➵ First impression : Goosebumps!!

➵ Cover : I liked the cover, dark and depicts sadness. Graphic designer has done a good job!

➵ Title : Though there was no reference to the title in the shot, but I understood why it's 'Heartbeat'. Apt for the shot!

➵ Blurb : The blurb was all happy & cheery, I would suggest you to change it and add something interesting so readers get a slight idea of what is there in the shot. Other than that, I didn't get that urge to read the one shot, maybe because I'm not a MishBir fan, and also because I was like - 'What's special in it?'.

➵ Flow & pace : Considering it a one shot, it was fast! You could have added some moments of their previous days, other than that the flow was very fast, like in a paragraph it was all happy and then suddenly the sudden sadness. I was like- Did I skipped just some paragraphs?

I would advice rewriting it!

➵ Plot of the book : Reading the blurb, I was like- okay some romantic moments between Mishti and Abir; and then I was totally shocked knowing that diary part. Abir's emotions were just perfect!

The climax gave me goosebumps, the lyrics! I swear I nearly cried when I read the last two paragraphs!

➵ Grammar : There were grammatical errors in the blurb as well as in the shot. Commas were missing. I would suggest you to edit the shot once.

➵ Character development : *As it's just one shot, character development can't take place*.

➵ Overall impression : I just love sad endings in OS sometimes! And that's the reason I just loved this one! What captivated me was how you explained Abir's feelings so well! Just one suggestion, do add who's POV it is, so readers don't get confused in beginning.

➵ Suggestions :

I seriously don't have much suggestions for you, as the one shot felt perfect!

- Rewrite the blurb.

- If possible, rewrite the shot and add some moments between them in beginning. If not possible, just edit the grammatical mistakes.
