(On the Island of Hawaii, Arabella Houniki-age 23- lover of Cats- Veterinary Student. While doing her usual duties on Sunday which is filling in her Diary; she walks along the coast side and admires the fresh air after being all week stuck in her studies. She takes deep breaths of the blissful air, barefoot, in her sundress and bikini underneath. As she collects her thoughts, she hears one of her most pleasing sounds that she loves. The Meow of a cat. She follows the black cats call and finds it eventually in between the steps of the wooden stairs. The cat shuffles through the sand and then turns its gaze onto Arabella. Arabella with excitement steps closer it and leans towards it to pet it. The cat brushes against her, exposing its beautifully shinny coat. It passes between her legs and then sits in front of Arabella and stares into her eyes. As Arabella stares at the cat's eyes, she notices that its eyes are completely black like a marble. She feels that she cannot move away but at the same time she does not want too. Suddenly everything goes quiet and she feels like if her body is entering an out-of-body-experience as she feels that she is being pulled into the cat's eyes. Arabella Blinks and everything goes numb, silent, and dark. Nothing, but feels like a dark abyss. She hears mumbling after ten seconds, the voice coming clearer and clearer. She hears to voices and then sees a small white dot getting bigger...

* two voices...*

(Joss McCain, 25 year old - Anasthesiac- living in Sicily, Italy. After a long week of working on and off, he wakes up at 11:30 am. Stretches out and stands up to head to the bathroom and takes a piss, washes his hand and brushes his teeth. Gets out and looks at himself in the mirror and says " Damn... I haven't been able to train in fucking ... Forever..." He then moves onto doing pushups and ab works. After 20 minutes of training, he looks back into the mirror, seeing himself ripped and sweating. Feeling proud of himself, he flexes but notices a weird ripple behind his reflection. He looks behind himself but does not sees the mysterious image. He investigates the mirror and as he gets closer, he feels an unresisting urge too not back away. His mind puzzled. He places his hand on the mirror and then he blinks and sees the galaxy around him, he feels as his floating into nothingness. As he travels for about 10 seconds, he turns his head and sees what seem like ghostly skeletal giant hands surrounding him. He tries to wake up and scream but he can't move or hear a sound. At the hands close on him, he closes his eyes and feels numb, and hears mumbling. The mumbling gets louder and clearer.

(The mumbling voices finally come into tune; both Joss and Arabella come into the new world at the same time. As their vision clears up, they feel like they are coming out of something wet, cold and gelatinous.)

U: No ... No .. Nooo my sweet... I've told you a thousand times to NOT ... I repeat again and again. Do NOT use Necro-dimensional slip.

Now look at what you've done. - facepalms and shakes his head-

Lucy: - Laughing and giggling- Hey!! But you said practice makes perfect!

U: YES!! But not for the spell in specific darling... At times i just don't know if to love you or feed you to a Nuckus.

Lucy: - stands up- Love me like your daughter that i am - Throws a rock through his face, laughs and then meows-

(The rock passes through his face and he turns his head towards the Arabella and Joss)

U: Well... Here they come, whoever you brought from another dimension. - sighs and puts on a long smile. Standing next to Lucy. -

Lucy: Yay, new friends for when you are gone. - wags her tail and haves her ears up, holding her hands together. -

'Wait......wha.....kitty? Is that you?'

(Arabella says bleary eyed and dizzy)

(Joss wakes up and sees the new girl, the cat and the phantom)

Joss: Well shit! This is what happens when you work out without having breakfast.

(He then proceeds to eat a mint)

'Wait......I smell mints.....'

(Arabella sniffs the air and sees a random dude with a mint in his mouth next to her.)

'Oh wow! Where did you come from?'

(Joss sees the woman watching him and stares with curiosity. Then he hears her saying something about mints)

Joss: ...do you want a mint...?

'Yes please! But first since I do not take things from strangers, what's your name?'

