On the otherside in study Kiyaan was reminiscing their happy moments & admiring Riddhima who was sleeping like a cute little baby girl in his lap. 

KIYAAN: Di aaj tak aap ne itna kuch kiya aur ek baar bhi complain nahi ki. Humesha sab ke baare mein sochti rahi par I promise Di ab se aap ki zindagi mein koi takleef nahi aane dunga. Aap ki life itni saari khushiyon se bharni hain ki aap saari takleefein bhul jae. Aaj tak aap humesha meri weakness rahi hain par ab se aap meri strength hain. Aur jab aap jesi strength ho toh now I'll never be weak. 

He kissed her forehead which again made her smile. After sometime Riddhima stirred in sleep & she woke up with a jerk & started breathing unevenly. Kiyaan immediately cupped her face & made her look at him.

KIYAAN: Di kya hua? 

Riddhima looked at him & hugged him tight. She was shivering in his arms. 

KIYAAN: Di kya hua haan? What happened? Aap aaraam se so rahi thi toh phir achanak?

RIDDHIMA: Ki...Kiyaan I'm feeling breatheless, saans nahi aa rahi hain thik se. Ghutan ho rahi hain. Her sweating was increasing. 

KIYAAN: Acha chalo hum bahar jate hain. We'll sit in terrace garden, you'll feel better.

He carried her in his arms & took her to terrace garden. Her condition was deteriorating. 

KIYAAN: Di take deep breathes, relax, try to calm down. 

She was trying but was failing to do. He immediately fished out his phone & called Siya. 

KIYAAN: Siya Bhai ko bolo Di ki medical kit leke terrace garden aae asap & you come with water & towel.

Saying this he cut the call & taking his handkerchief was wiping her sweat. He was rubbing her back & trying to console her. 

SIYA: Bhai Di ki medical kit leke aao jaldi to terrace garden. Angre Bhai aap towel leke jao main paani leke aati hu.

She said running to kitchen. Hearing it everybody ran to terrace garden. When they reached they saw Riddhima's health. All rushed to her. 
Angre & Vansh took her palm & was rubbing it trying to make her calm. Aryan & Rehaan were rubbing her feet. Kiyaan was still caressing her hairs & wiping her sweat trying to calm her. Siya came with water. Kiyaan took her in his embrace & made her drink water sip by sip. 

SIYA: Bhai Di ka blood pressure check karo jaldi se.

Vansh immediately checked it.

VANSH: It's high blood pressure. 

SIYA: Focus on her breathing. I'm coming.

She immediately ran to her room as she was having dark chocolates & quickly came taking it. She sat beside Riddhima & made her eat dark chocolate. While Kiyaan & Vansh were trying to encourage her to breathe normal. After sometime she was getting back to normal. All sighed in relief. Siya took her for a walk in the lawn there. This helped her & she was feeling better. 

RIDDHIMA: Siya let's sit. I'm feeling better now.

Siya nodded with a smile & took her to bed swing there holding her shoulders & made her sit. Kiyaan took her legs & helped her in sitting properly. Angre made her drink lime water & she completed one glass after showing lots of tantrums. They had already talked to Zala & he told that they need to deal with all these because she all of a sudden has stopped her cocaine intake. Siya wiped her face with towel as she was still sweating a little. All were talking & trying to divert her mind while she was also participating actively. Still she was feeling some uneasiness in her body. All of a sudden she felt like vomiting. She kept her palms on her mouth & ran to her room. Running to bathroom she vomitted like hell. Vansh was the first to reach & he immediately holded her hairs & was rubbing her back. After vomitting she was feeling weakness & dizziness so she leaned on Vansh's chest & loosened her body completely putting her weight on him. Her eyes was getting closed but Ishani was fast enough & she sprinkled water on her face.

ISHANI: Bhabhi don't close your eyes. Abhi ho jaega.

RIDDHIMA: Ishu...

She whispered meekly.

ISHANI: Haan Bhabhi. I'm here only. Sab yahin hain. 

All diverted her asking some or the other things while Ishani cleaned her face & mouth & made her gargle. Vansh carried her in his arms & laid her down on bed. 

