Okay, people this is just how robin came to be but it will be nearly exactly the same as The Batman season 4 episode 1. 

I just really want to get this Tony Zucco story out of the way, sorry I'm not that interested in his part right now. 

"Good night master Richard" said Alfred as he left Richard alone in his room but the thing is that Richard wasn't going to sleep or bed yet he had someone he had to meet up with first. 

Richard crept down the stairs and to the bat-cave without being seen by Alfred and was now sitting in the chair right in front of the bat computer.

"Okay find batman equals find Tony Zucco" said Richard to himself as he pressed one button and a bat symbol came on the screen

"Okay wait that's the circus of course" spoke Richard to himself again as he got up wearing a blue hoodie and black tights. This wouldn't do. 

Robin arrived at Haly's circus and walking inside keeping close to the shadows as he walked in he saw batman tied to a spinning knife throwing broad.

"Y'ah know I used to be in the circus, me and my dad used to be knife throwers, I mean I throw the knives and dad hoped I wouldn't hit him" said Tony Zucco as he started throwing a knife at Batman. 

 Tony was talking to batman as Robin climbed up the rafters and as he got up he looked back down and saw that Tony was about to throw a knife right at Batman's head, Robin quickly used one of the batarangs to cut a sand bag rope and it dropped right in front of batman and saved him, then Robin jumped down.

"So Batman's got family to, cute" said Tony as he ran towards Robin and tried to punch him but Robin jumped up and over Tony and landed on Tony's back before jumping off Tony then started to run after Robin as he ran and batman used this opportunity to try cut though the ropes. 

Robin kicked Tony in the face again and as Tony got back up he said.

"Didn't your parents ever teach you any manners?" The unanswered question touched Richard's nerve and Robin took a blind shot at a punch but Tony dodged the hit and knocked Robin down and before Robin could get back up fully hit Robin again and knocked him unconscious.

"You know I watch you take down my brothers batman, now it's your turn to watch" said Tony as he stood over Robin and was about to kill him when batman finally broke the ropes and kicked Tony away and started beating the criminal. 

Robin came to consciousness as Tony started to climb up the ladder to the podium and Robin ran and climbed up the other one just as he saw Tony fall off and Robin swung and saved Tony and swung him back to the podium batman was on.

"Nice save but I though you wanted revenge?" Said batman to Robin as they watched the police take Tony Zucco to jail. 

"Well he did didn't he, got justice" said Robin to Batman. 

"I've been thinking Dick I'm not sure if Bruce Wayne has what it takes to rise you probably" said batman down to Robin.

"Yeah I kinda released he's never around but if not Bruce Wayne what about the Batman" said Richard.

"We'd have to give you a name" 

"How about Robin?"

"Like the bird?" 

"Its a family name" said Richard Grayson as he turned to see Batman but look at Bruce Wayne.
