Riddhima went to Vansh's room & knocked the door, but she got no response. She opened the door & saw that Vansh was sitting on bed resting his head on bed back & was looking outside from the window. He was lost somewhere. She went & sat beside him & wrapped his arms around his torso & kept her head on his chest. Vansh came out of his trance due to Riddhima's touch. His eyes moved towards her & he took her in his embrace, very close to him tightly.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh..

VANSH: Hmm...

RIDDHIMA: Kya baat hain? You're lost somewhere.

VANSH: Riddhu I'm struck on today's incidents, that challenges.

RIDDHIMA: What about it?

VANSH: Tumhari life risk pe thi, I can't take it. (Tears flowed from his eyes).

RIDDHIMA: I'm fine Vansh. Kuch nahi hua hain mujhe.

She looked at his eyes which were showing fear of losing her. She sat straight & wrapped her arms around his neck.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh kahin nahi jaa rahi main, tumhare paas hi hoon, bahot pass.

Vansh took her upon him & hugged her tightly.

VANSH: Please don't do this again. Jaan nikal jaati hain meri tumhe kuch ho iss khayal se bhi.

Riddhima placed a kiss on his forehead & again hugged him.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh aaraam karlo thodi der.

VANSH: No. Please stay this close to me.

There was still fear in his voice.

RIDDHIMA: Okay. But lay down properly otherwise you can get sprain in your neck.

Riddhima broke the hug & Vansh laid down properly. Riddhima covered him with comforter. But all this while he was holding her hand. Vansh pulled her & made her lay down keeping her head near his heart. Riddhima was just listening his heart beat. She was amazed that how much this man loves her that he is feared like hell for her even at the thought that what if something happened to her. He is crying for her safety. After sometime she looked at his face but he was still awake. She cupped his face with one hand & was caressing his cheeks.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh...

VANSH: Neend nahi aa rahi hain Jaan.

RIDDHIMA: Toh phir baatein karo mujhse.

VANSH: But you need to take rest.

RIDDHIMA: No I want to talk with you.

VANSH: Okay.

Again silence prevailed for a while.

VANSH: Riddhu why you were not attacking to them during talvaar baazi?

RIDDHIMA: Vansh sometimes we need to act smart. They were 3 while I was single. So I let them attack because after sometime definitely they are going to get exhausted also their mind will gain confidence that I'm not able to play. And when they got tired & got overconfidence I attacked because at that time mentally they were not prepared for the attack & physically they were tired.

VANSH: Hmm.. Don't you get fear when arrows were fired towards you.

RIDDHIMA: No Vansh. Dada has already trained me in all the skills. While Nana was master in doing anything having blindfold on his eyes. So I'm already trained by both very perfectly.

VANSH: Okay. But your shooting skills are amazing. I mean you shot almost all the shots on bull's eye that too being blindfolded.

RIDDHIMA: Papa was master in shooting. I got these skills from him. You know those days were so amazing . Would you like to know Vansh?

VANSH: I would love to know.

RIDDHIMA: Dada, Nana or Papa always used to come to wake me up. After getting ready I used to have breakfast. Then we used to talk about business & all made me learn those skills. Then in afternoon after having lunch & rest all use to make me learn the skills of sword fighting, archery, hand fight, martial arts, shooting & many more till evening. Then after snacks we used to walk & he used to share his life experiences & mistakes. Then after dinner we used to play chess. Maa & Papa used to come here or sometimes me & Dadu used to come to Jaipur. Sometimes we also visit Amritsar to Nana's palace. Everyone used to pamper me a lot. All used to teach me some or the other skills. That's how I mastered these skills.

VANSH: Oh so my jaan is multi talented.

Riddhima just smiled at him. Then she kept her hand on his eyes telling him to close his eyes & to sleep. Vansh hugged her tightly & kept his chin on her head. Both drifted to sleep.

At evening Kiyaan called Riddhima to come for snacks. Due to phone ringing Vansh's sleep was disturbing. He snuggled more to her.

VANSH: Let me sleep Riddhu (in sleepy voice).

