Vansh went to kitchen & made a hot chocolate for Riddhima. He also prepared a hot water bag for her. Taking both he went to her room. As he entered the room Riddhima sat on the bed.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh where did you went?

VANSH: To get a hot chocolate & hot water bag for you, because these both will make you feel better & helps in relieving cramps.

Riddhima just nodded. But all of a sudden she felt sharp pain & she went to bathroom. Vansh was shocked due to her behaviour. She was feeling immense pain & was facing difficulties in bleeding & that was adding in her pain. After near about 15 minutes she came out all tired & exhausted with cried face.

Vansh immediately went towards her, carried her in his arms & made her sit on bed with resting on bed back. He placed a bot water bag on her abdomen.

VANSH: Riddhu just try to relax & keep this hot water bag on your abdomen. It will make you feel good.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh it's paining a lot. 😢😢😢

Vansh just sat beside her & rounded his one arm around her & wiped her tears & kissed her forehead. Then he made her drink hot chocolate. Vansh though to divert her mind.

VANSH: Riddhu you know during periods Ishu faces cramps & mood swings. She behaves like the one moment she is all happy & other moment she will shout. While Siya craves so much & becomes lazy. She whole day used to just eat & sleep.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh they both share to you all the things.

VANSH: Hmm. That's the reason I said it's quite natural about periods. Often Ishani can't sleep due to cramps so I always use to make hot water bag & hot chocolate for her & to handle her mood swings Rehaan always watches movies or read books for her & she enjoys sleeping keeping her head in his lap. While Siya always comes to us at midnight to ask for food & we three brothers always used to make food as per her cravings.

RIDDHIMA: Don't you feel irritated or angered.

VANSH: Not at all infact we three loves when they shows tantrums to us. We love to pamper & spoil them. Maa, Papa, Choti Maa & Chote Papa always teases Dadu & Dadi that they are lucky than them because they are blessed with daughters & they used to agree saying that they are jealous of four of them.

Riddhima smiled hearing him. 🙂

VANSH: Riddhima do you want to have anything. Are you craving for food?

RIDDHIMA: I was craving for something sweet. But after having this hot chocolate I'm full.

VANSH: Okay.

Again sharp pain started in her abdomen & she went to bathroom. Vansh was worried for her. After a while she came & directly hugged Vansh & started crying.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh do something. I can't bear this pain.

VANSH: Shall I call the doctor?

RIDDHIMA: No Vansh. I remembered I have medicines. It's in my medical kit. But I don't know where is it? It might be with Kiyaan as he traveled with me to South Africa.

VANSH: Okay you just sleep. I'll ask him.

Riddhima laid down but holded Vansh's hand tightly. He immediately called Kiyaan.

KIYAAN: Yes Vansh Bhai (in sleepy voice).

VANSH: Kiyaan where is Riddhima's medical kit?

KIYAAN: What happened to Di? (He panicked).

He while on call immediately stood up from bed & went to Riddhima's room.

VANSH: She is feeling pain due to her periods.

Kiyaan came hurriedly to the room & cut the call. He went to one of the console table & opened the drawer & gave the medical kit to Vansh. All these while Riddhima was feeling dizzy so her eyes got closed as she fainted.

He went to otherside & sat beside Riddhima & caressed her face.

KIYAAN: Di what happened?

But got no response. Kiyaan & Vansh worried for her. Kiyaan immediately took Riddhima's head in his lap while Vansh took a water & sprinkled on her face two to three times.

KIYAAN: Di.. Riddhima Di please wake up.

VANSH: Riddhu wake up please jaan.

Slowly Riddhima gained consciousness & opened her eyes. He saw that her head was in the lap of Kiyaan & his eyes were teary & Vansh has holded her hand & even his eyes were teary. She slowly sat & Kiyaan immediately hugged her.

KIYAAN: Di are you okay?

RIDDHIMA: I'm fine Kiyaan.

They broke the hug while & she rested her head on bed back.

VANSH: Kiyaan I think we should call doctor.

RIDDHIMA: No Vansh. It happens with me.

KIYAAN: Di have your medicines first.

Vansh gave the medical kit to Kiyaan. He took the medicine from it & gave it to her. Vansh gave her a glass of water. She gulped the medicines in one go.

KIYAAN: Di lay down & take rest. Are you feeling anything unusual?

Riddhima nodded in no & laid down. She holded Vansh's & Kiyaan's hand in her each hands tightly.