(Joss tilts his head with curiosity towards the woman)

Joss: Well my name is Joss. Who are you? Where are we? Am I sleeping or is this an effect for working out without having breakfast?

'Hello Joss, it's very nice to meet you. To answer in order My name is Arabella, I have no idea where we are and no. A side effect of working out without eating is dizziness upon standing, nausea, fainting, shortness of breath and headaches. No hallucinations that I know of, and how about that mint?'

(Says Arabella while sticking her hand in the air with grabby motions.)

(Joss looks around to see if he catches a glimpse of his surroundings. He then takes out a mint and toss it to Arabella)

Joss: Thanks for the info. Here, catch!

(Arabella's face lights up with delight and lets out a little squeal) 'Yay! Mint!' (Then she proceeds to catch it and eat it. Happy she sits down on the floor and asks...) 'Now where is that kitty?'

(Joss stares confused with the woman)

Joss: Soooooooo, Arabella, from, where are you? How old are you?

'In order Hawaii, but more specifically Oahu, and I'm 23. Now where is that kitty. Seriously, it has some explaining to do.'

Joss: But what Kitty are you talking about? Are you not curious about this "new world" or anything?

Arabella: Wherever we are, although beautiful, is nowhere on my mental map and the last thing I remember is an adorable black cat and its black eyeballs, and then suddenly I'm here. So that's why I'm looking for mister cat. Unless the amorphous black blob over there and kitty girl over there would like to explain anything. (I say with a look that says I'm equal parts confused, annoyed, intrigued and elated.)

Lucy: Welp ... They got along pretty well. -scratches her head with her feet-

U: As it seems...

- He shifts his shadowy figure in front of Lucy and his smile shortens- Hello, out worlders. I have a lot of explaining to do... For the both of us. In advance... - He opens his center showing Lucy right through him- she is tremendously sorry.

(Lucy playing with her tail)

Joss: Ok. Just let me check something.

(He then takes out his smartphone to see if there is reception only to notice there is none. He then proceeds to take out his earphones and searches for the song pay no mind by Madison and listens to it while he sits on the floor)

U: - Looks at Joss- hmm rude. Well Arabella, this world is called Rhindelm.. Well that's the name of the continent ... Not the world. The world or planet however you prefer it is Oamni. The 47th planet in our solar system.

My name is U... And this little thing of destruction and disarray is Lucy.

'Well, your cat is adorable. (Still making faces at Lucy while looking at her occasionally for her to come to me.) Well, how did we get here? I know it's useless to ask but, meh, is there a way out? Oh! And nice place, I like it.'

Lucy: - Holding temptations to jump at Arabella- uuum... Well - Giggles- you are here because of me ... I did a thingy and poof you are here.

(U pats her head with her shadow and stares at Joss)

U: True that and there is the problem - his smile goes away- She can make portals... Through by the summoning the dead... She is a necromancer... Now ... Hold on. You aren't technically dead but... You are. If that makes any sense.

'Wait.......how exactly are we dead and not? If I died by face-planting on sand that would be sad.'

(Joss ends listening his song, takes out his earphones and stands up. Then looks at the blob and the cat)

Joss: Ok people are appearing. That's good. (Then he goes to where U and Lucy are)

Joss: Hello. Who are you guys?

'Well, the rude man finally decided to join the party?' (Still trying to get Lucy to come to me with kissy faces and snappy fingers)

(U's Eyes glow red and he increases his size to twice as big and tall to Joss and growls)

U: Im not repeating myself - goes back to normal size with a smile- Ask your friend, Mr. Rude. And as for Lu...

(Lucy breaks and tackles Arabella giggling and teething on her sundress)

(Squeals in happiness at finally being given the blessing of getting to pet the cat.) 'Ooohhhhh, you are such a pretty girl, oh yes you are Lucy, and so soft too!' (I say while scratching Lucy under the chin and her head.) 'I'll tell you later Joss, now shush Mister U is answering me.'

