What type of review do I offer?
In-depth, constructive criticism. I want to help you reach the full potential of your novel, poetry, short story, or novella.

Am I harsh?
I suppose that depends on your point of view. But rest assured, I will never attack an authors work. The intention is betterment, not crushing souls.

What genres are accepted?
Anything but fanfiction, horror, and bad boy high school centric stories. Sorry peoples, I do not have experience in these genres and cannot give you sound advice. I am also still afraid of the dark and don't need more reasons to fear it *nervous chuckle*.

Why genres do you accept?
I accept poetry, sci-fi, fantasy, general fiction, mature, LGBTQ+, and whatever else besides those things listed above.

Payment?
There isn't one, but if you want to see the sort of level of writing I'm at before applying, check out "Never Died" or "Subjective Justice". I'm mainly just doing this for fun and to work on my reviewing skills.

Side note: commas are not my specialty. I'm better at spotting errors with them in others books than in my own ;)

What if I don't agree with the review?
Well, as many say, take criticism with a grain of salt. While I hope the points I make are helpful, and add to your story, maybe in your opinion they don't, and that's okay. However, please do not publicly argue with me about it. Because I've spent time reading and critiquing your book, for free, I would rather not have a debate.

What if I don't understand a point made?
Comment where it is and I will be glad to clarify.

What if I'm not at a point on my writing journey where I want this kind of review?
Then don't apply :)

What if my work is absolutely perfect and I believe it is a gift from god?
Then I'm sorry that you have reached a point in your writing journey where you have no interest in growing and I pity you. *shows you to the door*

What if I'm nervous about reviews?
Trust me, I get it, they terrify me too. I will be kind. Even if your story is really rough, there's always potential in everything written and I'd like to help you find it.

How many chapters will be reviewed?
Well, it actually doesn't depend on chapters, it's determined by word count. I will read and review the first 20K words of your story. That way, I've read enough to get the gist of the idea, but don't have to stress about it.

How long will it take for the review to get out?
Depends on the month, maybe it will be fast, maybe it won't. To be on the safe side, once a book is selected, I am going to give myself two months to write the review and assure that it's thorough.
