And one thing I like to share is that in last part I have requested for a title to this story but no one give me. So I have decided a title suggested by my school friend. Thank you guys.

Recap : how om and gauri meet.

Here goes to the story.

As everyone together danced and its over now.

Chubby take the mic .

C: so now its end of group dance. Lets start couple dance .

First let me call upon the youngest couple of younger generation and the craziest couple . Mr. Dumbbell singh oberoi and Mrs. ACP singh Oberoi On the stage.

Ruvya come in the stage started dancing on BADRINATH KI DULHANIYA

Ruvya danced so amazing and they were given khitikithod performance.
Many girls were drooling over Rudy seeing his arms and muscles. In the last bhavya locked Rudy hands with her hand with Handcuff and drag him with her.

Mallika took the mic now.

M: waah what dance Rudy i know you were flirt but i dont you are this romantic and good at dance. Ok lets welcome next couple. Eldest of the younger oberois our khitikithod couple
Mr. Billu singh Oberoi and Mrs. Pannika singh Oberoi. Shivaay glare at anika and mallika for calling him billu while they both laughing.

Shivika come on the stage and started on the song DIL DIYAN GALLAN.

Ad: waah re waah kya baat hai bhaiya aap aur romantic. I thought romance and you are like north and south pole.

M: opposite attract each other adithya.

Ad: yup that's rit.ok guys let's finally call the middle couple of youngest generation most cutest couple of oberoi parivaar. Mr. Zulfi singh Oberoi and Mrs. Chuhiya singh oberoi.

Gauri was ready to bounce on adi for calling her chuhiya but om stopped her.

RiKara come on the stage and they danced on GERUA .

C: Ha haan what an romantic dance. Mesmerizing dance i almost forgot that I'm in OM. Enchanting performance om bhai and bhabhi.

Soon the dance and song is over now it's time for cake cutting. All three couple together cut a big cake. And the function came to a end. Except chubby ,mallika and aditya other friends and guest has leaved OM.

All sitting and chatting in the living room. Adithya smiled seeing gauri laughing happily.

He dive into flashback .

Flashback

In mall same day when om meet gauri second time. She moved from there. Om also turned to go some one stopped him .

S : you are omkara ?
O: yes but you ??

S: I'm adi gauri's friend ( pointed the direction where gauri went)

O : oh that day you are one who talked to me from her phone right .

Ad: yup right. Thanks bro for that day.

O: hey no yaar.

Ad: But still I should . For helping her.

O: one second shall I ask you some thing ?

Ad: ask.

O: you didn't even see me but you recognize me but she saw me and she know me even then also she behave like a stranger why ??

Ad: that ... Oo

O: if it's uncomfortable then leave it .

Ad: no it's not what you think ok. She has memory problem so only .

O: what🙄😲 ? I don't get it.

Ad: she forget things so easy. And she unable keep remember everything and everyone .

O: is she a memory loss patient ?

Ad: no no not in that way. Ok let me explain . How much time she know you like in timing (here im referening minutes) ?

O: just a five to ten mins .

Ad: so the thing is she will forget the thing she saw for few mins and few times even its thing , person or her work.

O: then how come she know you and remember you?

Ad: ah that I'm with her from her childhood. That time she doesn't have this type problem .

O: mean?

Ad: she had met with a accident when she finished her twelth. After that accident she had this problem. I even asked her to see doctor to cure this problem. But she is stuffborn one refused saying that is better for her.

O: so you just leave her suffer with this problem ?

Ad: that's not the problem i compelled her drag her to doctors. Even now she is in treatment but still no improvement.

O: even being in treatment she doesn't improvement why so ?

Ad: For that she has to show some interest for herself right . She has something in her mind and not saying anything.

O: she doesn't showing interest. There must be some reason why she is like this? Isn't?

Ad: yup there is ..

O: then what's the reason ?

Ad: I don't know.

O: ( with a smile ) that's ok . Leave it.

Ad: what ?

O: that's fine yaar. May be you are not ok with sharing with me. If I say still clear you don't trust me.

Ad: hey it's not like that if I don't trust you , you think i would have tell you about her problem ? Its has been six years but she never said the reason to me. But being with her from her childhood i know her. Atleast i understand what's in her mind but she never shared with me. So I'm not one to say you.

O: fine then who ?

Ad showed his hand behind om. Om looked back and gauri is coming towards them.

Gauri came near them.

G: Adi kahan gaya tu ? You know me then also ?

Ad: i didn't run away madam. Why are you getting hyper ?? I'm here only . chill okk!!

Here Om was looking at Gauri and he smiled and said

O: guys i'm feeling hungry why don't we have something and then you both can have argument.

Ad: even i think that's better . Come Gauri let's move.

