   "Watch where you're going!"

Michael rubbed the sore spot on his shoulder before glaring up at the person who shouted at him.

Luke laughed, pulling the cigarette from behind his ear up to his lips and lighting it. The girl glued to his hip covered her mouth with her hands and giggled.

Michael only glared and turned back around to get out of school for the day.

"Pull your zipper up, freak!"

The newly dyed red head (Ashton helped him this time) laughed and continued walking. "Of course you were looking there!"

Luke has really become a dick in two months time. Though, he was only like this in school.

   It was all an act, Luke explained a while ago. Luke wasn't gay in the eyes of the students. Luke was tough, an asshole and most importantly, straight.

Michael just shook his head and continued walking, wishing that the blonde wouldn't be so hard on him in public.

It was so much different in private.

"Hey! That's cheating!" Luke threw his playstation controller on the carpeted ground.

Michael received a small shove to the shoulder and laughed, shaking his head. He was suddenly tackled by the lanky boy.

The red head laughed as Luke prodded his sides, tickling him. When they were both out of breath, Luke found comfort on top of Michael.

So that's where he lied.

Michael couldn't help himself as he brought his hand up and ran his fingers through the soft blonde locks.

Luke sighed in content, lightly running his fingers up and down Michael's side.

   Neither of the boys knew what was going on between them. All they knew is it's something.

   Luke lifted his head, looking down into Michael's eyes before goofily grinning and closing the gap between their lips.

   When he pulled away, he expected a smile on Michael's lips. But it wasn't there.

   It was always there.

   "What's wrong?"

   Michael looked up at the ceiling. "Nothing."

   "Liar."

   He looked into Luke's piercing blue eyes. The blonde's intense stare made him want to pin him against a wall. But now wasn't the time.

   "Michael, you know you can tell me, right?"

   The red head nodded, before cupping Luke's cheek and pushing his head down to rest on his chest again.

   He ran his fingers through the dirty blonde hair before finally speaking up.

   "You're a dick at school."

   "Mi-"

   "No, listen. You can just be my friend, no one is going to suspect you're gay! Why make this act all of a sudden?"

   Luke instinctively wrapped his arms tighter around Michael.

   "I'm sorry."

   The two lied there for what seemed like whole minutes. The blonde shifted his leg over one of Michael's, locking them in between each other.

   "It's just, I'm scared of what people would think, you know? I'm scared that they'd catch me staring at you too long or something."

   Michael smiled at that, but Luke didn't see. He ran his hand through his hair one last time before resting it behind Luke's neck.

   "I understand."

   The blonde peaked up at the boy he was lying on. Michael kept looking at the ceiling as he stared deeply at him.

   He didn't want Michael to hate him. He didn't think Michael was this upset about it.

   "I'm sowwy."

   He watched the corners of the red head's lips curve up and took it as a good sign.

   Michael looked up at the blonde, finally. They stared at each other for a mere few seconds.

   "Kiss me, you fool."
