Biz's pov after a few hours of searching for labs with possible cures.....

We searched everywhere for a cure. Mr. Eggtree was trying so hard to help me, when he shouldn't have been in the first place! I'm an alien now, that's how I will always be. Aliens are Mr. Eggtree's worst enemies! So why is he trying to help me?

We stopped at a rusty old shack out in the country for a rest. We had been searching for hours!

The rusty old shack was very dusty and dirty. No one could live in a place like this, could they? There was a bookshelf off to the side with only one book on it. Strange.

"I wonder what this book is about?" asked Faith as she pulled the book.

We heard a crumbling sound at our feet and the ground was shaking. The book was a hidden lever! The floor opened underneath us as we fell down a large black hole.

We were falling for a few minutes until I saw a light coming from the bottom of the fall.

We landed on some chairs that cuffed us into place. The chairs moved a little until we came face to face with an old man. This old man had a table with chemistry equipment. This guy must be a scientist!

"What are you doing here? Trespassing into my lair?" the old man asked angrily.

"We have been searching far and wide for a cure to my friend's alien state of being." Faith replied.

"Well, if you need a cure, I have one! But I never tested it and it is very old. You can still use it if you like?" The old man answered.

"Do you think we can trust this guy? He seems suspicious to me...." Faith whispered to me.

"What other choice do we have?" I whispered in reply.

"Yes sir, we can try your cure." Faith replied to the old man.

"Splendid! I'll get you set up right away!" The old man replied.

A giant door opened to show a giant high tech lab with test tubes and computers.

"Well, there's more than meets the eye to this guy." Gabriel said.

"Do you really think we can trust this guy?" I asked from inside a test tube.

"It's the only option we have." Faith replied, staring at me through the test tube glass.

Her eyes showed a combination of fear, guilt, and a slight bit of determination. I wonder why she was guilty? She is a perfectly wonderful girl, what went wrong?

"Are you sure this will work?" Faith asked the old man.

"Yes, I'm positive! Now would you please flip the switch?" the old man replied.

Faith walked over to the switch. I wasn't sure about this at all! I was suddenly getting worried. Would I die? Would I change for the worse? What if this doesn't work and we can't fix it? Why am I panicking?

Faith turned around to see me panicking. From the way she looked at me, she could tell I was scared.

"I'm sorry Biz." Faith said as she flipped the switch.

I felt stinging as light blinded my eyes. I was sure I wouldn't get out of this alive.
