"I think we should stop here for the day." The Hokage announced. "But I would like for the same people we conducted a meeting with along with the chunins and jounins to be present.. that is to say that all above the rank of Chunin should reach here by 5 am in the morning tomorrow and we will start resuming our watch by 7."

As Shisui nodded towards both the adults in response, he also made his way to the Uchiha compound along with the head family.

Naruto and Ayako made their way to their place. Both hand in hand, one thing unusual though was that Naruto was silent today. None of his usual ramblings about his life, no asking for ramen and no complains about why studies had to be done.

He was just silent, staring at the ground while he kept walking. 

Has the revelation revelations of today gotten to him? He's still but a kid.

The next morning, most of the people that were summoned reached by 5:05.

"So.. I assumed you didn't know about this revelation." the Hokage asked.

"No, I did not. And if I had, it wouldn't have gotten this out of the ordinary." Kakashi composed himself.

"Perhaps we should start action  against the events now." Shikaku proposed.

"Will that prove to be a good idea though? Do we have enough information. Or even enough evidence that this whole thing is not actually a fake."Hiashi brought up the one thing that clouded their mind.

"It is not a lie that it got Naruto's parents correct."Inoichi said. He continued, "However, most events of the future are in a state where it cannot be checked."

"Then what is the course of action that we should be taking?" Fugaku questioned.

"I believe that maybe you all should stop treating this like a planning for war." Tsume butted in.

"What do you mean by that?"

"I mean that the future is right in front of you and what other reason is there for it to be so convenient to be viewed unless it is so we can change it."

"It's not a movie where the protagonist has everything made out for him."

"Well, it sure does seem like it to me. The lot of you are just making it more complicated. And talking about planning and  all those stuff like you are trying to create a war, what is the use of another war." Tsume said.

"I agree." Yamanaka Misato said standing next to Tsume, "More death, more pain. We don't need another war, Hokage-sama. We just need to know how to prevent it."

"But it isn't that easy. The screen does not show what we want it to."

"Well then, we wait. We watch and wait till it shows us what we want."Nara Yoshino stated.

"An important thing though, how do we know what actions we should take, etc.?" Shisui asked, feeling slightly uncomfortable under the gaze of the people present in the room.

"That.. I assume... should be planned according to Ayako and her notes, along with her memories." Shikaku said.

"She doesn't remembe-"

"But she can, can't she? Plus, doesn't it seem odd that the first person she made friends with was Naruto, a kid who was treated as an outcast. And then she slowly started making friends with you as well, Shisui. The letter also mentioned that she was the reason this whole 'watching the future thing' happened anyway."

"Are you perhaps proposing forcing her memories to come back?" Itachi narrowed his eyes. Suddenly not caring that the man in front of him was a senior.

"Maybe yes, maybe no. That is, if she actually did tell the truth."

"Why would she even lie?"

"That, I can't answer."

"Then, how can y-"

"Leave your personal feelings out of this, the both of you. Maybe she is your friend, but if she is threat then she is a threat." Fugaku stated sharply.

"Yes, Fugaku-sama."

"To answer any doubts," Shikaku said "She appeared without any Chakra. Byakugan testings have concluded that she might not even have the chakra coils which everyone in our world has. Maybe they can't use it or it's small but everyone has it. There is no one who doesn't except for her. Secondly, her actions after she was taken in. The way she responded to questions and the way she behaved. She definitely did have her memories when she first arrived, I will not say that she is lying about not having them now. But for sure, she had it when she first appeared even if not now."

"And what do you suppose we should do now, Shikaku?"Hiashi asked.

"Well, firstly. Of course, watch a few more of those clips. And then check her notes. And then, take her in for questio-"

The complains that were about to be thrown his way were shut down by a glare from the Uchiha Clan Head.

"ning. After which, we can sort out a timeline of sorts. And see which event is the closest that we can change to be in our best interest."

"It seems like a plan then." Tsume said.

"Well then," the Hokage announced, "We shall be going through with Shikaku's plan. And with no one having any disagreement with the plan, it is final."