SIYA: Rehaan Bhai ask Mrs. Dsouza to bring orange juice for Di.

RIDDHIMA: I don't want to have it.

KIYAAN: Par Di it's good for your health. You'll feel better.

RIDDHIMA: Mujhe nahi peena. 

Saying this her chin wobbled & precious pearls rolled down her eyes.

ISHANI: Koi baat nahi Bhabhi aap ko nahi peena toh no one will force you. 

She said caressing her head. She remembered that Aryan has prepared popsicles in the morning itself so that she can make her eat.

ISHANI: Rehaan Bhai no need to bring Bhabhi ko nahi peena hain.
Bhabhi aap ko pata hain aaj na bahot yummy se popsicles bane hain. Main na wait kar rahi thi ki we'll enjoy it together. Mera bahot man kar raha hain kha ne ka. Aap khaoge na mere saath? Please Bhabhi...

She said with cute puppy eyes melting everyone. 

RIDDHIMA: Par sirf ek hi.

ISHANI: Done Bhabhi...

Rehaan immediately informed Mrs. Dsouza to bring popsicles. Kiyaan made Riddhima sit & Vansh stuffed pillows beside. Ishani forwarded popsicles. Kiyaan took one & started feeding her. She ate half & made a puppy face.

RIDDHIMA: Ab bas....

KIYAAN: Di dekho thoda sa hi hain bas....

RIDDHIMA: No na. Tum khao tumne bhi toh nahi khaya.

VANSH: Acha chalo main ne finish kiya na toh chalo main khilata hu tumhein.

RIDDHIMA: Ansh....

She whined.

VANSH: Acha Jaan won't you eat from my hand itu sa hi bas.

He said with his fingers showing little. She glared but he made a puppy face melting her. Vansh diverted her & made her eat whole popsicle. Vansh wiped her mouth & made her drink water. 

REHAAN: Bhabhi ab aaraam karo thoda sa. Aap ko agar kuch dinner mein special khana ho toh bata dijiye.

RIDDHIMA: Kya bana hain?

SIYA: Palak Dal Khichdi aur Raita bola hain.

RIDDHIMA: No mujhe woh nahi khana.

Kiyaan smiled at his sister who was showing hell of tantrums in food. He started fondling her hairs & asked softly.

KIYAAN: Koi baat nahi aap ko kya khana hain bataiye woh ban jaega?

She thought for a while but the more she was thinking she was getting confused.

RIDDHIMA: Samajh nahi aa raha hain.

Everyone smiled at her innocence.

ANGRE: Acha Di toh kuch tasty si sandwiches banwa de aap ke liye.

She bobbed her head cutely. 

RIDDHIMA: Par na saath mein mujhe cold drink peena hain.

VANSH: No Jaan dekho aaj tumhein vomiting hui na toh if you'll drink cold drink your tummy (he said softly rubbing her tummy over comforter) will get acidity. So I promise once you'll feel better no one will stop you to have anything. 

RIDDHIMA: Okay. 

REHAAN: But Bhabhi aap agar chaho toh I'll make a special choco milkshake loaded with lots of ice cream & chocolate articles. 

Riddhima again bobbed with a smile. 

RIDDHIMA: Aap sab na yahi ruk na mere paas. 

ARYAN: Hum kahi nahi jaenge ab aap aaraam karo. 

She looked at Angre.

ANGRE: Kahin nahi jaa raha Di so jao.

She closed her eyes & in no time drifted to sleep because she was feeling sleepy & was tired too. Kiyaan kissed her forehead which made her smile & she in sleep hugged him from his waist. He smiled & took her head in lap. She snuggled & slept. Vansh till then talked to Zala & he told her that these things will happen but the good thing was she's calming without medicines & not getting out of control. Siya sat beside Kiyaan & leaned on his chest. He wrapped his one hand around her shoulder & kissing her forehead placed his cheek on her head. 

SIYA: Di sote hue kitni cute lagti hain na Kiyaan.

KIYAAN: Di esi hi thi Siya. Ek dum cute innocent si. Upar se woh sab ki Jaan ban gae thi. Sab ne unhein utna pamper kar ke rakha tha na ki you can't even think aur koi bhi esa nahi hoga jo unse nafrat kar sake because Siya she is such a pure & beautiful soul. She has a golden heart.

