Hayley walks me out and to my car. I give her a smile, and open my car door sliding in and turning on the ignition with the key. Hayley shuts my door and I roll down the window to speak.

"Good night." I say, getting ready to pull out.

"Good night," Hayley whispers giving me a small wave.

I pull out of the driveway and speed off towards my loft. I keep a firm grip on the steering wheel my eyes pined on the road. Cars go past me, going the other way I notice a specific old looking truck going that way. I follow it's movement, it turns on the road I just got off of. I shake it off, not thinking much off it.

I open my loft door revealing the pitch black darkness, after a couple of seconds my eyes adjust to my surroundings. A figure sits in the corner of the room in a chair, I turn on the light to see piercing blue eyes and blonde hair. I relax a little as soon as I figure out who it is.

"Elias you're finally home." The thick Irish voice answers.

"Aden..." my tone a little surprised. "You're still here? I thought you left?"

"I was going to, I am a eventually going to leave but I wanted to stay a little longer." Aden reveals going to my fridge and pulling out a beer

I just stare at him, as he rummages through my fridge. I cross my arms tightly against my chest, still continuing to look at him. He finally closes the fridge, he looks over his shoulder and his eyes meet mine. He turns around to face me holding only a beer in his left hand.

"You need to go shopping mate, there's nothing to eat in there. " Aden replies, pointing at the fridge.

"Yeah," I whisper. "I just haven't had the time."

"There's always time for food." Aden mutters shaking his head.

"Will I've been super busy so lay off my back." I respond looking at him.

"Wow, did I hit a nerve?" He jokes walking over to me.

I say nothing keeping a straight face, my body shifts under my feet. There's a loud knock on the door, I turn fully around to stare at the door.

"Elias open the damn door!" Klaus screams, "Or so help me I'll kick it down myself!"

I open the door, Klaus and Elijah stands on the other side of the door. Elijah stands there hands on his hips a stern look on his face, while Klaus holds a scowl. Aden and I stand side to side standing straight not.

"Where is she?" Klaus yells coming through the door.

"What are you talking about?" I ask confused.

"We know you were with Hayley... if you tell us where she is we won't have to kill you." Elijah answers calmly.

"I don't have Hayley." I bark out, "Even though I hate Klaus I would never hurt an innocent child."

Klaus steps back, the scowl still written on his face. Elijah squints his eyes at me, his body language changing to calm.

"You where with her last am I correct?" Elijah steps in.

"Yes," I honestly reply, "but I didn't touch her or take her."

"We should go." Elijah finally answers.

"I'll help you find her." I blurt out looking at Aden.

Aden looks at me, his eyes telling me no way. I give him a look, and he looks away.

"We'll help you." I correct pointing between Aden and I.

"And why would you help us? You hate me. I killed you're family." Klaus ask, making a good point.

"I like Hayley, she's like me a survivor." I say, "I'll do whatever I can to help."

I glance between Elijah and Klaus, they eye me speciously. Why would I help them, maybe it will let Rebekah know I'm not the bad guy here. She's try to take Klaus down herself for his cruel ways. Why shouldn't I? And besides that I really like Hayley.

Flashback

"Rebekahdon't do it, it's not worth it!" I shout walking after her.

"He daggered me... that bastard." She yells turning around to face me.

"Look I know he's a arse a big one Rebekah... but if you go after Klaus it's going to come back and bite you in you're arse." I quietly whisper not trying to draw attention to us.

"I'm tired of running Elias," Rebekah whispers tears in her eyes.

I wipe away a tear that streams down her cheek. My eyes searching hers for the right words.

"I promise I will never hurt you like he has done to you Rebekah I will always protect you." I respond, "We can run away together me and you."

"That's crazy Elias, Klaus will hunt both of us down. Klaus will kill you and probably dagger me. We're not safe."

"And we are here?" I ask with a shrug, "Rebekah I just want everybody to know that I am yours and you are mind."

"What about you're family, you're friends, you're brotherhood?" Rebekah challenges stepping away from me.

"What about them Rebekah?" I ask knowing her answer already.

"You're brotherhood would hunt you down and kill you, not to mention you're family."

"They won't touch my family. The only way they would kill them is if they found out that we're associated with vampires." I state, placing a gently kiss upon her head.

"I..." I cut her off by placing my finger upon her lips.

"It's a risk I'm willing to take Rebekah." I voice, pulling her into a hug.
