicking as I'm handed the mirror I manage to joke "now my ear matches my red hair."

The second piercing hurt a lot less.

Lol yeah, I am actually really happy with the piercing. It just hurt a lot for a while. I also got a cool choker and necklace afterwards, and I think it looks really cool!

I got a lot of pictures of myself today, bc I think I look fucking awesome in my outfit I've got on.

I honestly, even though I'm excited for Halloween, don't want to change into my costume lmao. I just feel like I actually look really good, and it's nice.

Speaking of my costume, I do need to get off of here to go finish up working on that. I stayed up till 5AM last night getting as much done as I could, but there's still stuff I have to do for it today (mostly just putting on makeup tho). So yeah, I may possibly have another part up later showing how I made my costume. It's super cool and I'm super happy with it and really excited to wear it. Just.... also not too keen on changing out of my current clothes. But oh well lol.
