Omake 1: Team Seven and Trauma
Two weeks have passed since the incident at the bridge. Zabuza and Haku were able to mostly recover and flee before the hunter nin got there thanks to Sarah. Team Seven was finally able to head back to Konoha once Tazuna completed the bridge, naming it 'The Great Team Seven Bridge'. Sarah thought the name was tacky, but Naruto seemed to enjoy it so she wasn't really going to say anything.
She did end up getting a verbal reprimand from Kakashi about her reckless actions and Hiruzen forced her to have mandated therapy sessions with Inoichi Yamanaka twice a week as well as 1,000 hours of community service and 25 D-ranked missions. Kakashi said that she was lucky to not have her rank stripped from her; Sarah really couldn't care less if she did as long as the village was once again at peace.
Naruto ended up dragging her to the hospital and the nurses there were horrified at how bad her arm was. Sarah just lied and said she was bitten by a snake on her mission and wasn't able to get any medical treatment. The nurses didn't believe her, so needless to say she was stuck in the hospital for three days under observation before getting released.
When Sarah did come back to her apartment she found that all of her stuff was gone, including her previous experiments. Kakashi appeared at her doorway and explained that the Hokage didn't trust her to live by herself so he offered to take her in. So now she lived in an apartment with her deadbeat pervy sensei and his weird ass animal summon, Pakkun.
Sarah moped for a while as she stared at her new surroundings. This was the consequences of her actions: no apartment, no experiments, mandated therapy that she doesn't even need, and community service on top of that. At least nobody died in the end, so that's a bonus...she guessed.
Naruto came flying into her room, dragging Sasuke by the neck with him.
"Sarah-chan! You're back from the hospital!" Naruto said as he let go of Sasuke.
Sarah grumbled, "Yeah but my apartment was taken from me by the Hokage along with my experiments."
Naruto grimaced, "Experiments?!?"
"Well that explains the markings on your arm," Sasuke pointed out.
"Eh, let's just say snakes can be quite venomous. Still, most of my experiments were relatively harmless..I guess? I mean..I couldn't exactly practice healing in a hospital at the time.." Sarah explained, choosing to leave out some unnecessary details.
"Harmless? Your whole arm is bandaged up! You spent three days in the hospital recovering from being poisoned!" Naruto exclaimed.
"That may have been the case, but I was able to create antidotes from it that we could use on future missions." Sarah pointed over towards a nearby bookshelf, "Not all of my stuff has been confiscated you know. I kept all of my research data in those books right there as well as antidotes to the poisons I was testing on myself."
"Still pretty reckless of you to willingly poison yourself," Sasuke said.
Sarah rolled her eyes, "I've already heard that lecture enough times these last couple of days."
"And you're probably going to hear it again for a while," Sasuke responded as he walked over towards her bookshelf, "So...you're interested in medicine?"
Sarah nodded.
"Yeah, Sarah-chan's the coolest when it comes to healing people. Didn't you hear what Kakashi-sensei said about her at the bridge? She's a talented medical ninja! Even more talented than those old hags at the hospital!" Naruto said.
"Now I wouldn't say that I was more talented than the staff at the hospital.." Sarah paused for a few seconds before continuing, "I'm just self-taught. I didn't exactly grow up here in the village like you two. I had to figure things out on my own: how to cook, how to clean, how to read, all that stuff..."
Sarah looked down at her bandaged arm, "I..am not from Konoha..or any of the other hidden villages. My home was destroyed long ago..my family was killed..and this scar on my face came from my own mother trying to kill me.."
Naruto and Sasuke looked at her in shock.
"I was...trapped in a cellar for eight long agonizing years. The people there would often come down and.." Sarah started to cry, "I had no choice but to escape and flee...I've killed countless people just to give myself a chance of survival...I had nobody to turn to...nobody! The one person I thought I could trust ended up suddenly abandoning me one day!"
Naruto walked over and wrapped his arms around his female teammate. Sasuke was wondering what kind of village did she grew up in. What kind of village would go out of their way to harm one of their own?
"That's why I had to become strong..to protect the few precious people here that I care about. I know I'm not perfect...I know that I've made so many mistakes..but in the end I don't regret any of the things I've done..." Sarah continued, "I know I need help...I'm so fucking damaged I can't even see straight!"
"You're not damaged Sarah, you're just traumatized." Sasuke sighed, "I never really told anybody this...but I still suffer everyday from having to witness my whole clan get slaughtered by someone I trusted. Itachi Uchiha..that man killed every single one of our clansman including our family just so that he could test out his own strength.."
Sasuke gritted his teeth, "I hate him, I fucking hate him! He took everything from me and left me behind to suffer. That's why I decided to make it my own personal mission to kill him, make him pay for everything that he's done!"
"Sasuke..." Naruto said as he looked at his male teammate with concern on his face.
Tears were dripping down Sasuke's face, "He said I was weak, that I needed to become strong enough to face him in battle. That's why I've never really bothered to make friends. I just seen everyone as an obstacle in my way.."
"It sucks, doesn't it?" Sarah asked, "Being weak?"
