Hey my lovely readers

Happy reading 😊

....... Stating his Right .....

Sanyukta wiped the dried tears and rested her back on the headboard of bed. This was worse situation in her life. Randhir and Aryan had a bet on her. She was not a thing to bet on. They had insulted her by doing this. She somehow had expected from Randhir, why? Because he had done nothing but hurt her but Aryan. She did not expect her friend to do this to her. Confess that she loves him. It was just rubbish. She couldn't love anybody not after him. It was like he had destroyed her to love anybody else than him. She considered Aryan only as her friends do nothing else. But he was hurt she saw him. He was hurt after seeing that video. It disgusted her that Randhir could do something like this. Deep down she knew he couldn't do this but her mind was against it.

Sometimes people are so hurt that they start thinking from their mind not from heart. In this period they fogey that the mind thinks only by seeing. The things which hold on more strength speaks the truth according to mind without analysing who the person is. Her heart was shouting that it couldn't be Randhir but she ignored it. Not this time she is a strong independent women who thinks from her mind not from her heart.

She had to find Aryan and apologize to him, explain him that the video was just in spur of moment. Well not really he was drunk but she was not completely drunk, she knew what she was doing. She let him kiss her, she shared his vulnerability. She was comforting him but in that comfort she found solace for herself. The kiss was not a mistake. She never could term it as a mistake no matter how much she was hurt by Randhir's behaviour. Randhir? He was hurt. She saw him drinking himself till death, blabbering that he was misunderstood. Maybe he deserved it or maybe not. He was not in senses but drunken words are sober thoughts. There were tears in his eyes, she couldn't see him in that state but then why did she hurt him more. She said hurtful words to him. She did hurt him but that hurt her too.

Glancing at the door for one more time she slid out of bed. She had to talk to Aryan, she cannot lose one friend that had helped her so much. But did she forget that he also had bet on her. She shook her head at the thought and walked towards the door. She frowned finding Aryan's room empty. He was not even answering her phone calls. She walked near the hallways where the entrance to ISRC was connected. As she descended down the stairs still in her last night clothes and tear stained face she heard the commotion from the reception.

There was one man yelling at the receptionist while others were gawking at him and murmuring to themselves. People, they just love to watch the drama of others lives. She was not able to see the face of the person so she walked towards him and tapped on his shoulder.

As he felt someone's tap on his shoulder he turned around to see and was shell shocked. There stood the women he despised the most, the women who was the reason of their son father separation. He loathed, hated her. He narrowed his eyes angrily at her. He didn't knew that's he was still in his son's life. Hell he didn't knew much about his son expect for the fact that he works in ISRC and that too was informed by the worker of Sanyal house.

Sanyukta froze in her place. He was Randhir's father, last time she had seen him was when he was in the jungle while she was kidnapped. She knew nothing else after that rather than Randhir was not speaking to them. She knew what Randhir had done in two years and as much as she knew he had not met his father. She could feel anger radiating off him.

"What the hell are you doing here? Can't you leave my son alone?" Harsh asked in a dangerous menacing tone. The people beside her snickered and were listening keenly to their conversation. She soon regretted coming here. Surely curiosity killed the rat. Why did she get curious to see the person?

Randhir saw red nothing than that. He was trying to avoid his father from last two years, he was ashamed of his father. His father kidnapped Sanyukta. It was insane. After that he had broken all the ties with him. He could not tolerate or maintain the relation with those people who tried to harm his love. His Sanyukta. He saw that few people were eavesdropping while his gaze turned to Sanyukta. She was crying last night he concluded. Her face was pale and his father was looking at her with so much anger. He walked towards them.

Sensing his presence Sanyukta looked beside her and there he was standing all in his glory. His face was cold and detached, he was nothing like the Randhir she knew in her college days, she was in love with. His face was emotionless though his eyes were furious.

"Randhir. What the hell is this woman doing here?" Harsh turned and asked his son. He was seeing his son after two years and now he wanted some money. He just have to manipulate his son and shed a few tears then his son will accept him back. He had done it all those years before, made his son hate his mother.

Randhir narrowed his eyes angrily at his father. His father was seeing him after two long years and the first question he asks is this. No doubt his mother did not love his father. He could see that Sanyukta was standing beside him twisting her fingers, her stare was diverted. She was not at all pleased. How could she after the stunt he pulled yesterday. He had no right to bet on her but it was...well he didn't like the idea of her being with Aryan. That guy was good but without her.

He snaked his arm around her and pulled her closer to him followed my few gasps around him but he cared less. Sanyukta herself gasped looking at him but his stare was trained on his father.

"Careful there father you are taking about my wife" Randhir said with a low growl making Sanyukta's eyes wide with surprise. She had not thought that he will tell his father about their Marriage. She thought he thought it as a mistake. It was never a mistake for her but a beautiful memory she will cherish. Her mother had told her when she was younger that in our life as we live once, die once and so is the marriage. It happens once and that is sacred memory in every girls life. She believed her mother's advice or choice of words and so she still had the ring with her.

"Wife? What are you talking son" Harsh snorted. He couldn't believe his ears. If his son married this woman than it was impossible for him to bond with his son. He knew that she will never let Randhir make fool of himself. She was miracle indeed in his life.

Sanyukta flinched at her father in laws tone. She knew it was hard ton believe for him. She didn't know but she was standing there beside Randhir not ignoring him, nor avoiding the truth he was telling. Maybe she wanted to support Randhir. She could easily deny and slip away from there but she was there. Maybe cause Randhir's grip in her waist was harsh or maybe she knew that he wants her support, he couldn't confront his father alone.

"You are hearing correct father. She is my wife Mrs Randhir Singh Shekawat" Randhir said and unknowingly a smile curled at his lips. He didn't know why he was here when all he does was hate her, Right? Then why was he protecting her from his father? Maybe because he didn't want a commotion in ISRC with his dad or maybe because he realized that she was everything he needed now, forever, ever and ever after.

He don't know what came over him to confess that she is his wife. He couldn't runaway from the truth forever, could he? It was time he realize that she was meant for him. He couldn't stand her insults, if someone disrespect her, if someone consoles her, if someone is soothing her rather than him, because Sanyukta was his wife. His beloved wife. He couldn't deny it longer. She belonged to him because he was the only one who could love her as well as show his hate. He was something unique designed for something unique like her.

Sanyukta smiled seeing his smile. He was smiling and it was genuine. She had seen him smile after so long and she knew we what to do. She was going to make amends even if he denied it. She was his wife she had every right. She was going to bring them back. She was going to reinvent Sandhir.
