Chapter Eighteen

»WARNING: BLOOD, STRONG LANGUAGE, AND GORE«

"ROMAN!!!!" Virgil shrieked, quickly scooting over to his boyfriend's body. A red stain formed on Roman's chest, Virgil's eyes widening in horror. Virgil's eyes swam with tears as he looked at his boyfriend's unconscious face. He growled lowly, rage coursing through Virgil's body. His eyes went black as a purple aura surrounded him. He darted at Deceit, whom had shot Roman, and tackled him to the ground. Deceit struggled to get free as Virgil began punching him across the face mercilessly. Deceit kicked him off, quickly standing. He would teleport, but he was too weak to do so. So instead, he picked Thomas up bridal style and flew as quick as he could. Virgil felt a slight jerk on his back, him glancing over his shoulders. A grin formed on his face as he saw his wings behind him. He flew after Deceit, black fire balls forming in his hands. Deceit attempted to fly faster, but only succeeded in plummeting to the ground. Virgil followed, growling loudly as the purple aura darkened. Deceit dropped Thomas as they fell, groaning loudly. Thomas winced in pain as he pushed himself up, being a small distance away from Deceit. His eyes widened as Virgil tackled Deceit, punching him.
"This is for Patton!!!" He yelled, punching him across the face as hard as he could. "This is for Logan!!!!" VIRGIL continued, punching Deceit square in the nose. Deceit groaned loudly as Virgil stood, grabbing his arm tightly as he stepped on his chest harshly. His eyes locked with Deceit's, them still black.
"And thiS IS FOR ROMAN!!!" He boomed, pulling with strength none of them imagined. It was hard to believe he had such an amount of strength. Deceit screamed in pain, his eyes filling with tears as Virgil began pulling his arm off. He moved his foot onto his shoulder, pulling harder.
                 There was a loud snap.
Virgil's eyes widened at what he had done, dropping Deceit's arm. Deceit's vision went blurry, his head pounding. He suddenly disappeared with Thomas, the dark aura leaving as Virgil's eyes faded back to normal.
"Roman..," Virgil whispered, quickly talking off in the direction he came. Tears brimmed his eyes at the thought of Roman not making it. Instead of staying with him during his possible last moments alive, he went after Deceit and tore his damn arm off. He heard sirens get closer the more he flew to the abandoned warehouse, and it only made him worry more. He flew faster, seeing ambulances and medics at the warehouse. Virgil was internally praying that the boys were okay..
