1. My past.

It was a normal day in Inazuma with the Sakuko decree and Vision hunt decree actively enforced upon the island nation. Nobody was allowed to leave or enter this nation anymore.

Nobody is allowed to have a vision anymore.

All because of one god who desires to be the only ruler in Inazuma in the name of Eternity.

I knew I wouldn't give up on the very last thing I loved. My Cryo vision. I loved it with all my heart and I'm never turning them in to those soldiers of the Shogunate.

Not to some selfish god even if it meant I had to put my life at stake.

I ran away whenever I encountered someone from the shogunate army. Even from the reach of Tenryou commission's headquarters or locality upon hearing their ruthless ways of confiscating a vision. I desperately hoped that a day that my vision would be confiscated never come upon me.

The Electro Archon, The Almight Raiden Shogun seemed to have trusted the Tenryou commission way with this matter too much, reaching a point where  she is blinded by how much they've been using her. I knew I'd be the one to blow this lid off even if I had to become an assassin or a spy for this.

And so I did become an assassin. Assassinating corrupt Tenryou commission's officials my the break of dawn and becoming any normal citizen of Inazuma with no vision wandering around during the scorching afternoons. Not even a soul had doubted me.

No one knew the existence of my vision except for Arataki Itto and Nagnohara Yoimiya, my closest friends. I worked as a part time helper at Yoimiya's family's firework business.

While running around, all across Inazuma to get her ingredients to make fireworks, I was able to learn more about people and their struggles under the rule of the Tenryou Commission. I had nothing better to do during the day however while going in search I do get hold of some good intel from other parties.

This was my everyday routine, until one day I was captured by an unknown woman.  I woke up later, in a dark cave with dim light setting. My eyes were blurry and I realized my hands were tied.In front of me I saw a man with light blue colored hair and pale skin.

The moon shone brightly in the sky as it was evident by the light coming through a tiny gap in the cave. The moon light shone upon the man who stood before me as his facial features were highlighted by them, making him resemble as if he was someone from heavens.

He had a samurai pad on one of his shoulders and a cream colored coat with straight edge. A figure of nobility perhaps?

"Oh, you're finally up young lady." He spoke gently as he had sent away someone who he was talking to earlier. My eyes were still blurry from the drug as I couldn't believe the sight before me. He had purple-bluish eyes that shone brightly in the dark and a pretty face but who the hell was he to kidnap me?

"Who are you?" I ask in an annoyed tone, almost slipping out an irritated curse beneath my breath. He left a deep chuckle that reverberated through his chest.

"My, My I cannot believe my eyes! This is the famous unknown assassin of Inazuma!." He clapped and walked closer, inching the gap. His shoe heel clicked against the rough flooring, echoing in all directions, radiating an authoritative atmosphere around him as the other people who stood in the dark had their heads shook low, in respect.

"And why would you care about that?" I replied with a sarcastic tone, slightly flustered from how I ended up in this siutation. My entire cover was blown and I was tied to a chair, unable to move. My story ends here, I suppose.

"To think, that a girl of almost my age be so capable of doing tasks my Shuumatsuban fails to accomplish. You're quite really something." He says as he stops before her, towering over her seated figure.

I scoffed at his statement in annoyance.

"Rude of me to not ask but what's your name young lady?" The man asks in a polite tone as his eyes were completely on me. I refused to speak as I looked away, however the man only repeated his question.

"I will ask you again, What is your name, young lady?" He asks in a tone, expecting an answer, "If it bothers you too much, I suppose you wouldn't mind me confiscating your vision in the name of our god?"

Being placed on the weigh balance of life and getting my vision confiscated, this man had surely in the palm of his hand. Not wanting to lose more than I have, I replied back.

"Y/n L/n."

He left a pleased chuckle"Pleasure to meet you, L/n. I'm Kamisato Ayato. The head of the Kamisato clan and the commissioner of the Yashiro Commission."

An audible gasp left my lips as I was snapped back into reality. My head no longer felt light-weighted and it felt as though my mind was completely focused on the man before me, who had a sly look on his face.

"Kamisato...?" I mutter inaudibly under my breath.

"I'm also the leader of the Shuumatsuban. However, worry not." He says as he snaps his fingers, instructing the other agents to untie the ropes that bounded my hands.

Your eyes only widened at his statement. You couldn't believe it was THE Kamisato Ayato right in front of you. The very man who played an entire trick over the Tenryou Commission and was one of the Commissioners from the Tri-commission.

"I was looking out to recruit you, not confiscate your vision. The Sakuko decree has nothing to do with me however, you do. Your involvement in certain cases have hindered my plans.....in a positive light, of course." the man says as he extends his hands out for me to shake.

I look at his gloved hand for a brief moment before looking back at his face in confusion, unsure of what this foreign gesture had meant.

"Since our goals and missions align, I would like to recruit you to lead the Shuumatsuban along my side. Your help would be of utmost service."

And thus began my story, from being a master-less  assassin to a full time employed assistant to Kamisato Ayato.
