Zayan's POV

The doctors discharged me and I took Alishba with me to our home. She was getting morning sickness so much. I hired few more new maids to take care of her,every seconds. Doctors didn't allowed her for travel.

I shift my office in my library and was attending my office work from home while Rafe was handling other works from main office. Me and Alishba both were very excited about our baby. She daily demanded me for hot chocolate or ice-cream or alot more stuffs and her mood swings were killer. Reyhan was still in hospital, he was getting little problem while walking so doctor were doing some test of him. Alishba still didn't tell me where she and Reyhan both met. She said she will tell me everything when Reyhan come home.

I turned to watch her, lying there beside are, still asleep and looking so young and beautiful. The moment Alishba opened her eyes,i smiled with content.I never thought i could be this happy. Involuntarily, i stroked her smooth cheek with the back of my fingers. She groaned.

"Wake up, sleepy head."

She responded by rolling over and giving her bare back to me.I moved over and kissed her bare shoulder. She giggled. I knew she was awake. I snuggled my nose against the nape of her slender neck as I moved my hand to touch her belly.

"Zayan!" she grumbled and turned to glare at me.

"Good morning, sweetheart."I grinned, my eyes twinkling.

"Good morning, Mr. Hot-Choc," she greeted.

"Ah, craving for your hot chocolate so early again, eh?"

"Yes," she replied, moving my hand away from he belly.

"I am going to take Reyhan from hospital,doctors will discharge him today" I said.

"can I come with you"she said.

"no,you can't baby. You know about your situation " I said kissing on her neck.

"hmmm.. I'll wait for you both than" she said.

"I have to go for the gym first " I said.

"I seriously hate doing exercise in this cold weather" I said rubbing my hand on her belly making her giggle.

"I was thinking of an exercise right here in bed," i said cheekily.

"Huh?" She raised her eyes to look at me. Then she caught the drift of my meaning and laughed.

"You cheeky bugger!"

"Yes. Say yes?" i begged, giving her the puppy dog look.

"go away." she chuckled.

Before she had the chance to say no again. I pulled her to me and kissed her passionately. She wrapped her arms around my shoulders and she surrendered to my kisses.

"He is completely fine now " the doctor said. I was happy that finally happiness knocked on my door again. I took Reyhan for his monthy checkup and today doctor said that he was completely fine and no needs to take him for monthly checkups. I hold his hand and walked towards the elevator.

"i am not kid bro, you can leave my hand now"Rey said.

"well for me you'll be always a kid"i said.

"oh, come on bro, I am going to became an uncle now" he said.

"so what?? "

"seriously bro..look at those people, they are staring at us"

"because they don't know how much I love my brother "I said and he chuckled.

"fine.. you are impossible to handle. I don't know how Alishba handled you"he said.

"because she knows the caution 'handle with care' " I said and we both laughed. We both sat in the car.

"ahhh.. How much I missed this car, this front seat and that wind"Rey said waving his hand out of the window.

"I missed everything so much bro"

"I know, and I missed you so much " I said.

"isn't our lines so cheesy "

"yep"

"Can we please go to McDonald's... I am craving for burger and fries " he said.

"seriously Rey, you are now talking like Alishba ,about that craving thing" I said.

"how are you handling that pregnancy stuff" he asked.

"it's tough but that feeling is amazing " I said.

"you didn't tell how do you know Alishba" I asked parking the car near McDonald's.

"she didn't tell you us?" Rey asked.

"nope.. she said that she will tell me everything when you come home " I said.

"alright than, I'll tell you everything when we reached home"Rey said.

"it this both of your plan to keep me in suspense "I said.

"may be"he chuckled and went inside the McDonald's. He ordered different flavors of burgers and he ate all of them. He serious missed his burgers. I paid the bill and walked towards our car.

" any news of Aamir " Rey suddenly asked.

"he in jail Rey, let's not talked about him" I said sitting in the car.

"and what about uncle and aunt" he asked.

" it's not thier fault Rey but they never paid attention on Aamir and now they are suffering from all this circumstances"i said.

"I am feeling bad for them" Rey said.

"yeah.. I hope they will overcome from all this situation " I said.

"hmmmm.. "

After half an hour we reached home.We both walked towards the door. I opened the door and we entered inside. The lights were off and thier was pin drop silence inside.

"hello.. where's everyone " I shouted.

Suddenly the lights turned on.

