Rory Miller never knew who his birth parents were so he was an orphan until he got adopted at the age of 6. (Miller is the last name of his adoptive parents) His adoptive parents got in a car accident when he was 10 and he has been hopped from house to house. Until he found himself in front of the Reyes house. (by the way Damen is 19, James is 76, and Rory is 16 when he meets the Reyes.)

|Six days later when Rory is going to come|

“Dad, we are going to be late.” Radley said in a worried tone. “We are not and if we are he will be fine.” James yelled at him for the boat. “Please dad.” “Fine, but you worry too much.” When they got to the airport they found Rory sitting alone. In the car Rory fell asleep and when they got home Radley carried him inside to his room. The next day Rory woke up late. No one was home so he went to the beach and he stayed there all day. He got home just in time for dinner. “Look he is fine, damen.” he said in a calm voice. “You can’t know that what if..” “ why are you guys fighting.” Rory said, very confused. “Nothing Rory but where were you?” Damen said now as confused as Rory. “ oh I was at the beach all day. Where were you two?” “We were at the docks getting the boat ready for tomorrow. But I don't see why we could have just gone today.” James said with an angry face. After dinner and two movies later Rory and Damen fell asleep on the couch.

|Three months later|

|Damen's POV|

It has been three months and we are getting along really well and honestly I started to fall for him but I don’t think he is gay or even bi. (bi means that they like male and females if you didn't know) Today is his first day of highschool here. He is really nervous but I know he will be just fine.

|After school|

I came to pick up Rory from school. “Hey Rory over here.” “oh hi Damen. Why did you come? I thought you have work today?” “Well I got fired and now I have no job.” “The old man is going to get mad when he finds out.” “I know but i trust you not to tell him.” “ You know I wont tell a soul.”

|Two weeks later |

|Rory's POV|

It has been really stormy lately and I get so much time to spend with Damen. I never thought that I liked guys before but I can’t help myself. He is strong, kind, loving, and really handsome. I can ask him if he wants to go to a party with me. “Hey Damen do you want to go to a party with me and my friends.” “Sure why not. What time?” “6:30 I think or was it 5:30.” When we got there they just started to play Truth or Dare. “Rory truth or dare.” Sam said in her joyful tone. “Truth, no dare, no truth. Just choose for me” “Ok tell us who your first kiss was.” She said with a great smile. “I actually never kissed anyone or got kissed before.” I said with a red face. “Ok Damen your turn.” “ Ok….” after about seven rounds of truth and dare. “Hey R truth or dare.” R is my nickname by the way. “I chose Dare.” I said nervously. “Ok I dare you to kiss your crush on the lips.” Oh no they're going to find out that I like Damen what am I supposed to do. “Look at the time I have to get going.” “Come on R there is no need to be shy.” Alex said. “Fine.” I go to Damen and kiss him and quickly run out of the building. “I didn’t know that R was gay.” John is very confused. Damen just sat there in shock until he realized what just happened. Then started to run after Rory. When he finally found Rory he was crying and telling himself teribble things. “R why are you crying?” he said, very worried.“Sorry I kissed you. I know you don't like me in that way. I know no one likes me in that…” Damen suddenly kissed Rory and Rory slowly melted in the kiss. Damen broke the kiss for air. “Rory I loved you for a very long time and every one loves you ok.” “I love you too. Are we a thing now.” “if you want us to be.” “ I would love to be your boyfriend.”

Seven months have past and James dies in a storm at sea. Damen and Rory were very sad but they know James would not have wanted them to be. Damen and Rory got married 3 years after that and adopted two girls named Rose and Lily and two boys named James and Keith.
