(Joss and crew walked two hours. In their way to their destination, they slept under a tree, played charades, and sang. They bonded through communication and stories until they found themselves at the entry to the town. It looked ominous and silent. Joss quickly hides Wendy and ask Cerberus to be cautious)

(As they enter, silence befell them. There was no one in town. Mist surrounds them.)

Cerberus: Heh, old trick in the book.

Joss: What?

Cerberus: This is an illusion and the caster is a good one indeed.

Joss: How can you tell?

Cerberus: The entire town is full of energy, as like someone is trying to hide the true town. Maybe, to protect the citizens or a secret. Either way, I recognize the mage as a professional A grade.

(From afar, a little girl ran screaming, asking for help)

Girl: Please! Somebody help!

(Cerberus gaze at the girl)

Joss: We need to help!

Cerberus: It could be a trap.

Joss: Maybe, but we need to help.

(Joss sprinted to the girl that fell to the floor and took out a flask of water)

Joss: What happened? Where's everyone? Are you ok?

Girl: Everyone was here, then in a moment, they vanished. I'm scared!

Joss: Here, drink this.

(He passed the flask. The girl doubts.)

Joss: It will make you feel better.

(Joss shares a smile. The girl drinks. She hugs Joss tightly)

Joss: But where are your parents? Your family?

(The girl smirks)

Girl: Maybe...here...near...

Joss: Or are they hiding behind the mist?

Girl: Wha?!

Joss: If I were you, I wouldn't use that sharp knife you got there. That liquid that you took is a special potion made specially to kill in a minute. If you don't ingest the cure, which I have, you will die a painful and lonely death.

(The girl steps back)

Joss: Now, answer the question, where is the true village?

(The girl mumbles some words and the mist disappears.)

Girl: Now give me the antidote!

Joss: No problem!

(He tossed another flask and the girl drank it without haste)

Girl: This is...JUICE?!

(Joss smiles)

Joss: Yep!

Girl: Cocky motherfucker! You would've died.

Joss: It was a gamble.

Girl: Well, it was a gamble indeed. Heh, follow me. Merlin is waiting for you.

Joss: Merlin?

Girl: You will find out the answers to all your questions.

(Before them, a beautiful and green village appears with a lot of people)

(The girl stops at one point in the road.)

Girl: Follow the trail. It will lead you to Merlin's house.

(She turns and runs back to the village. Joss stops for a moment; he looks at Cerberus and then continues to Merlin's house. At the end, there was a cabin)

(Joss stands at the entrance and knocks. There is no answer. After a brief moment, the door opens itself.)

Joss:...Okay?

(He enters and to his surprise, the inside was gigantic, filled with plants, bodies of water and a variety of animals. In a pond, there was Anastacya and Merlin treating a deer.)

Merlin: You need to focus on the vital points of the animal.

Anastacya: I'm trying Merlin! I can't really find it!!

Merlin: Don't "find it", feel it. All living creatures have them.

(Merlin notices Joss)

Merlin: Well Ana, let's stop for now. We have visitors.

Anastacya: Did he already enter?

Merlin: Yes. Come Joss.

(Joss walks confused and looks around the house.)

Anastacya: So, is this the guy we've been waiting all this time?

(Joss looks at Anastacya with a "really?" look)

Anastacya: Hey, don't look at me like that. I expected...more. But, well...

(Merlin interrupts her)

Merlin: Pay no mind to what she says. I've been expecting you. Ana, go bring Shion. It is time.

Anastacya: Really? Ok then.

(She grabs a pouch and leaves the house.)

Merlin: Well Joss, (she sits) fire away your questions.

(Joss stares, for a long period at Merlin. He is astonished and confused at the same time. Merlin let out a small laugh.)

Merlin: First sit.

(He sits)

Merlin: You can also come out, primal creature.

(Cerberus came from Joss' shadow)

Cerberus: I take you are the mage who made the illusion?

Merlin: Correct. it's also an honor to have and meet a primal.

(She bows her head)

Joss: Primal?

Cerberus: Incredible. Not too many people know that I am a primal. I feel at ease. You can trust her Joss.

Merlin: Thank you for your word. So, Joss? A way to get out of this world, huh?

Joss: Wait, how in the-

Merlin: When you live long enough, you begin to understand people's minds. Also, you can stop staring at my face. You will not find anything...

(Joss' face is filled with questions and insecurities. He is unable to even think. He looks at Merlin, then changes his gaze to Cerberus who is taking a nap on the floor and to the structure)

Merlin: See here Joss, sometimes we want to run away from our problems, when what we really need to do is confront them. I'm not saying it is easy but is the right way. Why don't you go outside and stroll in the village? You may find your answer there. (She makes a small smile) Take Cerberus and ask him for advice. He may know too.

(She stands and guides both to the entrance. She then bids them farewell and walks back to the pond. Merlin looks with a sad face a photograph and a violet flower. In the meantime, Joss walks without direction.)

(Without noticing his surrounds, Joss walked a long mile. He remembers how he came to this world, how he awakened his powers, Arabella, U, Lucas and Lucy.)

Joss: Do I...do I really want to go home? First of, am I capable of doing it?

(After a moment he stops and turns only to see that he left the village. He finds a large tree and sat under it. Cerberus walked beside him and sat too.)

Joss: What do you think Cer?

Cerberus: Whatever you chose, I will always be with you.

Wendy: Same here master! (She says after making an entrance)

Wendy: It doesn't matter where you go, we will always be beside you.

