Later after we got Rex settled in I went downstairs to play on Lucy's WII. After a hour I started to get bored then I heard Lucy howl at the top of her lungs. I quickly got up and Rex came down stairs running as fast as he could. We both ran to the garage and saw her shaking in fear. I hugged her as Rex was looking for what scared her. She was so scared that she couldn't speak then Rex found a bloody knife keeping a note stabbed to the back door. The note had blood all over it as well and it read "WE ARE COMING FOR YOU ALL ENJOY YOUR LAST DAY ALIVE". I head Rex whimpering and I was really worried for our safety.

"Who would leave a note like this" Rex asked

"I...I don't know" Lucy said in fear.

I continued to hug her as Rex looked at the note. I was thinking we should call the cops but I knew they wouldn't do anything. At that something clicked in side me and I garbed the note right out of Rex's paws. I remembered when I was a kitten that every time Lucy wanted to find me she would follow my sent so I put the note up to my nose and smelled it. But nothing I guess it works better if your a dog. Rex saw what I was trying to do and he gave it try. He picked up the sent but he didn't want to follow it. I got angry and decided to try it aging. At last I found the sent and followed it. Rex and Lucy didn't want me to but for the safety of them I wanted to track who ever put this note on the door. As I was following the sent I notice I was going to the bad side of town and I started to shake in fear. Being I wanted to find who left the note I kept on going. Before I knew it I was being followed the human's I don't even know and I was really scared. I wanted to turn and before I could someone grabbed me by the tail and tied me up. I tried to bite the guy who was doing this but he put a mussel on me. I didn't know where they were taking me but I hopped I wasn't going to die. I tried to reach into my back pocket to see if I could speed dial Rex and It worked now I hoped that he would pick up his phone. I don't remember what happened next cause I was punched until I lost contentiousness. All I know is when I woke up Rex and Lucy were there with guns.

"NO ONE EVER TOUCHES HIM AGING" Rex yelled

Lucy helped me to my feet and put me in the car and that's when I heard shots fired. I saw Rex run back to the car and the group of guys chasing him. "DRIVE" Rex yelled... Lucy drove as fast as she could go finally I was out of harm's way but not without some boozes. I was so happy they found me but I knew I was in trouble to.

"Why did you try to find those guys on your own" Rex asked.

For the longest time I didn't have a answer and I didn't want to tell them why I did it. When we got home Rex took me to the bathroom and dressed what little wounds I had.

"Babe you got blood on your fur" Rex said

I looked at him them smiling then I started to cry. He gave me a comforting hug and whispered softly in my ear"I will not let no one hurt you like that aging" I continued to cry in his arms he picked me up and took me over to the couch. He sit me down in his lap with me still hugging him. He kissed me on the forehead and I said"Please don't let me do that aging" still crying. He held me close and said"I won't"