Riddhima chuckled seeing him like this. She immediately accepted the call.

KIYAAN: Di it's snacks time.

RIDDHIMA: Kiyaan I'm feeling sleepy. Let me sleep today please.

KIYAAN: Okay. Then send Vansh Bhai.

RIDDHIMA: He is also in deep slumber. Let it be.

KIYAAN: Okay.

Both cut the call. Riddhima again drifted to sleep in her man's embrace. Soon it was dinner time & Ajay called Vansh. His sleep broke & he immediately took the call not to disturb Riddhima's sleep.

AJAY: Vansh it's dinner time. Wake up & come soon.

VANSH: Papa let me sleep na please.

AJAY: No. Wake up & haan don't forget to bring my daughter too. Both are sleepy heads.

Vansh smiled seeing Riddhima who was sleeping like a cute little girl in his embrace. He pecked her crown.

VANSH: We are coming Papa.

They cut the call. Both after freshening up went for dinner. After dinner both went to walk.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh Zala Uncle decided to get my regular check up tomorrow.

VANSH: Ya that's good. It's already time infact we are bit late.

RIDDHIMA: Hmm.

Both walked for a while. Then went to gazebo were Ajay & Uma were sitting.

UMA: Vansh, Riddhima come na.

Both nodded & sat there. All four were talking.

AJAY: Would anyone like to have a cup of coffee?

UMA: I would like to have.

RIDDHIMA: Okay. I'll call Radha Bai & she will bring. Vansh what you will have?

VANSH: We both are not going to have anything.

RIDDHIMA: I want to have a cup of coffee please. Even I hadn't drank even a cup today.

VANSH: No Riddhu not today. You've your check up tomorrow. So no caffeine today.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh please half a cup.

Vansh kissed her forehead.

VANSH: No jaan. I'll myself make it for you tomorrow but not today. Umm you can have dry fruit milk if you want or something healthy.

RIDDHIMA: Okay.

She called Radha Bai & told her to bring two coffees & two dry fruit milk in gazebo in garden.

AJAY: Why check up Vansh?

VANSH: Nothing much Papa it's just her monthly medical check up.

Ajay & Uma was not sure.

RIDDHIMA: Don't stress Uncle Aunty, it's just a monthly check up.

Ajay & Uma nodded. All four of them enjoyed drinks & went to sleep. Next morning Zala did all the check ups & then Riddhima & Vansh had their breakfast. Reports came in the afternoon.

ZALA: Everyhing is going good Riddhima. But as you drank & smoke last days more, your periods will be delayed. Also your body is little weak due to stroke. Other things are good.

VANSH: Uncle anything else to take care of her.

ZALA: No. Just she needs to get her in previous cycle of healthy foods & less alcohol & cigarettes.

VANSH: I'll take care of it. Any changes in her medicines.

ZALA: Hmm. I'll send you. Since her menstrual cycle is disturbed, there are some add ons to make it normal.

VANSH: Okay. I'll make sure of everything.

All this was discussed in Riddhima's room. Riddhima, Vansh, Angre, Kiyaan & Zala were present. The day passed like this.

Next afternoon Kunal Singh came to give the papers as all the formalities were completed. Riddhima took it & went to memorial room. She kept the files there & went near the photos of Shekhar & Jahnvi.

RIDDHIMA: Papa Maa maine kar diya. I miss you both. (tears were flowing from her eyes).

Then she went to the photo of Virendra.

RIDDHIMA: Dada aaj main ne iss parivaar ke maan samman par aanch nahi aane di. Jo iss parivaar ka tha woh iss parivaar ka hi rahega.

She stayed there for sometime & then left to library. She was working in library. Siya came there with her snacks. She knocked the door of library.

RIDDHIMA: Come in.

Siya entered

SIYA: Riddhima Di your snacks.

RIDDHIMA: Thank you Siya.

SIYA: Di if you don't mind can I have snacks with you?

RIDDHIMA: Off course Siya.

SIYA: Di I didn't disturbed you na?

RIDDHIMA: No no.
