                 If it was, it would have had a happier beginning. There would not have been so much blood, or tears, or loss. The boy, Peter Parker, would not have always wanted to fight. The girl, Svetlana Barnes, would never have been forced to fight. Yet both fought so hard to become heroes, only to learn far too late that it was nothing like they wanted.

                In the wake of Thanos' destruction of the universe, trying to live a normal life is strange. Disjointed. Dream—like. But they try to live it. While the future hasn't been kind to them, their small family still tries to be better. They try to let go. They are allowed to be alive, they are allowed to be human.

                Such a feat is easier said than done. Svetlana soon finds herself alone and in need of a friend. The world has changed and she has too, what she thinks to be beyond recognition, beyond repair. But in a boy broken and so very far from home, Svet finds so much more. She finds revival.

                This isn't a fairytale, but — MAYBE, JUST MAYBE — it can end like one.
