A milliom dreams are keeping me awake.....

Seven year old Soarin skies was playing with his soccer ball. He was balancing it on top of his head when suddenly he was tackled to he ground by a blue blur. "Soariiiiin! Guess ehat guess what?" Seven year old Rainbowdash squeeled as she squeezed the air out of the boy. "Can't**Gasp** breath!" he said and that made her let go of him. "I cought Spitfire trying to hold Wave chill's hand!" she giggled.

Soarin would have laughed had it not been the news of yesterday that made him upset. Still he still tried to be cheerful for his friend. "Whats wrong?" Dash asked when she noticed her friend was looking sour. "Nothing to worry about" Soarin lied. Dash pouted. "Come on Soarin, please tell me" Dash begged trying to look cute. Not that it was necessary since she was so absolutely adorobale to Soarin.

But he couldn't tell her. He bit his lip. "Rainbowdash" He started with a smile. The girl's face fell. He has never used her real and full name before. "Yes?"

"We're moving away...."

She didn't knew what else to do. So she hugged him instead.

Later that afternoon, Soarin sat gazing at the sunset alone. He was at the beach which was only a twelve minutes walk away from his home.

"Hullo" the forever angelic voice of his crush startled him. He jumped and smiled when he he saw her in a blue dress complete with a sky blue little bow tide in her hair. "H-hoe did you get out? I thought your dad didn't wanted you out of the house before supper? And as for your brothers if one of them see you with me I'm doomed! And you know Blitz doesn't like me that much" he said.

She smiled. "The window. And don't worry, I won't let them hurt you" she said. She sat down next to him on the white sand and sighed. "why do you have to leave? I'm gonna miss you and Spitty" she said about to cry.

"Because my father wants us to have an even more richer life then what we have now, and he thinks our lives would be better if we start fresh at Clouds dale! I....don't know what my future will be" he replied. Rainbowdash held his hand.

"I do"she sighed. "just remeber our very special song"

I close my eyes and I can see...
A world thats waiting out for me
That I call me own

Through the dark, through the
Door, through where noone's been

And it feels like home....

Soon he took her to their favorite place. The old abandoned mansion he promised they will both live in someday. They climed over the locked gates and explored the inside

He lit up a match and it showed a creepy dusty painting of a man resulting for Dash to give a srceam. Soarin laughed a little and earned a punch in the shoulder

They explored the rest of the house together. Marking their initials so when they come back again here together one day. They'll remember.

Soarin and Dash said their good byes and let go of each other. Neverhteless, She couldn't stop herself from running after the speeding car. "Wait! Don't leave me!" she yelled.

But even though they are miles apart, they tried communicating by sending letters twice a week. Rainbowdash smiled at Soarin's letter once it arrived at the post.

But over time....their letter grew lesser and lesser. Their family life and family problems and personal goals became a distraction to them. Until they completely forgot about sending letters. Rainbowdash grew angry when she received no reply to her letters to Soarin. And Soarin felt like she completely forgot about him. About them. He tried sending one more letter. But found none of them reached her. His parents divorced and he lost his favorite sister. This made him so sad he forgot about Rainbowdash. And Rainbowdash forgot about him.

She held the picture of him and Soarin close to her chest, before hidding it inside a small box and leaving it in the attic. She was now eaight years old. She has forggotten his real name ans slowly forgetting his face. But then she was done. She was done waiting. She was done listening. She was through.

In clouds dale meanwhile. Soarin stared of the picture of him, his sister, and Rainbowdash. He bit his lip and fought the urge to cry. He misses her so much. But does she miss him? She has forggotten about him and they had stopped wrtting letters. He hid the picture inside an envelope and hid it amongst the piles of letters they sent to each other. He put it all in a box and hid it in the basement.

**********Present

Soarin smiled as he stared at the picture of his Rainbowdash. And Rainbowdash stared unblinking at the picture of her and him in her phone.

Both teeangers fell down in their back in their bed in their own room. Soarin found his Tears again. And this time he's gonna make sure to never loose her. And noone, not even her over protective brothers, is going to stop him.