(Joss looks at what happened and fell to the floor)

Joss: Shit! My friends wouldn't believe me if I told them what just happened...

Joss: Ok. Can you fill me later of what that thing said Arabella?

'I just said I would Joss, now shush and stop being rude.'

(I say while still petting Lucy)

U: - Lifts Joss off the floor with his shadow- Now... I can't really tell you how you are dead and alive at the same time but... It would go like this. Your bodies in your world are still lingering through your daily lives... Maybe for the best or the worst. Some people are lucky and others ... Well just flop over and rot. Your soul and spirits are here in your new flesh and blood. So now... There are two of each of you in two different worlds. Thing is, this is the real you and your body "you" isn't... Because if none of you died, then that's what happened.

So, to get you back to your world is challenge all because Lucy there... Is the only one of the two of us that can put you back... Problem is!!! SOMEONE ... DOESN'T... KNOW... YOUR ... DIMENSION!!!

(Lucy hides behind Arabella with her ears down)

Lucy: I... Im.. Sorry.. Papa... - shaking- i just wanted .... To show... You i can do strong magic.

(Starts petting Lucy to try to calm her down and hugs her.) 'I forgive Lucy. She was just trying to impress her dad. We all do that, with different consequences. Though there is the lingering question, is there anyways to figure out dimension of origin? And if not, then are we stuck here? And does time flow the same here as back in our dimension? And what is different about these bodies than out original ones?'

(Joss stays silent while hearing everything)

U: -takes a deep breath- Well Arabella... That's the problem. We would need to bring another mage that can make portals and that's.... Difficult. Because they could either be anywhere and or dead.

Not a lot of practitioners concentrate on portal making. Sooo yes, you are stuck here until further notice. As for time i don't know. Without knowledge of which dimension you are from we cannot take you back. And here is an example... Our planet Oamni isn't the only Oamni... We so far know 22 others, and all are different. Same planet, different people... So, if you say that you are from planet Bakoor... We need to know which Bakoor.

U: - Shakes his head- and your bodies is that depending on what capabilities you had in your dimension, well you either don't have them, have them stronger or weaker... It all depends.

Arabella: 'On Earth I was just a lowly college kid. My powers were basically being able to consume my bodyweight in caffeine, sleep for days on end and owe everybody either money or written papers.' (Keeps on petting Lucy because she is incredibly soft.)

'So, if those powers are amplified, I can consume even more coffee, sleep even more but owe even more money and written papers to more people. Well shit, can they weaken please? I prefer not to owe anybody anything.'

(Joss listens then proceeds to turn around and bites one of his fingers.)

(Joss: Fuck! The pain receptors work well in this world. This means I'm not sleeping)

(He then turns and wait to see if Arabella shows some powers)

(Lightly climbs on top of Arabella's head and raises her ears)

Lucy: No silly... Powers like what i did to bring you here and this... " Manduko-shinok-Ubba".

(The trees around them begin to twist and rise from the ground. They switch places and then connect each other's branches to make one whole tree right over them.)

Lucy: I'm a Nature mage- Necromancer.

Joss: How do we know if we have similar powers? Do we need to go with a trial or something?

Arabella: 'Oh wow! That was so beautiful Lucy! Is there any way to figure out if I have these powers or do I figure it out as I go?'

Lucy: Well it all depends on what the planet decides for you. The planet spoke to me when i was 4 years old. And i gained these markings - she jumps off Arabella and shows them her back, filled with flourish and tribal marks- Those who have my markings will be chosen to be mages. Papa was born like that because he kind ...

U: - Clears his throat- Lucy...

Arabella: Ooh - drops her ears- sorry... I can't talk about papa's kind. But... Don't worry, give the planet some time to feel your energy and she will provide.

U: After gaining your mark, then from there you know what you may study.

Arabella: '....................I just need a few moments to process all this information. Thank you, Mister U and Lucy, for not leaving us ignorant.' (I feel saddened now that I don't have the softness of Lucy on my lap anymore.)

