Trouble
"Marshall! Run!" Yelled out a girl as she took another person's hand and booked it out of a school building, jumping onto and sliding down the railing.
"What did you cause now, Pecky Anderson!?" Yelled out Marshall, their tone was stern yet caring since the two were running from a group of bullies that had a murderous atmosphere.
"I made a bet and I used rewind to win and now they're mad cause I won!" Explained Pecky as she ran into an alley once they hit a corner, having to be against each other as to not be seen.
The bullies ran pass the alley, still pissed and looking for the girl.
"Pecky!" Whisper yelled the brunette, "You can't use rewind like that! You'll get us killed!" Pecky looked down sadly and nodded, "I-I'm sorry, Marsh....." Marshall sighed and hugged her tightly, "Just don't ever do that again, and how much did you even bet?"
Pecky smirked and opened her messenger bag revealing a car key and a lot of money. "A new car for you and around seventy thousand dollars. Rich kids are dumb to bet with me." Replied Pecky as she made a cute smug look, Marshall pinched the bridge of their nose, sighing, and blushed lightly, "Alright, you win this time. Just please don't try to get into anymore trouble, P......" Marshall told as they stepped out the alley, Pecky following behind.
"Hey, at least I got you a nice ass car." Pecky told as she handed the car keys over to Marshall, who hesitantly took them. "Thank you, Pecky....." Told Marshall as they gave a small smile.
Marshall and Pecky made their way to a near by coffee shop, the air blowing softly through their hair.
Both stepped inside the shop and walked over to the counter, ordering two latte's to go. "That'll be four ninety five, please." Pecky pulled out a hundred and handed it over, not caring about the change and walking away to a window seat.
The cashier was in disbelief at the bill given for two latte's. "Ma'am, the drinks-" The cashier was cut off by Pecky holding her hand up as she walked back and placed five hundred dollars in the tip jar. "Keep the change." Pecky said gleefully, skipping away.
Marshall just sighed and grabbed the drinks, making their way to Pecky. "Pecky, Pecky, Pecky....... You gleeful and giving fucktard." Spoke Marshall, having a small smile on their face, as they handed the latte to the black haired girl. Pecky took the latte and sipped it lightly.
"You always have a way to give back to others huh, pecks?" Asked the brunette, their tone being ever so calm with a hint of surprised respect. "Well, it's a lot of money, I wanna help others with it in some way." Pecky told as she sipped her latte gently, "Besides...... I wanna spend it on gifts or items to make gifts, I still need materials for your jacket I made, Marsh Marsh." Pecky smiled like a gleeful child getting candy.
"You will always be a strange yet funny mystery, Pecks. I respect that somehow." Replied Marshall as they drank their latte.