Everyone smiled hearing about her who was sleeping like a innocent cute little kid in his brother's lap. Vansh was sitting on bed taking Riddhima's legs in his lap thinking about the incidents with Riddhima were she shared her past. Aryan & Rehaan went to check on dinner preparations especially for their Bhabhi. Ishani saw that Angre was lost somewhere so she went & sat beside him.

ISHANI: Angre kya hua?

ANGRE: Ishani see just look at them. I just wish ki ab inn charo ki life mein koi takleef nahi aae aur humesha saath rahe. Kiyaan aur Siya aur Vansh Bhai aur Riddhima Di jab saath hote hain na toh kisi cheez ka dar nahi lagta. Woh ek dusre ki takat hain. Aur Kiyaan aur Riddhima Di meri takat hain. Jab tak woh dono thik hain na I can fight with whole world.

ISHANI: Don't worry Angre nothing will go wrong. And also if something goes wrong we all here na to make it right.

She said placing her hand on his shoulder with her beautiful smile. Angre too smiled at her. Ishani started talking with him diverting his mind & she did it too. Both didn't know that when they got lost in themselves. After sometime they both even started playing games in Ishani's phone. Soon it was dinner time & they all had it. After dinner everyone sat in garden near pool as it was Ishani's wish & how can her Bhabhi not fulfill it. Ishani & Siya were sitting leaning on Vansh's chest while Riddhima was sitting between Kiyaan & Angre while Rehaan keeping his head in Aryan's lap. All were talking. 

REHAAN: Ishu, Aryan Bhai pata hain Vansh Bhai ne naa Riddhima Bhabhi ke naam ka tattoo karvaya hain.

Ishani excitedly tilted her head.

ISHANI & ARYAN: Sachi Vansh Bhai?

Vansh chuckled at their excitement & nodded.

ARYAN & ISHANI: Mujhe dekhna hain.

Vansh rolled his tongue inside his cheek & smiled knowing Riddhima's shyness. He nodded. He took off his shirt & vest. Aryan & Ishani screamed.

ISHANI & ARYAN: Bhaiiii.... it's so beautiful.....

Everyone chuckled seeing their expression while Riddhima was blushing like a tomato seeing him shirtless. Everyone saw hickey on Vansh's shoulder & teased him eyeing the mark which made him blush & smile to the fullest while Riddhima was unaware about their intentions. Kiyaan smiled seeing her innocence while Angre wanted her to be more comfortable around Vansh so he thought to tease her.

ANGRE: Di we all know that Bhai loves you so much as he never takes a step back in expressing his emotions so today we want to hear your feelings for him.

Riddhima's eyes widened hearing his demand. Everyone started hooting in order to cheer up her & meanwhile Kiyaan had already informed Mrs. Dsouza to bring comforter. Siya went & sat beside Kiyaan while Ishani beside Rehaan. Rehaan & Aryan looked at each other & smirked. Aryan pulled Riddhima & Rehaan pushed her to Vansh. Vansh holded her from waist. She was blushing hell due to their closeness.

MRS. DSOUZA: Kiyaan Sir yeh comforter.

Kiyaan took comforter & threw at Vansh. He took Riddhima in back hug & covered them with comforter as she was wearing t - back top.

VANSH: Sweetheart I'd love to hear your heart.

He whispered in her ears in his husky voice which sent shivers down her spine. Riddhima looked in his eyes.

REHAAN, ARYAN, ISHNAI, SIYA, KIYAAN & ANGRE: Come on Bhabhi/Di.

RIDDHIMA: I'm in love with you & your entire being. Your hands & the way they hold mine. Your eyes & the way they smile at mine. Your lips & the way they fit with mine. Everything about you & it's all mine. Thank you so much Ansh for making my heart smile & eyes shine.

All were clean bold hearing her feelings for Vansh. She smiled to the fullest seeing Vansh's expression. His eyes were twinkling & were little moist too & the face with that glow & never ending beautiful smile. His heart was beautifully expressing his happiness & pride for his girl.

VANSH: I love you Sweetheart. (said placing a long forehead kiss).
