"Isabelle let's go" Alec said. Izzy then came out with a wig in her head catching up to Alec and Kelsey. "Hey there big bro" Izzy said to Alec.

"Best friend" Izzy said smiling at her. Kelsey smiled back at Izzy. "Really" Alec said motioning to the wig. "What can I say demons dig blondes" Izzy said.

"Of course, they do but that's white" Alec said and Kelsey playfully hit him. "Hey, no hitting or I'll stop buying your strawberries" Alec said.

"You wouldn't dare" Kelsey said. "Try me" Alec said. "And I thought you were my best friend" Kelsey said. "Platinum and they don't exactly like Shakespeare okay Alec" Izzy said.

"You're plenty distracting on your own" Alec said. "So be yourself is that what you're trying to say" Izzy asked Alec.

"Never mind looking good let's go" Alec said. "Maybe I should try the wig" Kelsey said.

"Over my dead body" Alec said as they approached Jace. "We're ready Jace" Izzy said.

"Nice choice Izzy demons dig blondes" Jace said. "Told you" Izzy told Alec. "It's platinum" Alec said. "Still blonde" Kelsey said.

"Alright guys for some reason our demon friends are killing mundanes and draining their blood" Jace said. "Why do they want blood isn't that vampire territory" Alec asked.

"I don't know Alec lazy vampires maybe" Jace said. "Maybe they need a hobby other than killing mundanes" Kelsey said.

"There must be something special about their blood" Izzy said.

"What could be special about mundane blood" Alec asked. "You get me a sample and I'll tell you exactly what they're looking for" Izzy said as Jace handed everyone their weapons.

"We'll have more answers when we figure out exactly who the demons are working for" Jace said.

"So, you don't think they're acting on their own" Kelsey asked. "No" Jace said. "They're not exactly creative thinkers they're shapeshifters" Alec said.

"This is what our target looks like" Jace said motioning to the screen. "For now," Izzy said.

"Till he changes" Kelsey added. "Great I'll get approval for the mission" Alec said. "Come on Alec by the time you've sent that message we'll have killed six demons" Jace said.

"Besides it'll be more fun to break the rules than to follow them" Izzy said. "Got that right" Kelsey said.

Alec and Kelsey were at a newsstand together when they saw the demon approached.

He started to walk away, and Kelsey looked at Alec before following the man. "Got your weapons ready" Alec asked. "Always" Kelsey said showing her daggers before putting them back.

Just as the demon turned around Alec and Kelsey jumped to the roof.

Alec and Kelsey then met up with Izzy and Jace. They saw the demon they were chasing was now a woman and all jumped down following her.

"What was the holdup" Kelsey asked Jace. "It's nothing" Jace said.

Kelsey, Alec, Jace, and Izzy saw the demon, and all went their separate ways to follow her.

Kelsey saw Magnus and Magnus gave her a confused look and Kelsey motioned to the demon before she was out of his eyesight.

Kelsey helped Jace closing the curtains not noticing a certain redhead following them while the Shadowhunter's hid in a corner. "Izzy" Jace said.

Izzy smiled went up on stage took off her wig and danced. Jace saw the demon and went behind her. "I hear you've been pedaling mundane blood" Jace said.

"Why are you looking to score" the demon asked. "I'm not" Jace said, and the demon faced him.

"But you're gonna tell me who is" Jace said. "Well, you're outnumbered here" the demon said. "Oh, I like our odds" Jace said.

"Last chance" Jace said before his sword came out. "Watch out" the redhead said pushing the demon out of the way. "She can see us" Kelsey said confused.

The demon showed its face and Jace pushed the redhead out of the way. "Careful" Jace told her.

"Okay let's have some fun" Kelsey said as she, Alec, and Izzy fought the demon. "Are you hurt" Jace asked the redhead before a demon knocked him down causing him to lose his sword.

The redhead grabbed the sword confused when a demon stepped in front of her, and she killed it not meaning to as she was shocked.

