"Where is he?" Ban asks panicking a bit looking around some more. His heart raced as a bad memory popped into his head. One where the Ten Commandments has impaired 5/8 of his best friends hearts. It was so bloody and such a mess. For some reason the leader had stopped ripping to his knees crying before making the other commandment back down. Since then they hadn't been seen at all which was rare since that had been 7 months ago.
Meanwhile sure Meliodas had lived, but he was in so much pain after wards. He had to carry him home as Meliodas cried drifting in and out of consciousness. Ban had only seen him that broken twice now. It was terrifying to see man whom you had only ever seen smile cry and sob as if he was dying. Right now it was all Ban could see as he kept searching the forest for him.
"I don't know. Captain! Captain! Where are you?!" Diane yelled looking around in her normal height. She could see further distances sure but, she couldn't see him anywhere. King meanwhile was floating around getting a bit of a closer look than Diane.
"I can't see him anywhere." King sighed laying against his pillow seeing as he had been injured badly by the oracles.
"Well we'll have to find him eventually." Ban sighs. Everyone just kept searching while Elizabeth walked around the tavern floor looking ill while Gowther just glanced out the window.
"Princess I would advise you to stop pacing in order to calm down. After all it would not be good for our search if you're panicked." Gowther explained. Elizabeth sighs sitting down next to him. She played with her skirt a bit.
"I can't help it sir Gowther. I've never seen sir Meliodas so broken before, not even when he was almost killed. Not even his demon form looks as bad as he has the last couple nights.."
"Yeah Elizabeth's right. He's in bad shape, it's to the point where Meliodas just stopped being pervy and grouping Elizabeth!" Hawk spoke up from his hiding place as he slowly headed out with a few drinks. Gowther absentmindedly drank a bit while Elizabeth just put her drink down on the table.
"He's just...I don't know...seemed so odd over the last few days." Elizabeth sighed. She bit her lip. "Usually he's so strong and supports everyone. He usually is just so happy but...., he's just so sad now a days..I don't know what to do to support him."
"Your highness all you can do is support him through this time. It's all anyone can do when it comes to other going through mental battles. These battles are best fought when you have those willing to tell you how much you're cared for." Gowther spoke aloud emotionlessly. However to be honest it was the most emotional thing he's ever said to anybody. Elizabeth eyes shined ignoring how Gowther's eyes suddenly got large.
"Oh sir Gowther that's the mos-"Elizabeth's stopped talking sense a strong source of magic. One she had only sense once before.
It was the Ten Commandments, heading right for them.
The door burst open ad Ban raced inside as King rushed in behind him. They opened their mouthed to warn the princess to hide when the commandments showed up at the door. Ban pushed Elizabeth behind him facing them.
Ban was surprised to see Zeldris carrying a heavily injured Meliodas in his arms into the tavern with Estarosa being dragged on the floor by Monspeet and a...slightly larger Derier who was bigger in a few areas. As for the other commandments..well they were no where to be seen. However Zeldris seemed to forget this as he just said one thing.
"I've come to make a deal."
