"I don't want to do this anymore. It makes me sick."

"Well, if you did it right the first time, this wouldn't be happening," He said, looking out the window. "Johnathan is going to take Rhea to your brother's house. Dont go. Send Adam. In this, there's a serum that gets rid of the baby. Give him that and have him inject it in her before Johnan gets to Xavier's house. After that, it'll all be over."

Doing this for the man I once fell in love with, makes me sick. This is, no one would've looked at him and thought that he was an ice cold person. In the beginning, I never thought that until he forced me to have a child. When I couldn't have one, he targeted my sister Rhea. For her safety, I had to fake my death but I made sure to leave clues for Nick to follow. Some I wish I could choose. He found out the truth but Enzo also found it and sent Ankia to kill him. The only good thing about it was that he was stupid enough to give the hardware drive to Daniel when then gave it to Xavier. Hopefully my brother will find the missing piece.

About to leave, my heart drops when Adam runs in.

"What on Earth are you doing here?" Enzo asked.

"Someone took her." He breathed.

"What do you mean "someone took her'?" He asked, stepping toward Adam.

"A car like Johnathan's pulled up and I thought it was him." He explained.

"You should've waited, God damn it," Enzo roared. "Must I always do things myself?"

"If you didnt call me when you did, none of this would've happened." I stated.

Before I could process what had happened, I was on the floor, feeling a sharp sting on my cheek. Sitting up, I realized that Enzo had slapped me. I should've just gone to Xavier. I should've asked for his help, but he had so many things going on. I couldn't drain him like that. Is it too late to ask? At this point, I'm sure that my family wants nothing to deal with me and I don't blame them, but what if I can still ask? Would he still help me?

"If you did your job right the first time, no one would be here," He said as I stood up. "Well, maybe I'll still be with Rhea because it's no lie when I say she's damn good to be in."

"You make me sick." I said, tasting blood.

"Then do your fucking job so you won't have to deal with me," He said as he's phone ranged. "It's your brother."

Taking the call, he walked to the other side of the dinner and completely changed the way he was acting. If only I could scream and call for Xavier. Maybe I'll still go and ask for help. I'll go tonight since Enzo lives down the street or maybe he stays with them. Then what? What can I do to get to Xavier without Enzo finding out? Jonathan. I can call him to tell him to tell Daniel to send a message to Xavier. We can meet up somewhere. Yes. That's what I'll do.

"Okay. I'm on my way," Enzo said, hanging up. "You better fix this. I don't care what you do, just fix it and do not let Xavier find out."

With nothing more to say, Enzo walked out, leaving me with Adam alone. Sighing, I walked out as well while Adam stayed to order something.

Climbing into my car and pulling off, I called Johnathan seeing that I've had several missed calls from him.

"Taking Rhea with you wasn't an option. She-"

"Someone took her and it's better that she's with that person." I said.

"Um, what's-"

"Look. I need you to meet me at the house. I need your help finding Rhea and you're the only one who can help."

"Lisa, I don't know where or who has-"

"Thank you and I'll see you at the house." I said, hanging up.

Working for Enzo, I have to be extra careful. Only God knows if Enzo had the car bugged to hear everything I'm saying or doing. I just hope that Johnathan gets the hint to come to the house.

Getting to the house, I saw Johnathan and my heart almost jumped out. This plan is actually working and hopefully Xavier gets the hint as well.

"There's no way that I can help you find Rhea because I don't know how or where to start."

"Listen. I know you work for my brother Xavier and I need your help to send him a message."

Studying him, he starts to say something but then doesn't. I guess it's too much of a shock to handle that I know who he works for.

"What's the message?"

"For starters, tell him I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt our sister but Enzo left me no choice," I stated. "He was going to find some way to hurt her and I couldn't let him. I'll explain more. Just tell him to meet me at the small pond we found when we were kids."

Taking everything in, Johnanther nodded and headed toward his car. Stopping next to me, he pulled me into a hug.

Jonathan has been in my family for a long time. Because of the fact that he left when I was so young, Xavier probably thought I wouldn't remember him, but I do. I just hope that the rest of the family forgives me like he has.

