Ava Sullivan (23 years old)

Ava just returned home from a long hour shift and she was exhausted as hell. Reaching her parents house, she saw a familiar car parked outside, The Websters had come to visit them. Fuck! That meant no resting for her. Groaning at the thought, she went inside.

As expected the Websters were already seated in the dinning hall. They were having dinner. Great! She was starving. Then she greeted them and sat down with her famished stomach.

After dinner, Ava was about to head upstairs then her father called for her. She saw both of the families were seated already.

"Ava we have something to tell you!" Said her father.

"Yes?"

"We have decided to join both of the families with the marriage of yours and Marcus"

For a moment Ava thought she could hear father anymore. She looked at her father then blinked once, twice and still kept staring at him. Beside her father, she saw Marcus was grinning brightly. That bastard!

"Ava, say something!"

Before Ava could talk, suddenly Alice burst out,

"Nooooo! This marriage can not happen"

All of the persons attention were then fixed at Alice, who was sobbing uncontrollably.

Ava ran towards Alice and said, "What's wrong, Alice?"

Alice looked at her sister and said weakly, "Ava, you can not marry him. Please"

Then Jack Webster growled, "What nonsense is this, Max?"

"Calm down, Jack. Let me handle this"

Then Max went to his daughters direction and asked Alice, "Why can't she marry Marcus?"

Alice looked at Marcus direction and said, "Because I'm pregnant with Marcus's baby"

The slap came almost instantly and Alice fell down to Ava's side.

All of them were stunned at the sudden confession. Max was about to slap her again but Ava stopped him.

After shouting and quarrelling for an hour, they finally decided and  Jack said,

"We will wait till the child is born, and if the paternity test is  confirmed positive then Marcus will marry Alice"

Marcus was raging with fury. How could he let that happen!  That bitch Alice was trying to trap him with an unwanted pregnancy. He wanted to kill her right there. Because of her, Marcus's plan failed to marry Ava. But he wouldn't let go off her that easily. Then he vowed that someday Ava would be his wife, at any cost.

After the leave of the Websters, Max was at loss. What he would do with her youngest daughter's pregnancy. He couldn't let the world know about this. So he made a perfect plan,

"Alice, tomorrow you will leave for Dallas and keep your profile low, also you will stay there until the child is born. Out of the media's attention." Alice was too scared to protest so she just nodded.

Then Max went to Ava and continued, "And you Ava, will stay with her, as her nurse and will help her delivering the baby"

Ava was about to protest but her father stopped her, "No arguments. You both are dismissed now"

Darcy kept quite for the whole time, she was still in shock that her baby daughter was pregnant. And she knew the decision her husband made, was the best solution for all of them.
