R E V I E W

➵ First impression : Perfect.

➵ Cover : The cover is simple, but it's looking good as per it's a collection of short stories and there are every possible details, does not look suffocated at all! Though it does not look that attractive, it will not catch my attention in thousands of books, so you can try changing the cover, it's my opinion.

➵ Title : I was wondering why 'Timeless', and the answer was in the blurb itself. And I feel it's perfect for the book.

➵ Blurb : It was crisp and at the point, what readers will really see in the short stories. And it attracted me the most!

➵ Flow & pace : Perfect! No story was rushed at all! The same pace was in each one, except Football, I feel that was rushed.

(I'll talk about each one, here)

➵ Plot of the book :

1) Little Pakhi - I just loved how you explained everything in details, though it was one shot. And that lesson at last, I couldn't help but smile in the whole shot.

2) Panch Nadi - First of all, kudos to your writing skills! The way you described a river was just surreal! I was beyond shock when I read that perfect description about a river.

3) Lajjo - Though short than others, but left a deep impact on me. That last note was just heartwhelming!

4) Durga, The Warrior Queen - The dialogues were the most captivating thing in this one. And then the description about Goddess Durga, I legit felt goosebumps when I read that part!

5) Football - This one could have been more better, like showing a reason why Debu loved to play football. Other than that, the end could have been more clear. All and all, I was again captured by your descriptions.

6) Churning Of The Oceans - The starting was little rushed, other than that, I got to learn so many new things in this one. The descriptions were short and crisp, but took my heart in every line!

7) Krystall - Descriptions were crisp, though I enjoyed reading this one. Like the real relationship, I loved the last line. And their bond in the whole shot. Though there could have been a backdrop or short description about both of them in little detail.

8) The Antidote - This was one realistic shot, surely lockdown is hard on everyone. Those short poems had my heart! Other than that, a little more description about their love, maybe? Those starting paragraphs were no less even!

➵ Grammar : Except for Panch Nadi, Football and The Antidote, I felt all the others were perfect! There were minor grammatical mistakes in those. The vocabulary is so rich, that was another positive aspect of the stories.

➵ Character development : *As these are one shots, unconnected, talking on this point will be vague.*

➵ Overall impression : I truly loved every story in this collection. Like showing bonds between characters, describing Gods and Goddesses, rivers, everything was perfect!

➵ Suggestions :

- The cover can be changed.

- Football can be re-written.

- Churning Of The Oceans and Krystall needs editing at some places.

- Panch Nadi and The Antidote needs editing only for grammar.

Other than these all, I highly recommend everyone to read this collection of short stories!