(Joss looks at both with happiness)

Joss: Thanks guys. (His voice becomes soft) I know I can be sort of problematic and hard-headed and it can bring trouble to both of you. But I really appreciate everything you have done for me, and I promise I will become a better person for both of you.

Cerberus: Yeah kid.

Wendy: Don't sweat it master.

Joss: Now changing topics, Cer, you never told me you were a primal.

Wendy: P-P-PRIMAL?!

(Wendy looks closely at Cerberus and opens her eyes big enough, then she bows her head)

Wendy: I-I'm very sorry sir, Primal sir. I didn't noticed!!

Cerberus: Be at ease squirrel. It's not a big deal.

Wendy: I'm sorry sir, it will not happen again sir!

Joss: What's the big deal with Primal creatures anyway?

Wendy: What's the big deal? WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?!

Wendy: He, mister Cerberus sir, is an entity as old as the world. He is filled with wisdom, not to mention power!

Joss: Oh really?

(Just as Wendy was about to have a breakdown, Cerberus stepped right in)

Cerberus: The thing Joss, it is as the little squirrel girl just said. I have lived since the creation of this planet. More specific, it was the world who gave me life, alongside other creatures. I was named the god of the canines and my job, as the world entrusted me, was to protect and guide my kin. She bestowed upon me her grace, power in other words. And as time passes, I become even stronger. I have been guiding my sons through the entire span of my lifetime, only made a pact with three people, being you the third one.

Joss: Wow Cerberus, I never thought I would make a pact with someone so important. I feel honored, really.

Cerberus: No problem. As for the pact, I am like you squirrel. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a creature who made a pact. So, you can drop the formalities and treat me like equals.

Wendy: Yes sir, I mean Cerberus, sir.

(Joss began to laugh at the scene)

(After some laughs, Cerberus hears chatter)

Cerberus: Someone is near, and they aren't good.

(Joss makes Wendy vanish and stands with a stance.) From the distance, they could see some fire. It was almost nighttime. They walk slowly and find a camp with different men, some talking, others drinking, and in some tents, the silhouette of others having sex. Joss searches any personal capable to fight while signs Cerberus to change to wolf mode. The air was tense and the reeked of death was nearby. From one of the trees, a gentleman appeared.)

Gentleman: Well hello dear costumer, how can I help you at this hour?

Joss: Costumer? Who are you? What is this place?

Gentleman: Oh, it pains me when people don't know who I am. Let me introduce myself. They call me Mr. Gold, for I trade me wares for such a thing. My real name doesn't have any importance, what DOES it is you, the costumer. So, tell me, what can I get you, dear one?

(Joss stares at him. He looks like a middle-aged man but he used half a mask to hide his face. He used eccentric clothes and had gold rings in all his fingers.)

Joss: I assume you "sell" a variety of wares.

Mr. Gold: Ah! Such a fine eye you have! Yes, on the outside we sell regular things such as potions and herbs. (They walk while Gold shows a carriage full of normal potions and herbs) But in reality, we are in the slave sell. Desire a bunny girl, fetish for demon or angels? We got them! Everything your heart desires, we have it! Just name it!

(With face of repulsion and disgust Joss turns)

Joss: Sorry, it seems I was wrong.

Mr. Gold: Don't leave! We have what you need!

(Joss kept walking until he saw a strange shadow. He approaches it slowly only to find a little girl strapped. Her face was almost unrecognized. Blood was dripping from different wounds around her body. She had a scent of blood, urine, and sperm. Joss stares with full hate and compassion.)

Joss: How much for this girl?

Mr. Gold: This? She is just a cum dumpster. She has no value at all. I used her to satisfy my men. But it seems she is almost out. I have better girls inside. Follow me!

(Joss raises his voice)

Joss: I said how much for this girl.

(Mr. Gold steps back a little)

(Without hesitation, Joss takes out the three coins and threw them on the floor. Gold is astonished with what he has just done. Joss begins to unwrap the ropes and takes out a clean handkerchief, cleans her face and stares at her)

Joss: Don't worry, I will get you out.

(Mr. Gold interrupts)

Mr. Gold: Before you leave, I must give you the ownership of the merchandise.

Joss: I don't give a fuck about it.

Mr. Gold: It could be troublesome in some countries if they found out. It is easy.

(Gold raise his right hand)

Mr. Gold: I, Mr. Gold, pass ownership.

(Instantly, a symbol appeared in Joss' right hand.)

Mr. Gold: And that wraps it up. Thank you for your purchase, and please, come again!

(Joss takes the girl and runs without haste to Merlin's house.)

Joss: Shit! I will not make it in time!!!

Cerberus (from the shadows): Where do you need to go kid?

Joss: I need to go into Merlin's house. There I could treat her.

(In the floor at that moment, a strange black portal emerged.)

Cerberus: Enter there kid. It will not take you to the inside of the house, but near it.

(Joss jumped without question and was transported in the doorstep. He knocked and shouted but there was no response.)

Joss: Cerberus, tear the door now.

Cerberus: I don't think it will-

Joss: Tear it down! Her life is in danger! I will assume the responsibility later!

(Cerberus transformed into a big white wolf and from his mouth, a dark beam was released. The impact didn't budge the door.)

Cerberus: As expected from her. Stand back Joss, I will use my full power.

(Cerberus' eyes turned red and with tremendous force he destroyed the door. He then returned to dog form. Joss ran in search for a first aid kit. The girl's breaths were short and fast. He then spots the pond and decides to take her there. Cerberus stands guarding the door. Joss submerges himself with the girl and blood from her wounds began to gush out.)
