Plot: the story continues two week after the makar sankranti event, sia revealed everything and riansh reunited, whole family had turned positive.

Vansh gently held riddhima's hair as she threw up , this was 2nd time in this week. He suggested to take her to the doctor but she ignored it saying that it must be due to food poisoning. Not satisfied, vansh had booked an appointment with the doctor for today.
V: riddhima, i have booked an appointment with the doctor. We'll leave after breakfast, okay?
R: vansh, i told u that it must be food poisoning. Doctor ke pass jane ki kya zaroorat hai.
V: sweetheart, tum apni health ko le kar careless ho sakti ho lekin main nhi. Doctor ke pass toh jana he pare ga.
R: vansh, plzz na, doc itna bara injection laga dein fe mujhe, mujhe dar lagta hai.
V: main hoon ga na tumhare sath, kuch bhi nhi hoga. Chalo ab breakfast karne chalte hain, tum ne raat ko khana bhi sahi trha se nhi khaya tha.
Breakfast table:
As riansh joined the breakfast table, everyone gave them a warm smile. Truth be told, siya confession had made them realise how wrong they were and how badly they treated riddhima but she being the purest soul to grace this planet forgave them. Sometimes they really wondered,
'Do we really deserve her?'
Everyone was brought out of their thoughts when they saw riddhima running away from the dining table keeping a hand on her mouth. Vansh immediately ran behind her but before he could enter the restroom, she had locked it. Vansh decided to give her some time, but kept standing near the door, as soon as the door opened, vansh saw a pale riddhima walking out, before he could say anything, riddhima fainted in his arms.
V: riddhima??? Sweetheart???
Ishani quick call the doctor.
The doctor had been examining riddhima for more than an hour, the whole family was standing outside waiting for the doctor to come out, but vansh was most restless, he had been pacing around since the time doctor went inside and no matter how much the family tried to calm him down they knew it was of no use as only riddhima had the power to calm the great VR.
After what felt like eternity, the doc finally came out, vansh was the 1st one to rush upto her and started his interrogation,
V: doc , riddhima theek toh hai na? Ek dam se kya ho gaua hai usse, koi serious baat toh nhi hai na, kab tak theek ho jae ge woh?
Dadi: vansh, doc ko bolne ka mauka toh de beta.
Doc: tension ki koi baat nhi hai Mr rai singhania, balke good news hai, ap papa banne wale hain.
Joyous giggles broke out as every family member congratulated vansh.
Recovering from the shock, vansh face broke out into a beautiful smile and he immediately hugged dadi,
V: dadi, main baap banne wala hoon, meri or riddhima ki life mein ek new member ane wala hai, dadi main apko bata nhi sakta mein kitna khush hoon, iam sure dadi, meri or riddhima ki choti se dunia mein ek pyaari se pari ae ge.
All were happy seeing vansh excitement, this was the first time vansh was expressing his emotions infront of them, over wise he would always conceal his emotions, be it happiness or sadness, within himself.
But vansh smile vanished hearing doc next words,
Doc: mr rai singhania, as your wife is 3 weeks pregnant, i suggest you bring her tomorrow to my clinic for her 1st regular checkup.
Saying so the doc left.
V ( in mind) : riddhima is 3 weeks pregnant, it means she was even pregnant when i was torturing her for taking revenge from her.
His face went pale, his eyes starting to water, he felt disgusted of himself, he felt that he was no less than a shameless abusive husband who ill treats his wife.
V: how could i, i was soo blinded by my revenge that i crossed all limits. I gave her soo much mental and physical pain, and she had to bear it all, and on top of that she was pregnant as well. How could i be soo heartless.
Suddenly a cold fear gripped his heart,
What if something had happened to the baby due to all his deeds, what if due to excessive stress and physical exertion , the baby normal growth had been disrupted, what if their would be complication in her pregnancy? Anything could be possible and he knew, if anything of this sort happened, it would be due to him. He would be the one responsible for it.
Vansh knew for a fact that as a wife riddhima had forgiven him but if something had happened to the baby because of his soo called revenge than riddhima would never ever forgive him.
Vansj entered the room to see riddhima fast asleep, he gently lay beside her, placing his head near her belly vansj gently caressed her belly, and talked to the baby,
V: hi baby, i know you cant hear me right now but iam not able to keep this burden in my heart anymore. Iam soo sorry baby, because of me your mama had to bear soo much. Iam soo sorry baby, your dad is a bad person, he tortured your mama to no extent, but your mama is such a pure soul that she forgave me, but iam really scared baby, what if something had happened to you because of me, i wont be able to forgive myself baby. Please be safe baby, plz, i want to be the best father for you. I want you to look up to me as an ideal. I promise you , i will never trouble your mama again. I know if something wrong happened with you because of my baseless revenge than your mama will never forgive me, she will hate me to no extent, whenever she will look at me she will be reminded that iam that cold hearted man due to which she lost her most precious gift, that is you, plz be safe baby, papa loves mama alot, and he loves you too, that too very much. Papa wont be able to live without your mama and you.
Saying so vansh kissed riddhima on her belly and slowly drifted into a deep slumber.
Riddhima had tears in her eyes hearing his confession, she had woken up the moment vansh laid beside her, she knew that vansh was right, as a wife she might have forgiven him but as a mother if something bad had happened to her child because of him than she would never ever see his face again. Riddhima closed her eyes and silently prayed for her baby safety.
Their relationship was at stake, only their baby well being would be able to save their relationship from crumbling.
For the first time in his life vansh rai singhania felt nervous as hell, his hands were sweaty, his body shivering slightly, his mind misted with various thoughts, sitting in the doc cabin, waiting for the results, each minute felt like eternity. Finally the doctor came inside, sensing the couple eagerness, doc said,
Doc: Mr and Mrs rai singhania, there is nothing to worry about, the baby's development is absolutely perfect.
Hearing this both vansh and riddhima felt relief wash over them.
As soon as they walked out of the doc cabin, vansh engulfed riddhima into a bone crushing hug, kissing her forehead, vansh happily said,
V: thank god riddhima that the baby is safe, you had no idea how scared i was, if something bad had happened because of me than i would not be able to live.
R: shhh, relax vansh, doc ne kaha hai na baby bilkul theek hai, toh ab in sab baton ko bhool jao. Woh sab kuch past mein tha or mein past ko bar bar yaad nhi karna chahti.
Vansh sat down on his knees and gently kissed her belly,
V: i must say baby ap toh apni mama ki trha strong ho. Mama papa loves u alot my princess
R: oh hello, it will be my prince.
V: nope, i have a gut feelings that i would be a girl and we will name her vanya.
Riddhima smiled at him and gently kissed his forehead.
It was hard to believe that this was the same man who had scared the hell out of her during their initial days, but today seeing him she feels nothing but love, pure love. well it is true, life is indeed full of surprises.