"surprise!!!! "

Alishba, Minal, Rafe and an unknown girl with them shouted together.

"Wooohh...guyzz" Rey said and walked towards them.

"Ifra" he said and hugged that girl.

" I am so sorry Reyhan, you were in so much pain am so was not with you " she sobbed.

''Hye it's Ohk.. I am happy that you are here now" Rey said. I raised my eyebrow and looked at Alishba. She smiled and walked towards me.

"who is she" I asked.

"she is the real one I mean the love of Reyhan's life" she said.

"wow" I chuckled.

"we are also here guys" Rafe said.

"oh.. sorry" Rey said and broke the hug from Alisha.

"bro she is Ifra and Ifra he is my brother" Rey said.

"nice to meet you sir" Ifra said extended her towards me.

"same here and you can call me Zayan I know I am going to become a father but uncle word is still old for me"i said and she chuckled.

"Hye Minal, how are you " Rey said and hugged Minal.

"all good, how are you monkey man " Minal said.

"fit and fine"Rey said.

"come on let's talk in the living area " I said holding Alishba's hand. I don't want her to stood so long. We all walked towards the living.

"you didn't tell me anything about Ifra" I asked to Reyhan while sitting on the couch.

"I was going to tell you everthing, do you remember I called and told you that I am going to propose a girl whom I love" he said.

"yeah..yeah.. it was last time when I talked to you and..

"yeah.. so I was taking about Ifra at that day and then things went wrong and Aamir send me in that situation that I was unable to tell you anything " he said.

"tell him everything from the beginning Reyhan" Alishba said.

"yeah I am eagerly waiting " I said.

"well, me and Alishba both are in same university but in different field we never met before.in university. Our university organized a student exchange program in which we went to Paris..

"yeah.. last year right" I said.

"yep.. " he continued.

"so Alishba ,Ifra and Minal were in arts group and me and Aamir were in football team "

"we first met on the airport and we still didn't know each other "Alishba said.

"Our guide teacher introduced our group to each other where we got to know each others name " Minal said.

"when I first saw Ifra I just fell in love with her..

"so it was love at first sight" I asked.

"yeah"Rey giggled.

"and unfortunately Aamir also liked her" Rey said.

"When we reached to Paris we stayed in the same hotel. We all became good friends..."

"and yeah we call him monkey man because of his long hairs"Alishba said and I chuckled.

"and I called her Queen Ali because of her celebrity type tantrums "Reyhan said.

"so she is that queen Ali.. seriously... You never show me you tantrums " I said looking at Alishba.

"oh.. Don't worry I'll show you now.. " she winked.

"one day when we all having lunch including Aamir, the restaurant caught fire and we all stucked inside"

"that fire in which your arm burns "I said. I knew that incident when Reyhan came home with bandages all over his hand.

"because of me.., he saved my life from that fire. I am sitting here infront of you only because of him" Alishba said.

"you never mentioned me that you saved a girl on that incident "I asked.

"because I don't wanted to give you any tention "

"so after that incident we came back to London. After coming back to London I planned to proposed Ifra and on other hand Aamir did the same"Reyhan said.

"When Aamir knew that I am going to propose Ifra, he called Ifra and asked her to meet him at the cafe"Reyhan said.

"I was in the college at that time with Alishba and Minal so I went to that cafe with both of them. When we reached to cafe we saw Aamir fully drunk.He saw us and walked towards us." Ifra said.

"He grabbed her hand and tried to kiss her. He was misbehaving with her. We tried to remove his hand from Ifra but he started cursing on us and pushed Minal. I was so angry at him, so I slapped him and pushed him on the chair. The waiters threw him out from the cafe. "Alishba said.

"we called Reyhan and told him everything about that incident " Minal said.

"When I knew about that incident came home to talk to him. He called me and told me that he is on terrace. I went on terrace and found him sitting on the chair. I walked towards him. He was me and laughed. "she is mine.. Only mine" he shouted. Before I respond or say anything he pushed me from the terrace " Reyhan said. The pain was cleary written on his face. I knew how much my brother was going through.

"and that bastard wanted to take revenge on me because I slapped him so he took my name infront of you... "

"and you know rest of the things.. " Reyhan said.

"I am so sorry Rey... I trust that bastard because he was a family. I never knew that he was going to became that low" I said.

"and Ifra you also went through alot. I am sorry for everything " I said.

"Please don't say sorry Zayan. That was not your fault " Ifra said.

