A few months later…..

    I'm up late doing homework, the soft breeze outside keeping me focused. I like having my window open. It calms me. I'm too scared to look at the clock to see how late it is.

    But…. Curiosity gets the best of me and I turn just in time to see my clock turn from 11:59 to midnight.

The moon glows outside my window, and I remember my mother saying tonight was a full moon.

But…. It's glowing brighter and brighter. My open window is practically glowing. I go over to it and reach my arm out.

   The feeling of the light on my skin is enchanting, and it curls around me.

   My clock changes to 12:01, and the light fades. I am wrapped in a midnight blue suit, my every movement sending shimmers like stars across my body. Attached to a loop in my suit is a moon shaped wand, curved like a boomerang. A Moonerang.

   I laugh at the pun in my head. (Chat would be proud XD)

I leap out my window, testing out the feeling of running over rooftops and soaring through the air, when I run into Sunbeam.

       She's been a hero for a while now, and I totally idolize her. "OHMYGOSH! Sunbeam? Hi! Im-" I struggle to think of a name. "Twilight! My name is Twilight." I say, proud of the name.
  
    Sunbeam stares at me, shock and another emotion I can't read on her face. She grabs my wrist and yanks me to a secluded roof, far from any civilian.

   "Listen." She hisses, venom in her voice. "I don't know who you are or how you got here, but leave. If you even try to steal my spotlight, I will make your life a living hell. And that's a promise. So stay out of my way."

I step back, surprised. The hero I had idoled for months just threatened me.

   The next day at school everyone was talking about the new hero, Twilight.

    I met up with my best friend Lucy. "Did you hear about the new hero?" I ask.

  She sighs. "Yeah… I'm not so sure about her though…. I heard she has dark powers."

     "That doesn't make her evil!" I protest, fingering my friendship bracelets on my wrist, along with the newest addition.

    Lucy sighs. "Okay Ayla, I believe you." She smiles.

   I giggle. "Good."

"Well I think she's a villain. I've heard she's rude, and threatened Sunbeam." Leah, who bullied me in elementary school smirks, whipping her blonde hair.

    We ignore her. "I wonder who she is." Lucy thinks, looking around.

   "Yeah…  I wonder."

Okay hi. So this is basically before the story, since… you know … it's the prologue

Anyway

…..

Basically Sunbeam starts making Twilight seem like a villain. I'm not gonna try to write all that cuz that would be a long prologue but still.

If you want I will but I kinda wanna start chapter 1.

AND I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN MIRACULOUSLY TRAPPED IM JUST sort of taking a break because of writer's block