They three moved to food court in mall . three seated in same table. Om and Adi have some conversion , Gauri was glaring at Adi Om who stealing glance at Gauri noticed this.

O: Adi I think your friend dont like you talking to me..

Gauri in a second looked some else and acted like she is eating.

O: hello Ms. what do you think he shouldn't talk to anyone when your are present ??

Gauri is glaring Om.

O: kya hmm kya kuch tho bolo ?

G : Adi I'm done come let's go.

A: haa...

G: kya ? chalo do you have any work pending ?

A: nahi par ,

before he complete om interrupt them.

O: Gauri if you wants to go you go Adi will accompany till I finish eating ok . Adi why are you standing just sit.

Gauri is now fuming bcoz Adi never ignore its first time he ignore her for someone who is just stranger for her . And more over this guy is behaving rude with her .

( w: Gauri sach mein is he behaving rude . Acha phele ai bolo rude ka matlab kya hai ?

G: shut up muje pata hai rude ka matlab lekin unko ladki se baat karne ka tameez nahi pata hai na hi unke bare mein kuch bole aur bina pocha muhje se aise baat karte hain fir kya bolun unne.

W: aacha ji agar usne tume unki intro karne baat aise baat kiya tho tik hai ?

G: wo muhje nahi pata aacha bye time hogaya 🖐..)

Gauri gone from there. Om started laughing Adi also joined him.

O: such a kid she is.

Ad: ok Om nice meeting you I have to go now and sorry for leaving you in middle .

O: hey that's fine no problem . meet you both soon.

Ad: okay.

O: kam se kam muhje apna number do ke tho jao .

Ad: ok note down .

both exchanged their number . Adi leave from there.

Here gauri was standing near a pillor and smiling .

G: (In heart) Inn saalon mein pheli baar ek insaan mujse normal baat kiya, lagta hai Adi ab tak mera problem ke bare mein kuch bhi nahi bataya hai, isliye nahi tho kaun muje se aise baat karega. lekin aacha lagta hai.

Adi comes there see Gauri was standing near pillor he is behind her .

Ad: chalo Gauri chalte hain.

Both moved from there.

After somedays Om and Adi have been in contact thro phone.

One day Om called Adi.

O: hello Adi .

" Hello it's not Adi It's me and who are you ?" said someone.

O: who are you ? I'm Adi's friend . I want to talk with Adi.

" he is little busy right now so you can't "

O:( Smiling) Gauri Will give the phone to Adi I need to talk to him .

G: How you know It's me ?

O: How you know it's me

G: Don't tease me and just answer for my question ..(making face)

O: hai i didn't tease you ok I'm also asking you how you know its me ?

G: Tum sach mein bewaguf ho ya aisa nadak karahi ho ?

O: kya ??😧😧😧

G: Then what else you number is saved and you act like you so innocent ?

Adi came from washroom .

Ad: gauri is who is on call ?

After seeing her irritated face he know who is that .

Ad: Is that om over phone ?

G: hmm take this .

she gave phone go from there.

Ad in call.

Ad: kya yaar tume usse chidene ke alawa aur kaam nahi hai kya ? You both fight only when you see each other but now it's over in phone also 😅.

O: arre Chennai express muh bandh kar mein kuch nahi bola usse bas tere pass phone Dene keliye bolota tik hai uss keliye bhi usse gussa kyun Raha Hain?
Pata nahi isko kya problem jab bhi mujhse baat karti hai ladna chati hai .

Ad: Accha kya baat hai kuch important hai kya ?

O: Haan jis baat keliye call Kiya tha wahi bolona bhool gaya.
Wo kya haina Mera Bhai ka ek friend hai jo psychiatrist hai mein unse gauri ki bare baat Kiya wo abhi abhi foreign se return hai please tum kuch bhi Karo gauri ko wahan le aav tik hai .

Ad: par om wo nahi manegi . Mein kaise usse manavum ?

O: kuch bhi bolo friends meeting bolo , party vagera kuch bhi bolna aur usse le aav thik hai .

Ad: tu bewakoof hai kya hospital mein party kaise ?

O: arre hospital kyun hamara meeting na ek hotel hone wala hai tho tum kuch bhi bolo but you have bring her i will text you the address okk ?

Ad: tik hai .

( I don't want to drag more it's going more than what I think so )

Ad convince gauri some how saying it's one his friends birthday so they have to go.

Both reached the venue.

G : party bola par koyi celebration ka decoration nahi hai aur na hi people kaisa party hai ?

Ad: gauri hum jaldi aagaye hain kuch samayi sabar Karo na yaar .
Tu baito .

Ad moved to a corner and call to om .
And see om is coming with a lady.
He goes towards them.

Ad: om yaar . From entrance she started asking questions . You know how difficult it's to convince her ?

O: hogaya. First of all i will handle her and then Mallika di he is adi and adi she is doctor Mallika.

