I'm Here by mistytheweeb

The first time I'm looking at lost fanfiction. This will be interesting.

I respect that decision and I will not spam messages to her on bringing it back. As a writer, writing is difficult and seeing flaws in your work can be very irritating and makes you want to go back and correct that flaw.

Even with the flaws, it's still a beautiful fanfic!

I would say go read it but it's not even available to read anymore.

So I will be basically doing is tell what the story is here just so you know what the whole thing is about and why all of us loved it and later got depressed when it was ripped out from our lives.

The story begins with Ochako moving into the neighborhood since she now goes to UA highschool. And just like usual anime fashion, she was late and makes a run for school, unaware of a speeding car that was getting close to hurting/kill her. Fortunately, Izuku pushes Ochako out of the way so she didn't get hit. She looks up to see Izuku looking down, more precisely to her lips when she said thanks to him.

Then the two ran again because they were about to be late for school. Once Ochako made it to UA, she was introduced to class 1-a as the new transfer student, and to her surprise, she sees Izuku in the class.

She never properly thanked him so after classes were over, she went up to him and said Hello. He didn't respond so she tried again only for the same result, silence. She tapped his shoulder, making him jump, Izuku looks at Ochako in surprise. Ochako said thank you to him for saving her but what she didn't expect was to him to write down something on a piece of paper.

It said "You're welcome" and she looked at him again in confusion for just not say it. Izuku noticed it and wrote down two words that changed everything.

"I'm Deaf."

This here is shocking, sad, and beautiful.

Izuku lived as a deaf boy his whole life and was bullied for it as a result. Unsurprisingly, Bakugou was one of them, even was his friend before he turned into an unlikable jerk. Yet he pushed through because he doesn't give up.

Especially after getting into a car crash that resulted in the death of Inko. Yes, Inko dies. He lives all by himself after that, only getting funds from his dad overseas.

And then came Ochako Uraraka, his light.

Ochako was indeed shock when he told her that he can't hear, but she wonders how he's able to understand what she's saying. He points to his lips, meaning that he can read lips, he can use sign language as well.

From then on, the two became the best of friends, inseparable even. However, Ochako realized that izuku had to write what he has to say and which not only delays the fun conversations but also drains his phone battery. So she asked him if he could teach her sign language, to which he said yes despite him saying that he didn't mind just writing things to her.

So the two began to have independent sign language classes, and over time, Ochako manages to learn most of the basics.

One day, when they were out for the night, Izuku invited her to his house since it was too late at night and he didn't want her to get hurt so she agreed. Before the two can go inside, Izuku's neighbors saw him and said hello and it was a nice brief talk.

The two went inside, played some games, had some fun talks, and have pasta together. And it was then Ochako realized that he's been alone for so many years. It saddens her.

Then later on in the story, she met Bakugou. Who, unsurprisingly, is a massive jerk. He bullied Izuku in front of her and so she stepped in, stopping him from hurting Izuku.

and when it became too dark again, she was at his apartment. But the atmosphere wasn't even close as it was before.

When they were eating, Izuku wrote a long letter to her, explaining what has happened to him such as the scars he tries to covers up, to what happened to his mom, and how his life has been.

After reading it, Ochako stood up and walked to Izuku, pulling him to a tight, lovingly hug. Izuku cries, releasing all the pain he endured, all into a hug that Ochako gave him.

But then comes something that brought tears, he stopped crying, but after noticing something beautiful.

Leaning his head against her chest harder, he hears Ochako's heart beating. He puts all his thought onto every beat, basking into the beauty of the first-ever sound he has heard in his life.

Ochako's heart.

After the hug, Ochako went to the bathroom to shower and when she got out, she noticed something on Izuku's phone when he left it for his turn in the shower.

it said, "Is it possible for deaf people to get their hearing back?"

It tore her apart, and just when Izuku gets out of the shower, she tackles him to another hug, crying her eyes out this time with Izuku trying to comfort her while the two are on the bed.

Then, he leaned next to her ear.

It was low, but she heard it alright.

"It's Okay, Uraraka-san."

That is beautiful. If I didn't cry before, then I would be crying now.

When he pulled back and leaned in closer to her, she thought he was going to sign, but no. He kissed her. And she kissed back.

After they kiss, leaving a string of saliva between their lips, they went back to bed, but Izuku slept with her on the bed this time. Ochako welcomes the warmth with a small smile on her face.

The two became a couple.

The next day, Ochako's mother told her to come home and Ochako did but bring Izuku along with her. They all have a nice chat with some Izuku teasing Ochako which is super adorable.

And then Izuku finally gain friends when they all participate in his hand-sign classes and when they defended him against some rude jerks.

It was moving yet amazing.

Then Bakugou came in and beat him to a pulp when he's all alone and told him to go kill himself before he left the bloody teen to grovel in pain.

Izuku tried to hide the inquiries but Ochako found out and took him to the nurses' office to heal him. Recovery Girl told Ochako of his many beatings and how he always stays quiet about them.

Ochako was touched by his selflessness, it also scared her because he's just throwing himself away to harm.

Ochako told him that she will always be there with him and that he shouldn't let himself get hurt and do nothing about it since he never did anything wrong in the first place.

And that's where the story comes to a halt.

The writing was incredibly paced and believable. Nothing was forced and rushed. The characters feel believable. The story is incredible. The romance is beautiful.

This Fanfic is phenomenal.

I made a top 5 izuocha video saying that it deserves to be on the list and I still believe that it deserves to be on the list.

I don't even mind if its discontinued, as long as we get to read this great fanfic.

Sadly, we cannot. Even when all of us praised it and love it to our hearts.

I'm sorry for those who couldn't get the chance to read it.

All I can say is wait and see if it ever comes back. If not, well that's fine. At least I get to enjoy one of the best reading experiences I ever had. And I'm fine with that.

And Misty, if you're reading this, thank you for making it!