"We'll find her," He said, lifting my chin. "Let's hope things fall in the correct order so we can."

"Thank you."

Watching him pull out and leave, a pound of bricks were lifted from my shoulders. Enzo can not control me anymore. Xavier will spoon know what and who he is and then he'll be dealt with.

"I can try to get something out of her." Enzo said as he followed me into my office which is where Johnathan was waiting with an envelope in hand.

"You'd have to sleep with her for that answer and fucking her and cheating on my sister is off the table," I said, walking behind my desk. "Are you finished with whatever you had to take care of, Jonathan?"

"Yes, sir," He said, stepping forward. "But I would like to have a word with you about your sister alone."

"Have you found her? Is she okay? Is my kid safe?" Enzo asked.

"No, but it's about her." Jonathan stated.

"Well, it's just her brother and the father of her kid, so proceed."

"It's Donavan."

Hearing the code name almost took everything from me. Donavan is a code name that only Johnathan and I know about. It's used for meetings and if the code is called, it means that whoever's in the room is the enemy but don't call them out on it. There's a whole different story to why it's the name but the fact that the man that my sister and the father of her kid is my enemy makes me see red. If only I could kill this son of bitch right now.

"Let's take a walk, then," I said, calmly. "Enzo, there's a different matter to which I must attend to, but do know that our discussion doesn't end."

"Well, what can I do in the meantime?" He asked, following me and Johnathan out.

"Wait until further instructions," I said, grabbing my coat. "Daniel, you're driving Johnathnan and I."

"Yes sir."

Needing to get far away from Enzo before I'll do something I know I'll regret, I hold myself together until we're all in the car and a block from the house. That's when and only when I screamed.

"How could I be so fucking blind," I yelled. "I'm supposed to know things like this!"

"None of us knew that he was the enemy, sir," Jonathan stated. "But it was Lisa who told me."

"Why would I believe her," I said, calming down. "She faked her death."

"When she was with Enzo, he forced her to have kids. When she couldn't, he learned about Rhea. It was either he'd find her and deal with her himself or Lisa would work for him. So, in order for her to protect Rhea, she had to work for him." He explained.

"But why not come to me so it wouldn't have come down to this?"

"I assumed that you were busy with your father and everything, so she didn't want to bother you."

It's hard to believe that Lisa would actually do this. I mean, she faked her death, but maybe she didn't have a choice. What if everything she told Johnathan is true and Eno forced her? I trust Johnathan with my life but I need proof.

"Do you know where she is?"

"At the pond the both of you used to go to."

The little pond Lisa and I used to go exploring everyday and found something new each time we went. This lake was something we found that we'd alway hang out at. The last time I saw her, I could tell that there was something off about her. I'd ask and she'd cry, so I never asked anymore. I should've but I didn't because the thought of it caused her pain. I want to believe her but I need proof.

"Take me back to the house," I tell Daniel. "I'll go myself."

Getting back to the house, three guards were at my office door. Wondering why, Carly came up to me while Enzo was following behind her.

"She's here." She whispered.

"Is anyone in there other than her?"

"Sarah, Micheal, your mother, and father."

"Okay," I said, walking toward the door. "No one comes in or out unless you hear a knock."

"Yes sir." they nodded as they moved apart and let me in.

Walking in, Sarah, Micheal, and mother were all on one side of the room while Lisa was in the corner being cornered by my father. If I could get away with it, I'd kill this man right now. He always thinks he's the alpha but he can't even get out of a mess he made himself. I'm the one who has to clean up to protect this family.

"How can you let her back into this house when she faked her death, Xavier?" Mother asked.

"Is this your house?" I asked, stepping in between father and Lisa.

"No, but-"

"I can let anyone in and out of my house. End of discussion," I said, turning toward Lisa. "It wasn't wise to come here."

"I see that now." She said, looking down.

"But I'm glad you're here." I said, pulling her into a hug.

Holding her instantly brought me back to the time where I last saw her. Her in my arms. She told me that there was something wrong without really telling me. I should've stopped everything I was doing to find her when I found out she went missing, but I didn't. Now, I can and I'll do whatever I need to do to protect her and this family.

