"Are you sure this is the place?" King asks slowly floating into the town. He noticed a few glares directed towards Ban. Ban just rolled his eyes mumbling some swears as everyone started whispering presumably about Ban.
"I'm sure." Zeldris spoke up walking a bit faster. "I've been listening to every rumour and got information from Gowther about places where my brother acted odd. This is the place that seemed to mess him up more than anything."
"I know but, we just stopped here not to long ago and he was fine. He seemed on edge but, he's been like that ever since you guys came back." King mumbled before remembering how Meliodas had hid behind a few of them when a certain older women looked at him.
Then his eyes landed on a single poster of a girl that had been vandalized. As they did, he immediately remembered the break down Meliodas had that night when Ban showed him the poster. As he did, he stopped in his spot while little things clicked into place on his head. He could hear chatting as he just got close to the poster. Slowly he ripped it down and was staring at the poster.
This one had a large x written in red ink starting over both eyes that went all the way down over her chin, leaving a huge x in the middle of her face. Then one of her eyes had been scratched out and had blotches on ink everywhere in the picture near her face. The red ink had been drawn over her lips as if they were sewn shut. Then there was her limbs which had all been scratched out hastily making the Whole thing look like a mess. Then to add to that the word, 'sinner' written over her head followed by a crude message on the bottom of the picture. This kind of poster was exactly like the one that broke Meliodas.
That's when it hit him hard as everything finally snapped into place.
Meliodas had a sister. A sister he lived with after the war. One who lived with him before he met any kings. The one he held when he died. If she lived with him after the war, she must have been the one to help heal him when he was in this state before when the war ended and he was left alone.
"King! King are you okay?" Diane asked walking over putting her hand on his shoulder. He jumped blushing heavily.
"Yeah,I was just think." King spoke up holding the poster closer to his chest as Zeldris approached. He didn't need to see his sister like this.
"About what?" Zeldris asked getting closer knowing for a fact that King connected something. He could see it in his face.
"I think I know who healed your brother." He blurted out without thinking.
"Who?" Zeldris asks.
"Your sister. She was with him after the war and lived with him for 300 years. She must have been the one to heal him." King admitted.
"I'm sorry what?"
"You know your sister. M-....Mi-gas." He tried reading the name aloud on the paper. Meanwhile Zeldris seemed to lose colour in his face.
"Zeldris are you oka-"
"I..I have a sister?" Zeldris blurted out making everyone's eyes get large.
Oh god, he had no idea who Migas was. Which meant he had no information on her they could use. This meant everything was going to be much much harder to find the information on how to help their friend.