U: Yes, take your time. I understand that it is a lot. But it was all an accident... But fear not. As it is our mistake, we will help you assemble yourselves in our world and i guess to say, your new home.

(Lucy jumps around everyone and cheering)

Lucy: Finally, some friends that are alive. My only friends were the ones that I brought back from the dead. But they be all goopy, boney and with bugs in them. It was grooooss. - Her eyes glow blue as she looks into Arabella's and then Lucy turns into a black cat with glowing blue eyes and glowing stripes- YAY!! We linked. The world approved. Now i shall be your companion until the laws forbid us. - She climbs onto her shoulder and purrs-

U: Oh boy, my girl is an adventurer alright.

I'll guide through the norm of the town but it's basically treat people nice and they treat you nice back... Basic principles really. So come on, let's get out of these woods before nightfall... O though it's beautiful at night... So are the predators and that's how they get ya.

(Joss sees what happened and decides to walk a little around the group. He then lifts his head to watch the sky. Then, he crouches and begins to touch the earth.)

Joss: Mmmmm...weird...

Arabella: 'Yay! So, Lucy is coming with me now? Wouldn't you prefer to stay with your dad sweet-ling? And doesn't that mean I am some sort of mage?' (I say while stroking under Lucy's chin.)

U: Well, it's her decision really. If the bond was successful, i have no say to that. All i ask for ... Is to please keep her safe for me. -smiles-

Lucy: - drops her ears- I'll be ok papa. - looks at Arabella- to answer your question, there is a probability. The world seems to trust you with me. I haven't been able to do it with anyone else.

Arabella: 'I solemnly swear, to try and protect your daughter and keep her from any harm that may befall her at any given moment, if it is under my power. And thank you very much for not letting us wonder Mr. U. Any other being would've let us go on our way without an explanation, so once again I thank you.' (I say with a look of utter seriousness and conviction on my face.) 'Now do you have any suggestions on where to start our search for answers?'

(U was just shifting around until he heard her question. He stops in place and slowly turns with a huge smile)

U: I can get you answers or - Shapeshifts into a random Angel Guardian and his voices changes- we can go for an ADVENTURE!!

Lucy: Oh no... Here we go again -laughing-

Arabella: (Turns from serious to mischievous in a little under a second and her eyes gain the little twinkle known to everyone in her University as the look of only trouble ahead.) 'I vote for adventure! Right Lucy?'

Lucy: YES YES YES!! Papa knows some great ruins.

Arabella: (Turns to U with a huge smile on her face, showing her modified canines.) 'Then what are we waiting for let us go, Mr. U! To the level noob ruins!'

Lucy: "noobs"?? What's that?

Arabella: 'Oh right!' (She turns with sudden realization that maybe her slang won't be understood by other world creatures.) 'Well it's a term for when somebody knows nothing about a certain topic, and they have ti be guided so that they don't fail.... or you know....die.'

(Joss simply sighs at the girl and the cat. He takes a few steps and he hear someone giggling from behind. He then abruptly turns over to see if there is someone only to find trees and more trees. He then goes with Arabella and the rest.)

Joss: Ok so where is our first place to go?

Arabella: (I suddenly jump in startled surprise.) 'Damn I forgot you were there...'

U: If you really want to go on this journey of your new life here... For now... Or forever. Who knows?

Then wait a quick moment.

(He submerges himself into the group and zips through the Forrest in a flash)

Lucy: Oooh i know what he gonna do... Don't worry, whatever happens ... I'll protect you - smiles-

Arabella: (Smiles at Lucy and hugs her.) 'Thank you, Lucy. I also promise to protect you. You are now my friend and precious partner. I will do my best.'

(After a minute they hear a distant groan and roar of something huge. U comes back and emerges from the ground.)

U: Ok ... Ok... - he opens his chest and drops a spear, two swords, a shield, a battle axe, a war hammer and a Three pairs of armor for men and women-... Pheww.. Now pick something up and get ready... NOW!!