"Johnathan told me about what happened and I want to believe you but it's hard to see that Enzo would do something like this to Rhea."

"Is there anything I can do?" She asked as mother sighed.

"I'm leaving." She stated, walking toward the door with Mieachel and Sarah behind her.

"They won't let you out unless it's me," I said. "It's for Lisa and Rhea's safety."

"I thought you found Rhea," Mother said. "What did that monster do?"

"Lis is your daughter," I yelled. "The monster is outside. He took her from us. Lisa is not and was never the enemy to begin with. It was always him."

Calming down, I walked behind my desk and sat down, thinking up of a plan to catch Enzo in the act and protect Lisa at the same time.

"I hate to do this to you, but I need proof so I can take this to court."

"So, what would be something that'll help?" Lisa asked.

"Wait until he calls you again. When he does, call Johnathan and tell him your code word and he'll tell me. There's no doubt that Enzo doesn't have everything you use wired. When that time comes, I'll deal with everything else."

"So I wont be able to see you anymore?" She asked as I stood up.

"I'll figure a way out," I said, holding her chin. "I need to know that he won't follow you or send someone. For communication, I'll give you a burner phone."

"Thank you." She knocked on the door.

"For the sake of Rhea's life, you all will not say anything about this to anyone."

Nodding, everyone was able to leave but Lisa. When I came out, Enzo was watching the door. I need to be on the safe side in case Enzo is still waiting. And it was a good thing I did because he still was.

"Make sure she gets out safely," I told Carly as I walked toward Enzo. "Walk with me."

Walking down the hall with me, I made sure that Enzo was facing forward so Carly could get Lisa out without her being seen. Getting outside, I tried my best not to beat the fucker up, so I shoved my hands into my pockets.

"Your family is more than welcome to stay here." I said, looking out into the yard.

"Thank you," He said. "Who was in your office that needed three guards guarding the door?"

"It was an important meeting with the council and my father with myself and my family present."

"So, you're still able to find Rhea?" He asked as I grew angry.

"Of course I am and I may have an idea of who has her."

"Do you need my help?"

"No," I said as Carly walked out. "Is it important?"

"Yes," She said, looking over at Enzo. "And it's something that must be discussed alone."

"You don't mind?" I asked Enzo, not even caring if he cared or not.

"Not at all," He said. "Business is business."

"Thank you." I said, following Carly back inside.

Back in the house, I expected her to say what was so important, but she waited until we got into my office where Alice and Rhea were. Before I could stop myself, I ran over to Rhea and hugged her.

"I'm assuming that you're Xavier." She stated as I pulled away.

"Yes," I said. "How are you?"

"Besides the fact that the man I loved and thought cared about me only wants my kid dead just for power and money, I'm okay," She said. "And the fact that I've found my birth family."

"I'm sorry to interrupt, but do you have any proof of Enzo?" Alice asked.

"Not right now but it's planned out," I said. "I'm just waiting for things to be put into motion."

"Well, I'm going to need proof... with this situation. I have other things that he's been created for but it's much different than what he's being claimed for."

"If you're the head council, can't you just take out word for it?" Rhea asked.

"I can but this would go to the public and then the press and if that does happen without me having proof, the press won't get off my ass," Alice explained. "They'll be just like flies on shit."

"So, what about Rhea," I asked. "Is there any way that she could be here?"

"With everything going on and kids on the way, it wouldn't be a wise choice," She said as I helped Rhea up. "But I have my son keeping her safe and you have my word that she'll be safer with him than she was ever with Enzo."

"Good," I stated. "Now before you leave, it'll be good if Enzo didn't see Rhea. It would ruin my pan if he did."

"Then we'll wait." Alice said as Carly walked and ran in.

"What is it?"

"Enzo got a call and is making his way somewhere." She said in a rush as I'm already walking out.

"There's something I need to take care of." Was all Enzo said as he passed me and hurried out the door.

Taking the hint that he either found something out with Lisa or something worse, I told Daniel that we were following him, but not too closely.

If Enzo's going to Lisa, there isn't any way for me to warn her, but following the bastard is the best thing. After all, all I need is pictures and that's my proof.