Kiyaan called Mr. Zala (their family doctor).

(He is Mr. Zala - Riddhima, Kiyaan & Angre's Family Doctor)

KIYAAN: Hello Zala Uncle. Kiyaan here.

MR. ZALA: Haan beta bolo kya baat hein?

KIYYAN: Uncle Riddhima Di is not feeling well. She even fainted & her body is paining.

MR. ZALA: Give the phone to her beta?

Kiyaan gave the phone to her.

MR. ZALA: What happened Riddhima?

RIDDHIMA: Woh I got my periods but its paining like a hell. I'm feeling dizzy also.

MR. ZALA: When was your last period?

RIDDHIMA: Before 2 months.

MR. ZALA: Anything else than the bodypain & periods?

RIDDHIMA: No. But the pain is unbearable.

MR. ZALA: Okay. Give the phone to Kiyaan.

Riddhima handed the phone to Kiyaan. All these while Vansh was worried for her jaan's health. His hold on her hand was tight as if she'll vanish in thin air if he didn't hold her. His eyes were watery, tears were ready to come out anytime.

KIYAAN: Yes Uncle.

MR. ZALA: Beta it's because of her irregularities in period & her past medical history.

Listening it Kiyaan's eyes got teary.

KIYAAN: Uncle is there any need to change in her medicines?

MR. ZALA: Ask her if she skipped it or is taking it regularly?

KIYAAN: No uncle I've myself gave her all the doses. Ya she got shot with the bullet last week. But it just passed away.

MR. ZALA: Ok & what about her sleeping pills & alcohol & cigarettes?

KIYAAN: She stopped taking sleeping pills & her alcohol & cigarettes is also reduced?

MR. ZALA: Skipping sleeping pills means lack of sleep. You know na she already sleeps 4 - 5 hours with sleeping pills.

KIYAAN: No uncle. She is taking her sleep peacefully without pills. Also her diet is changed, she is adopting healthy food habits without skipping meals from past two weeks.

MR. ZALA: What? (shocked)

KIYAAN: Yes.

MR. ZALA: Okay. Get the medical room ready tomorrow we'll do her check up. Also her last monthly check up is skipped.

KIYAAN: Okay. Thank you Uncle & sorry to disturb you this late night.

MR. ZALA: Anytime beta. You three are like my children. Good night & take care of Riddhima & give her the medicines.

KIYAAN: Good night Uncle.

They cut the call.

VANSH: Kiyaan what did Doctor said? My Riddhu is fine na? What happened to her?

KIYAAN: Relax Vansh Bhai. Di is fine. Don't worry Zala Uncle is coming tomorrow and will do her complete body check up.

RIDDHIMA: Kiyaan it's not needed.

KIYAAN & VANSH: No arguments.

KIYAAN: Please Di you already skipped last month's check up.

Riddhima just nodded.

RIDDHIMA: Kiyaan go & sleep. I'm fine now.

KIYAAN: Are you sure Di?

RIDDHIMA: Yes. Go, Good Night.

KIYAAN: Good Night Di.

He kissed her hand & caressed her face & went to his room.

RIDDHIMA: Vansh

VANSH: Hmm.

RIDDHIMA: Woh.. woh..

VANSH: Don't hesitate jaan. Tell me what do you want?

RIDDHIMA: I want to sleep keeping my head in your lap 🥺🥺🥺.

Vansh just smiled & settled himself on bed. He kept pillow behind his head for support & made Riddhima sleep taking her head in his lap & was stroking her hairs. After a while both drifted to sleep.

Next morning Kiyaan & Angre went down & was working out in gym.

KIYAAN: Angre Riddhima Di was not feeling well last night. She got her periods & was feeling so much pain. Vansh Bhai is with her. Last night he called me to ask about her medicines; that time I came to know. She fainted too. Then I called Zala Uncle & talked with him. He is coming for her check up today morning. Vansh Bhai is with her only.

ANGRE: Okay. Kiyaan Di seems so comfortable with Vansh Bhai. We three are still not that comfortable with this topic due to past, but am happy atleast she is opening to him.

KIYAAN: You're right Angre. You know we love her immensely but no matter what we can't fulfill a place of a life partner in her life. But I'm happy Vansh Bhai is fulfilling that empty space in her life. Last night he made hot chocolate for her & got a hot water bag for her too.