"she is right and let's close this topic now" Alishba said.

"yeah.. I am hungry " Rey said.

"you just ate five burgers dude.. " I said.

"so what...i missed so much my home food "

"yeah.. I am also hungry.. " Alishba said.

"it's looking like I have two pregnant people here" I said.

"Jimmy serve the lunch please"i said.

"Fast.. " Reyhan and Alishba both shouted together.

"you are in bug trouble now bro" Rafe said.

"yeah... I was thinking the same"i said and tehy all laughed.

Alishba's POV

I wakeup next morning and found that Zayan was not in the bed. I got fresh and took shower and changed some comfy clothes. I walked towards the kitchen and saw Zayan was busy in the kitchen which Jimmy and some other maids.I walked towards him.

"Why did you buy so many fruits and vegetables?" I asked when i saw him with lots of veggies.

"This is for you sweetheart" he said.

" You want to turn me into a herbivore?" I asked while Jimmy started helping unpack the groceries Zayan bought for me. And then my eyes grew even larger when i unloaded three bags of red gala apples. "I don't remember ever telling you I like apples that much," I remarked.

"I thought you might like to eat some fruits and vegetables since you're pregnant now," Zayan uttered,Just know that I know.

"Here, you have to eat this apple."Zayan thrust an apple in front of My face.

"It's good for you and the baby. Studies have shown that... uh... wait." Zayan dug into his jeans pocket and extracted his phone.He typed something in his phone and then read it aloud.

"It reduces the chance of your baby wheezing because of asthma," Zayan mumbled.

I smiled. "You really care for me, don't you? Going all out to buy me three bags of apples so I can eat well, plus doing extensive research on apples to make sure I benefit during my pregnancy." I said, hugging him.

"because you are my life Alishba..my world..my universe"he said.

"didn't it sounds so cheesy " I said and he chuckled .

I watched as my mom fluttered about the drawing room, sorting through an assortment of different colors.

"Mom, keep in mind that the baby will either be a girl or a boy You should pick colors that go with both."I said.

"I know, but pink is so pretty."My mom turned to the designer.

"I can have a pinkgown made, and if it turns out to be a boy, we'll just save it forthe next baby. Surely, Alishba can manage one girl in the number of children she'll have."

I rolled my eyes but smiled as i rubbed my belly. How i looked forward to giving birth next month so this fight over colors would stop.

"I can't guarantee a girl or a boy. The baby will be whatever it will be."

"I'm partial to girl. You can go shopping with a grand daughter. You can decorate her hair and put her in the loveliest of dress. You can even help her secure a future husband when she comes of age. But a boy? What can agrandmother do with a boy?"

"You can take him to football match, take him to the circus, show him a hot air balloon... You can even instruct him on what he can do to secure a lady who comes from a good background."

"I suppose you're right,"my mom agreed.

"But I do so love shopping and pretty dresses."

I glanced at the designer "We'll have clothing made for a boy and a girl. That way, which ever one we have, we're prepared."

The baby in my womb kicked, and
I took that as mylittle one's agreement.

The desugner nodded and waited as my mom selected the shades of the various colors she wanted. the designer gathered her materials and left. I don't know why my mom wanted to design my baby's cloth. Thiers lots of designer dresses are available in the market.I got up and walked towards the living area. I came at my parents house and now it's time to leave.

"How are you feeling,Alishba?" Zayan asked as i came into the entryway.

"Fine, though mom is being her usual self," I replied then smiled at my dad.I was happy that my parents and Zayan's relationship were getting better.

"You can't blame her," my father replied. "She's excited about the grandchild."

"Excited isn't the word. I'd say she's obsessed."

He chuckled. "She means well."

"I know, but she's determined the child will be a girl. For her sake, I hope she'sright. I don't want to go through another nine months of this," I said.

"Hopefully, you won't have to."Zayan said.

"Are you ready to go ?"
I nodded and said good-bye to my dad, glad to get a reprieve from my mom. As much as I loved her, i could only take so much.

I slipped my arm around Zayan's "I'm glad to see you."

"Because I saved you from your mom?" he teased as he led me down the housesteps.

"No, though you make a goodpoint." I chuckled.

"But what I meant was, I missedyou."

"I missed you, too. There's no one else I'd rather share the day with than you."

My gaze met his, and he smiled at me.Returning his smile, I squeezed his arm. Then, together, we headed for hom, to enjoy the rest of our day.