Ad: Hello Dr.

Ma: hello adi , and yup please call me Mallika or mallu as shiv om ru no formalities.
They shaken the hands.

Ma: let me first have normal conversation with gauri then i will decide
What I have to do with her problem ok.

Later om ,adi and Mallika go there where gauri was sitting.
Gauri see them . She was frowning seeing a new person.
Adi goes sit beside her. whereas om and Mallika in opposite.

G: who is this adi ? Whose birthday is today ?

Instead of adi Mallika answered.

Ma: Noone's birthday is today. We just lied to adi so you both can come 😸.

Ad: what it's a lie 🤥 ?

Om just look at adi with his one eyebrow raised.

Om'mind : waah kya acting Bhai . Tujhe tho mein baat mein dekhlunga . Abhi keliye gauri pe concentrate karna hai.

Ad: kya yaar jut kyun bola ? Pata hai gauri ko kitna mushkil se convince karke bolaya hai yahan ?

G: adi zyada acting math kar tujhe Karan Johar nah hi Rohit Shetty unke movie pe chance Dene Wale hai tik hai.
Sab samjh sakti mein sab ko nahi tho kaam se kaam tumko .
Phele se Sakta subha iske call ke baat tum ajeeb behave karata . Isliye sakta mujhe.

Later ad told everything to her. Gauri was not ready for it. Adi almost beg her gauri got ready leave the place.
When om had enough of this , he just shouted at gauri .

O: ok I don't know what is your past what happen why you so but you know everything right and also you know adi is also struck with you. Ok you didn't care for you that's ok but why don't you think about adi ?

Gauri look at him with tear filled eyes
Adi look at om shocked 😲. Gauri was trying to control herself.

O: you said now you only have adi and even he also has only you , even he want a happy life but he can never be happy with you being like this. You are always ready to riden in your past deceipt Knowing adi how stopped himself from living his own for you , don't you think you are being selfish taking his advantage.

That's the last string gauri just run from giving deaf ears to adi. Who was asking her to stop.

Adi just furiously turn to om .

Ad: Om this is not right, she never stopped me from living my life, it's me decide that and she was never like this before and you also know that. You just crossed your limit om.

Ad just closed his eyes for a min and again turn to om and Mallika.

Ad: thank you both of you , but hereafter I don't need your help . However gauri let her be i don't care just want her to be happy even I want her to cure but not like . I can bear anything but not her tears. Good bye.

Ad leave from there.

Ma: om what is this ? Why did you do like this ?
O: That's the only wayto convince her for treatment ? Can't look at her suffer and ad . I don't know come so close to them short span. And for that I have to do this.

Mallika give him a known look and they both leave from there.

In ad house.

Gauri entered the house goes to her room shut the door . Ad also reached their bang on her door . But she was not willing to open .

Ad: gauri please open the door . Please don't take om's word seriously it's not like that please Ri.

Still gauri hasn't speak anything. Ad can hear her sobs.

Ad: gauri baccha please say something please 🥺🥺.

Ad was almost in tears.

Ad sat outside her room . After sometime again called her.

G: Adi I'm fine ad please let me be alone sometime then I will be fine.

Ad: tu.. tum tik haina ..

G: Haan you go.

Ad again just sat there he was still not sure of her . Later he went to his room deciding after this he will not contact om .

In morning

Gauri got up and get ready she came out if her room .
She saw adi was continuously rejecting a phone call she know who that will be.

G: adi who is that why are you rejecting it again ?

Ad: gauri tum thik hai kab utti tum . Dekh gauri we both know what we are to us so never bring others word ok .
And he is blabbering continuously gauri just look at him.

Suddenly adi's mobile rang after seeing the ID adi goes to cut the call when Gauri snatch the mobile from him and attend the call.

Even before the caller say anything she started talking.

G: hello I'm ready to meet the doctor . Can you give me the number so I can get an appointment for me.

(So now you guys may guess who the caller is yess.. it's om)

Both adi and om where shock 😲. Om know she will eventually come in but not this soon. And Adi was most shocked bcoz its drastic change in Gauri.

G: Hello are you there ? Hello omkaraji aap line mein hai?

O: AA aah ha Haan hun. Wo kya ?

G: I need doctor number can you send me please?

O: no I will get an appointment for you.

G: no i will . Don't trouble yourself.

O: it's not a trouble . Then what for friends are ? I'm happy you accept for the councilling as I said.

G: oh hello zyada udna maat, come down ok. I accept that for my Adi he was all I have , I can't see him sad bcoz of me.

O: (making faces🥴) whatever but I'm happy 😁. Ok I will call after getting the appointment.

G: ok want to talk to Adi?

O: no he himself will talk to me. Bye 👋.

Adi was being the silent spectator all this while.

