Cover/Title: The cover is basic. It could have been better honestly. In this generation, you can add a few more edits and stuffs The heart broken girl could have been shown as if facing problems. The title though is ok. It is fine but you could have used some better one . It would be a 1.4/2 for me.

Description: I liked the description , it gave away the summary of the story . You could have used the dialogues in it or could have used quotes or lyrics of a song . The description is something which gives the first impression of the plot , so please elaborate it a bit.

It would be a 0.6/1 for me

Storyline: Number of words was too less in every chapter , instead of increasing the number of chapters you could have written a bit longer chapters atleast upto 1300 words. Grammatical errors/mistakes-very few. Flow of story-Good but could be better. Your story seemed a bit abrupt at some instances . Use of dialogues could have been better , the story could have been a bit more descriptive about the scenes. The star point being in the story was the focus on the protagonist

It would be a 1/2 for me
