Caressing the diamond ring on your finger you still wondered if all this was a dream if all this right now sitting down with Damon and his parents and having a lovely dinner while talking about the wedding was just some dream that you or anyone could only wish for.

"Y/n dear, what's wrong?" Elodies soft voice reached your ears snapping you out of your thoughts.

"Oh it's nothing, I'm just..I'm just still thinking about how unbelievable this is" you muttered honestly causing Elodie to chuckle.

"Dear its been months already! I can't believe you and Damon are finally getting married. Ahh I can finally rest in peace knowing Damon will be in your good hands " Elodie, Damon's mother rambled off with a sigh of happiness.

"Hm?" Damon joined in on the  conversation between the two ladies after hearing his name.

"What are the two of you talking about?" Damon's father, Haruto piped into the conversation too.

"Oh just about how Y/n and Damon are finally getting married, ahh I can't wait for our grandchildren!!!" Elodie gushed turning towards her husband with a grin.

"Grandchildern?.." Both Damon and you helplessly muttered at the same time in the background.

The dinner went on and it was wonderful,Elodie loved the valvet cake and served it as dessert which both the men of the family did not participate in eating.

"Dear tell me what kind of dress would you like to wear? What kind of venue? Oh also where should the wedding take place?"Mother Elodie gushed again but this time getting a reply from Damon.

"Mother we haven't even decided for the date yet so please calm down " Damon said sweatdroping beside you,Thank the lord her saved you. You had no answer for  even a single question from Elodie.

With a pout Elodie sighed " *huff* fine fine" she said getting comforted by her husband as Haruto wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Their still children, let them be" He laughed saying that lovingly to her.

Watching them you warmed up internally, what a wonderful couple they were you thought getting startled when Elodie in reply instantly grabbed her husband's cheek in her hand and glared deathly serious only to laugh melting into pure delight and peppering kisses on Haruto's face causing the male to laugh with a red face not minding the affection at all.

You turned your head away politely only to see Damon blanking covering his face with his right hand with depressed arura.
" Its always like this when we come here" He sighed depressedly causing you to let out a small laugh quickly trying to cover it up.

Damon though heard your slight burst of laughter, his eyes turning towards you as he smiled slightly, his eyes playful as he asked with a smooth voice " What's funny?"

"Your reaction " You answered immediately without thought bursting out in laughter again when Damon gave a blank confused stare.

You covered your lips with the back of your right hand to stol laughing only to feel Damon's hand carrase your right cheek.

"Hmm?" You questioned him wordlessly lips still smiling in delight.

" I love you" Damon whispered lowly getting close to you.

Damon's move calm you down as you continued to stare at him with patience waiting for him to continue as he got closer and closer finally when he reached right infront of your lips a cough sounded from behind both of you ruining the moment into awkwardness.

" *COUGH* oh young love~" Elodie commented as if saying a proverb while snuggling into Harutos arms and watching the two of you.

Haruto with Elodie in his arms also watched the both of you with a small fatherly smile.

Damon and you were quite startled by the cough quickly jumping away from each other like cats with red faces.

Damon's parents didn't mind showing affection to eachother infront of the two and they also didn't mind seeing the two be affectionate to eachother but it seems the two fiance's are still shy.

After some more time it was getting late, it was time for Damon and you to leave so you gave Elodie and Haruto a hug goodbye as Damon after you hugged his mother and gave his father a handshake.

" Come back again soon son " Haruto told his son warmly with a nod getting a nod in return from Damon.

With that both of you walked back towards the car. Damon went towards the other side of the car to get in as you turned around to gaze at his parents ,they had weaved to you so you weaved back as well watching as they smiled turning around, going into their home,Haruto the man who you considered very strict and serious  but sweet towards his family closed the door behind him.

"Y/n?" Damon called you from inside the car confused at why you were standing still.

"Oh ah sorry" You lightly apologized getting into the car.

Damon didn't seem to mind as he started the car.

Gazing out as the car drove you wondered about Damon's parents. The way they were right now was their true self but that wasn't all though because Elodie and Haruto actually are very serious, strict and reserved but when it came to Damon  or someone they were close to and knew for many years they were also kind and caring.

The first time meeting them as a child they weren't as friendly as they are right now you would dare say they even didn't care about you the first time they meet you as a child but growing up right next to them, constantly being their next to them, next to Damon, with Damon you could say they slowly started caring about you more, they slowly started accepting you into their family more, they slowly trusted you more.

As you grew with Damon so did you grew with them as well and after many years you didn't know when,you didn't know how but the once reserved ,silent and suspicious couple trusted you as if your their daughter too. They accepted you into their family, they accepted you into their world, they accepted you for Damon.