Sasuke let out a bitter laugh, "It does."
"I grew up all alone in the village with nobody to take care of me. Hell I could barely defend myself against the villagers and ninja who would go out of their way to attack me whenever they seen fit. I'm not inhumanly strong like you Sarah and I don't possess magical eyes like you Sasuke, I am just...normal..outside of being the nine tails jinchuriiki," Naruto said as he held his friend close, "My life changed when I met Sarah and then Iruka-sensei. I had two people who I considered to be my family. When I saw you both get injured, it was so hard to contain my rage. I wanted to lash out, seek revenge, but I know that's not the way to do things."
"Naruto..." Sasuke whispered.
"We're all pretty fucked up in the head, aren't we?" Naruto chuckled.
Sarah smiled a bit, "Yeah, I guess we are."
"Perhaps maybe it's time the two of us actually attend therapy, Naruto," Sasuke said as he sat down beside Naruto.
Naruto nodded, "That doesn't seem like such a bad idea.."
"I'll ask Kakashi-sensei to sign you both up. In the meantime..why don't you both move in with me and Kakashi-sensei? I'm sure he wouldn't mind, plus we could all be roommates and hold each other accountable for our bullshit when needed?" Sarah offered before pausing for a few seconds, "Actually no, that sounds like a completely stupid idea."
"I'm down with it!" Naruto said, "Anything's better than where I'm staying at right now. What about you, Sasuke?"
"As much as I'd prefer to not leave my clan compound, I think that a new change of scenery would be...beneficial..for me," Sasuke responded.
"Well it's decided then; Team Seven is officially bunking here at Kakashi-senseis house!" Naruto exclaimed as he hugged his two teammates.
"Well shouldn't you both ask Kakashi-sensei first?" Sarah asked.
"I think that's an excellent idea," a familiar voice said from the doorway. It was their teacher, Kakashi, "I already heard the whole thing. I'm so proud my students are actually getting along."
Sarah gritted her teeth, "Stop eavesdropping on our conversation you asshole! I outta punch the shit out of you!"
"Yeah!" Naruto exclaimed as he held his fist up, "Stop eavesdropping on us!"
"Real low Kakashi, real low," Sasuke muttered under his breath. He was currently debating on rather or not he should join his teammates or restrain them from attacking their sensei.
Kakashi nervously chuckled, "Sorry! I couldn't help myself! Anyways, I'll speak to the Hokage about letting you both move in with me...although I think we're going to need a bigger apartment if that's the case."
"Yeah, because I'm not sharing a room with these two dunderheads here." Sarah gestured over to her male teammates, "I'm a grown woman and I deserve my own space, unless you guys want to watch me dissect a snake for its venom."
"First of all, no experiments without direct supervision," Kakashi said, "And yes, I'll make sure you have your own room."
"Excellent," Sarah smiled, "Also I want you to teach me some cool new jutsus instead of blowing me off. I get that I'm a bit more advanced than my teammates but I would also like to learn things outside of my current skill set."
"Noted," Kakashi said before looking over at both Naruto and Sasuke, "I'll come up with separate training regimes for the two of you. Now..who wants to go get some ramen?"
"Me!" Naruto shouted.
Sarah and Sasuke just looked at each other and shrugged. They really couldn't care less about ramen.
"Alright, it's settled. Come along now my cute little Genin," Kakashi gestured for the trio to follow him.
"Does moving in with you mean that we get to see you without your mask?" Naruto eagerly asked.
"Nope!" Kakashi responded.
"Worth a shot," Naruto shrugged as he and his teammates got up off the bed and followed closely behind Kakashi.

Omake 2: That time Sarah tried to get a summoning contract (and somehow succeeded successfully)
"So...." Sarah grinned as she leaned up close to Sasuke, "I've been reading about something..."
Sasuke just looked at her with a blank expression on his face. Knowing Sarah, she was definitely up to something.
"I heard the Uchiha Clan possesses a ninneko summoning contract. I just so happen to love cats."
"Hm?" Sasuke raised his eyebrow.
"I want you to help me get a cat summon," Sarah said.
"And why should I do that?" Sasuke asked.
Sarah grinned, "Because we're best friends."
"I thought your best friend was Naruto?" Sasuke pointed out.
"You can always have more than one best friend, besides we're going to be living together soon anyways so I highly doubt you would need access to the Uchiha Clan ninneko summon scroll." Sarah explained, "Also I don't want to get roped into signing a summoning contract with Kakashi's ninken."
"Mmm..I don't believe that's a good enough reason," Sasuke responded.
"Please! Please! Pleeaaasee! I promise I'll take good care of the cats! They'll probably beat me up anyways if I tried to experiment on them. Just please let me have access to the scroll!" Sarah begged.
Sasuke sighed, "Fine..but on one condition."
"And that is?" Sarah asked.
-
When Sarah agreed to Sasuke's condition, she didn't expect having to fight a giant ass cat that came out of the scroll. Why exactly was she doing this again? Well....
.
.
.
