Rey and Jake drop by the resistance to visit. They step out of their ship holding hands and smiling and Rey is wearing a long dress that goes down to her feet and she rest her head on his shoulder and holding his left hand as they walk inside thinking about starting a family. While Jake assists in helping to fix something on a x wing fighter, Rey visits Leia. She tells Leia, "me and Jake are thinking about starting a family soon. Just as they finish talking, Rey gets sick and runs to a bathroom. Minutes later she comes out feeling light headed. Then Leia sees Rey's right hand on her stomach and Leia takes her to a medical room. Rey lays down on a table as Leia looks for Jake. A doctor comes in to check on Rey. The doctor asks Rey "would u like me to do some tests on you?" Rey says "yes". The doctor heads out for a few minutes to check on her results just as Leia finds Jake on the other side of the base sitting on a bench having a cold drink. Leia tells Jake about what happened with wife Rey and they go to the room Rey is in. As Jake makes his way to his wife Rey, the doctor comes in with Rey's results and Rey is nervous. She's scared to find out what's wrong. The doctor says to Rey " you're gonna be OK. There's nothing wrong with you or your baby. " Rey says "what? A baby?!" The doctor says "yes. You're 6 weeks pregnant." Rey is scared that she has to tell her husband. Minutes later Jake walks in to find Rey in a gown and no shoes on. He walks to hug Rey. They hug as Rey starts crying. Then Rey tells him the news. "Jake, I just found out from the doctor something about me. I'm pregnant. I'm 6 weeks pregnant." Jake hugs Rey and cries knowing he's going to be a dad and Rey is going to become a mother to their baby. Then Rey and Jake smile as they sit on a table and she rests her head on his shoulder. He asks "can I touch your belly Rey?" She says "of course you can rub my belly honey. It's our baby. Go ahead and rub my belly." Jake rubs Rey's belly as he smiles and then he kisses Rey's belly and says "hey little baby. I'm so happy that you're inside mommy's tummy. I can't wait to meet you in less than 8 months. Your mommy and daddy love you." Rey smiles as Jake talks to the baby and rubbing her stomach. The 2 are so happy about starting a family. Their dreams of finding each other and having kids was coming true. Rey says "I can't wait to see my tummy grow. And I am excited about finding out what we're having between boy or a girl." Rey and Jake walk out of the room wearing their clothes and smiling as they anxiously await to find out the gender of their first baby.