Gauri after cutting call she turn and look him . Adi don't know what to say .
Gauri just smile at him and goes to her room.

After om called inform them he got the appointment today itself . They go to the Mallika's small clinic which is near her house.

Gauri go with Mallika . Adi was sitting in Mallika house. Om entered there. Adi see om and he don't know what to say him so he was silent. Om goes sat beside him.

O: you don't even talk to me now also ?

That's it Adi just hug him .

Ad: I'm sorry om I'm so sorry if not for you i don't who would made this. I always pray to Ri's Shankar to come help her I think so he send you.

O: abbe pagal hai kya tu insan hun . Ab tu cry baby thara Rona bandh kar samji ?

Adi smile and nodded.

Gauri's session got over. Mallika call both adi nd om informed them to get gauri to do some test in this week itself.

After a week.

After taken all report again adi and gauri visit Mallika.

Mallika studied her report and start her session.

Later after the session Mallika talk to both Om and Adi .

Ma: look it's not like we can't she had started her treatment early it could have more easy.

Ad: Matlab can't we cure it now ?

O: Adi let her complete what she want to say why are deciding yourself .

Ma: Adi i didn't say it's not cure but it will take time and it's needs her effort more. Her condition is like anterograde it a type amnesia .

There different types of Amnesia regrading the person age, brain function, their neurology function etc .. some are like happen due to accident amnesia, partial amnesia, selective amnesia etc

(Pl. Note : Guys above about amnesia is what I learn and I know and some are for story moving so don't go logical thinking. Please forgive me if there are any mistake)

Ma: Her condition is anterograde amnesia.

O : what is that ?

Ma: There are 2 types. Anterograde and retrograde amnesia. Which cause due to accident.
Retrograde: where people tend to for all their past remember their mind only have their present. Some time they will forget everything in one time free accident but sometimes they will forget step by step after the accident.
Where as
Anterograde : where people remember very well what happen before their accident but fail to register new person and incident after the accident in the sense their present and future. They will definitely will not recognise or remember the person or incident they see only one time. But ..

Adi interpret her.

Ad: Mallika please nerology class maath lo bas gauri ki condition bolo please.

Ma: even I'm coming for when was talking to her she said while completing her college she took some treatment like mediation and so.

Ad: Haan she tends to forget easy what she read unless and until she read it numerous times so when i search on net they mediation and candle technique so i asked her to do but she stopped it after college.

Ma: That's good may be that the reason maybe it's protected her brain function.

AO: gauri ki condition kya hai ab ?

Ma: see her condition is like anterograde .

O: then what's it cure ? Can we get treatment here or we have to go abroad ? Medicine and all .

Ma : there no medication and cure for it .

AO : what ?

Ma: yes there is no permanent cure Haan but still there treatment for there. When see her I have so much hope that she can be normal as us.

Ad : for how just now you said there no cure ?

O: Haan then bolo , whatever it is we are ready to do that .

Ma: Adi ask her to continue her old treatment in home . We have make her come out of her family's drastic death wich happened infront of her eyes. Regularly bring her for session ok rest i will take care. And i will give you some vit tablets also which from side help brain to heel in strength wise.

O:. Mallu di she will be ok right ?

His voice has some pain adi note that for first time. Adi look at om he doesn't see his friend Gauri's well wishers.

Ma: Always hope for best om . Everything will be best ok . Come she must wake now let me go and see her.

After session over all gone there. Adi watched om who for time to time look Gauri with different emotion but when she look at him he will change his expression.

Days started rolling om got close to gauri. They become best friends but that never come between adiri infact adi so happy after the accident expect adi om was the first to enter Gauri's closed heart. He can eventually see the changes in her.
After the accident she never go anywhere alone . But now she go alone with help of him and om just their message. But not so distant just within their reach. Because they can't risk it just been six months still it will take time.

She always avoid speaking to new people but because of om she was trying and first people is om' brother Shiv and ru.
Shiv is her over protective brother like mother hen. Ru is like her baby who always wanted her attention. It took almost a month to recognise them . After that ShivRu become best part of her life. She started seeing her bhai Advay in shiv ( who is adi' s best friend adu ) who die struggling infront of her eyes. Shiv behave exactly like him . And that's is the first time she cried after the accident which helped her so much to come out her grief.

Om was knowing or unknowingly started love her which he hasn't realize till now.
Gauri it's a big question ❓.

Adi was really happy how gauri is progressing in her treatment even Mallika was happy because treatment was working faster than what she calculated. And even said if it's goes like this gauri may get well soon . Om was literally so Happy to hear this. Later om decide to introduce Gauri to his family maybe that may give more changes in her but still they can't take any action so faster have to take it slowly . So he decide to wait for some more days before introduce Gauri to his family.
But om was so sure that meet will have great effect on her.