"Alright, here you go." Sasuke said as he handed Sarah the scroll.
"Really? You didn't even specify what you wanted for payment? That's pretty odd if you ask me." Sarah looked at the scroll with sparkles in her eyes, "Doesn't matter, I get to finally have my own animal summon!"
"Aren't you going to tell Kakashi-sensei about this?" Sasuke asked.
"Please, he'll live another day. What he doesn't know isn't going to hurt him," Sarah shrugged off his question.
"You said that the last time and you ended up having to stay in the hospital due to poisoning." Sasuke pointed out.
"Fair point.." Sarah thought for a few seconds before undoing the bindings on the scroll, "I'll tell him after I get done!"
Sasuke facepalmed. Somedays he questions the intelligence of his two teammates.
Sarah quickly rolled out the scroll onto the ground and read the instructions. She then used the sharp end of her kunai and sliced open her palm, letting the blood drip down onto the paper.
"I hope this works!" Sarah said as she proceeded to do the following handsigns. She wasn't sure if she would even be able to have an animal summon since she didn't exactly possess any chakra. If that was going to be the case then she would have to find another work-around.
.
.
.
"HELP ME SASUKE!" Sarah screamed as a giant cat proceeded to chase her around the training grounds.
Sasuke just merely shrugged as he proceeded to eat some sliced tomatoes, "You're doing great Sarah."
Sarah shrieked as she narrowly dodged a fatal blow to the head, "Holy fucking shit! I'm so dead! I'm so fucking dead!"
Now Sarah was wishing that she had told Kakashi-sensei before proceeding with her plan. At this rate she was definitely going to die if she doesn't do anything.
"Ugh..what do cats hate the most..?" Sarah thought for a few seconds before coming up with a plan, "Water!"
Sarah quickly pulled out some seals and combined them together, "Enjoy a nice bath you mangy alleycat!"
A blast of water hit both Sarah and the ninneko in the face, sending the duo flying back into the woods. Sasuke looked over at the direction Sarah was flung in wondering if his female teammate was good. Sarah emerged out of the woods covered in scrapes, bruises, and dirt dragging a giant wet ninneko behind her.
"How did you figure out my one weakness, human?" The ninneko hissed.
"Simple; regular cats hate water. I just figured that applied to ninnekos as well," Sarah explained as she let go of the giant ninneko, "Now, I want a summoning contract with you. If you refuse I won't hesitate to spray you with water again."
"Fine," the ninneko responded as a summoning contract appeared out of thin air, "Go ahead and sign it. Don't summon me unless you're in deep trouble."
"Got it!" Sarah said as she cheerfully signed the contract, "What is your name anyways?"
"Nekomata," the ninneko said before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
Sarah deadpanned, "What an asshole."
"Just like his summoner," Sasuke joked before getting a rock thrown at him.
"Hey, I'll have you know I'm a well dignified woman!" Sarah exclaimed.
Sasuke shrugged, "Sure. Let's get you back to your place so that you can clean up."
Sarah nodded as she quickly grabbed the scroll up off the ground, "Hai!"

Omake 3: Moving in together
Kakashi wasn't exactly too pleased to find out one of his students just went out of her way to get an animal summon without even informing him. She didn't just get any ordinary summon, she signed a contract for a cat summon. A cat summon!
He could already feel his heart shatter in multiple pieces. How could his beloved student be a cat lover? A filthy cat lover? Regardless, Kakashi made sure to support his female student in every way he could...even if that meant having to clean up cat hair in the future.
The paperwork was finally done. His remaining students could now officially move in with him. It was a lot of hard work getting the Hokage to agree (didn't help that Naruto and Sarah decided to prank the entire council mercilessly until Hiruzen finally snapped) but it was worth it in the end.
Currently his students were helping him clean out the old Hatake compound. Naruto was loudly exclaiming that he would be calling dibs on the biggest room, which set Sasuke off stating he should get the biggest room. Now the duo were busy having a competition to see who could clean the majority of the estate.
Kakashi sighed. Why couldn't any of his students be relatively normal?
Sarah was busy pestering a snake she found nearby. Kakashi turned his head around and chose to ignore what the eventual fate of that poor creature would be. In the end, the estate was cleaned and all of their belongings was moved in. As for who got the biggest bedroom? Well...
"HEY!" Naruto shouted as Sarah smirked at him.
"You two should've been quick enough to claim your room."
"How is that even fair?" Sasuke exclaimed.
"Life isn't fair," Sarah responded before gesturing over towards a nearby room, "Go fight over the second biggest and leave my ass alone. I got some snake venom I'd like to dissect and incorporate into my weapons arsenal."
Sasuke rolled his eyes. Naruto quickly dashed off towards the room, Sasuke right on his heels. Kakashi sighed, accepting that this was his life now. At least he finally had some company in this house, so that's a bonus.
In the end, his students were safe and that's all that mattered to Kakashi. They were all under one roof and in a good area of the village. Nobody had to ever go hungry or be left alone again. It was perfect....
"Sasuke!"
"Naruto!"
Or as close to perfect as one could get...
