The Review

Cover, Title and Description

I actually liked the cover, the polaroids looked pretty cool with Nico, Wilder and a picture with I think both of them playing or chasing each other. I liked how you very creatively made space for the stickers you're gonna win in the future (honestly, a book like this truly deserves it). The fonts look awesome and I liked the way your username is placed in it. It's out of the box.

Title is just on point. It has a double meaning to it, at least I thought so, don't know if that was your intention though. It sounds at first like it's about getting mad, wild in that sense, but when I actually read the book it felt more of "Getting Wilder" in literal sense. It was super cool.

The description was nice, but I felt it lacked that zing. Reading the chapters and then reading the blurb, I don't think the content has been given justice. The blurb is too plain for my liking. I believe you can structure it in a better manner.

First Chapter

Yeah, it was pretty good. The start was really catchy, the happenings were well described and the ending pushed me to read further.

Character Development

Yeah, so according to me, the protagonists, Nico and Wilder and their relationship definitely started to take a romantic turn from the very first chapter but the awkwardness was there. I loved the way Wilder supported him and even agreed to help him out with the website thingy. Two guys falling in love especially when one of them has a girlfriend, not the smoothest thing to write but you pulled it of well. Kailey is a bitch. Sorry, but she really is. The side characters are also building. All in all, good work!

Plot and Storyline

Plot development is smooth, the second chapter was hilarious and a bit sad too. The video and Brad's nasty comment. Eww! Worst part was that Kailey was not even bothered about her brother. The third chapter was honestly a surprise, though the conversation between Nico and Wilder didn't go well, Wilder still did support him. Frankly, after his ignorant behavior, I had concluded him an ass but he turned out to be a sweetheart.

Storyline is not something very rare or something, but the execution, chapter length, grasp on grammar makes it a better read than a lot of other books.

Grammar and Detailing

Grammar is nice with unique but understandable words. I like your writing style, I happened to notice some typos here and there and just a little bit of tense shifting at times. Perhaps, a proof read can get rid of all those things.

Detailing was just perfect, neither too much to make it sound boring, nor too less. I don't really have to say anything about it, you are better in this, lol.
