"F-freedom.....I....I didn't think that you would be here. I went to see Melissa, and then..."

"Yeah. I know." She says back. I look around at the blood, but, I don't feel as bad as before. A sudden light blasts from the blood spots. The light forms into a human body. A familiar one at that.

"Melissa!" I run at her. Holding her close.

"You know this is short lived." She says hugging me back.

"I know." I felt light tears streaming down my face.

"I wanted to warn you. Angel has gotten so much worse. She's not going to give up easily. And right now, things between you two won't help you. In fact, if you keep things the way they are, you'll both end up dead."

I let go and walk over to Freedom. "Freedom.....I never meant to, you know....." I sigh in frustration. Trying to work out the words. "I never......meant for you to hate me so much.....I didn't know what to do...."
