Cover Title and Description:

I would say nice choice of cover. It goes well with the title. The title also forms a factor of readers interest so I would say you made a right choice. When you right history you have to work harder than the other fiction to make sure that you don't get the facts wrong. It is a sweet description and very brief . As a reader I definitely want to read about the "unusual princess" .

First  Chapter:

I would say good call on explaining things in prologue rather than the first chapter. I found the first chapter interesting. I would say Good job on hooking us up with the story. For people who find historical fiction boring  I would like to recommend your story. The yearning of princess to explore the life beyond the castle is expressed beautifully. Just because you are a princess your life isn't easy is the message I get at the end of the chapter. Each has their own set of problems to face doesn't matter if you are a princess or a common man.

Character Development:

The bond between princess and sensei is amazing. That's a beautiful bond of friendship to admire. I feel the emperor is right in his own way.  The eastern regent seems to be important. I like the suspense that keeps the story interesting. I would say you are making the story beautiful with the addition of characters. The princess and her curiosity adds life to the story. The bond between princess and shin is adorable. Another friendship is blooming. Am I to expect more clash between the princess and eastern regent? That sure will happen in future I hope. That secret conversation between emperor and Nomiya is sure to keep us waiting as to see what is gonna happen next. 

Plot and Story Line:

 When you read the description you get an idea that this story is gonna revolve around the "unusual princess". But nothing prepares us for the roller coaster ride that follows.  It was beyond my expectation. Story line is unique and different. I am yet to read a historical fiction that is as unique as yours. I would like to give you a 5/5 for the plot and story line.

Grammar and details:

It is a good book with simple language. It is easy t o read and it is definitely  reader's choice. As far as grammatical errors I couldn't find any. Keep up the good work.

My view as a reader:

The first thing that registers with me  after reading your description is that this is different from the normal historical fiction not that they are bad but this books acts as a refreshment among the normal books.  The chapters and the cliffhangers at the end of each chapter definitely earns brownie points. Keep going and write to your heart's content.
