(On another hand, Merlin continues to train Welf, when suddenly she feels a throbbing pain. She collapses. Welf tries to help her stand.)

Welf: Are you ok, Merlin?

Merlin: Yes. (panting). Let us take a break.

(She walks slowly, out of the room and a little blue flame comes floating towards her.)

Merlin: Oh no...Malfestio!

(She catches the tiny flame. Tears began to roll down in her cheeks.)

Welf: Who is that?

Merlin: A friend.

(At that time, Anastacya and Shion came back and saw Merlin crying.)

Anastacya: What's wrong?!

(She sees the little blue flame. Merlin turns to her.)

Merlin: Malfestio...

Anastacya: But he was supposed to be with Arabella!? What happened?!

Merlin: It seems she went berserk and began consuming her summoning...and Malfestio...

Anastacya: THAT FUCKING BITCH!!!!

Merlin: It was a good decision to place a guarding seal in its soul. But the pain...I can feel it. He will not trust any humans now.

(Anastacya opens a portal and crosses it. On the other side, a green hill, filled with flowers of different colors. On the middle, a large and bulky tree, stands proudly. Anastacya comes in front of it and kneels.)

Anastacya: Oh, universal tree, I have come to thee to ask for a favor.

(Form the tree; it grew eyes and a mouth.)

Universal Tree: Ah, Anastacya. Is that you? Don't be afraid, come closer.

(She does and hugs it tightly. The plant stretches its branches and hugs her.)

Universal Tree: How much time has passed since you came to visit, my child?

Anastacya: It has been too long. I know...I promised to spend time with you, but alas, things have passed, and my destiny has changed.

(The tree could feel the sorrow on her voice.)

Universal Tree: Remember that this place is also your home. You can come any time you like. What is the favor do you need?

Anastacya: I have this baby owl, it has been mistreated, to the point of dying. I know it is too much to ask, since you gave me your blessing, but I want to know if the creature can stay with you for some time. I have a journey to a faraway land, and I don't want to put it in peril.

(The tree looks at the little egg, now, breaking its shell and coming into view of both of them. The little baby owl shivers in fear as soon as it saw Anastacya.)

Anastacya: Do not fear, I will not harm you.

Univeral Tree: It seems this creature has suffered too much. I will take it for the moment.

Anastacya: I am grateful. Yet again, you help me in my hour of need. How can I ever repay you?

Universal Tree: You have done it. Since the first day you came to me as a child, I have enjoyed your presence, and bestowed upon you the blessings of one of my children. Now go on your errands and be careful.

Anastacya: Thank you.

(She hugs the tree again and leaves from a portal. The tree takes the little creature in one of its branches and cuddles it.)