Jace went to grab a sword when a demon grabbed him. Kelsey was suddenly knocked down by a demon. "Kels" Alec said before Kelsey used her dagger to kill the demon.

"I'm fine" Kelsey said getting up going to help Alec. "Alec" Jace said, and Alec tossed him a sword.

They continued to fight the demons until Jace took the sword form the redhead and they killed the demons. Kelsey saw the redhead run out of there scared.

"Don't tell me we're going after her" Kelsey said and Jace gave her a look. "Great" Kelsey said.

Just as a Demon was close to the redhead Jace killed it with his sword. "What no thank you for saving your life" Jace asked.

"Didn't your mom teach you manners" Kelsey asked her, moving to stand beside Jace. "Careful that demon got a piece of you" Jace said moving closer to the redhead.

"Demons" she said. "Yeah" Jace said. "What do you think that miserable disgusting thing was" Jace asked.

"I uh I thought it was dot" the redhead said. "No Ravener demon shapeshifter" Jace said. "You're just saying words now" she said. "Why is the room swirling" she asked.

"Demon venom" Jace said. "Is that bad" she asked before passing out and Jace caught her and picked her up. "I got you" Jace said leaving with Kelsey.

The redhead eventually woke up and hit Izzy in the face on accident. "Ow" Izzy said. "She finally, awake" Kelsey asked walking in the room. "Yeah" Izzy said.

"Wait I don't know you" the redhead started to say when Izzy interrupted.

"I'm Isabella and over there is my best friend Kelsey although she's closer to my brother" Izzy told her.

"I've never seen Jace so curious about a mundane or distracted like you saw earlier distractions are dangerous in our line of work" Izzy said.

"I have no idea what you're talking about" the redhead said. "Who's Jace" she asked. "He's the blonde who saved you from that demon" Kelsey said leaning on the wall.

"You really don't know much do you" Izzy asked the redhead. "All I know is some psychos took my mother and now you people have taken me" she said.

"I hope you mean by saving your life" Kelsey said. "A mundane shouldn't even be here" Alec said walking in the room.

"There's my best friend" Kelsey said walking to him. "Milkshake" Kelsey said, and Alec took a sip of her drink before giving to her.

"Thank you" Kelsey said taking a sip. "Where is here exactly" the redhead asked.

"She's not a mundane Alec" Jace said making his appearance known. "How do you know that" Alec asked. "Because the seraph blade lit up when she touched it" Jace said.

"Look Isabella can you" Jace said and stopped while Izzy moved so Jace can sit. "I'm Jace Wayland" Jace said.

"I'm uh" she started to say when Jace interrupted. "Clary Fray, we know who you are" Jace said. "Am I the only one who finds this unusual" Alec asked.

"You find everything unusual Alec" Jace said. "The thing we should all wonder is what you don't find unusual" Kelsey said.

"I have to report this to the clave" Alec said. "You know what dial it down a notch" Jace said.

"My brother doesn't have a dial" Izzy said. "I love you Alec, but you have a switch that's always on" Izzy told Alec. "I love you too but this" Alec started to say when Kelsey interrupted.

"Alec" Kelsey said. "Hey, you know what give me a minute here's a word you never hear me say please" Jace said. "Oh, he's serious" Kelsey said.

"What is with you what is with him" Alec asked. "Really no, what is with him" Alec asked as Kelsey and Izzy made their way to Alec.

"Walk with me big brother" Izzy said leading Alec with Kelsey following them. "I'll explain it to you" Izzy told Alec. "We don't know this girl there's no such thing as new Shadowhunters" Alec said.

"Well, there is now" Kelsey said. "You don't find that strange" Alec asked. "What I find strange is that you're so upset maybe you're upset because Kelsey is not on your side" Izzy said.

"Maybe I'm pissed that she's ruining the mission we never found out who's buying the blood that was our one job" Alec said and left.
