It's been 8 months since Semiel is pregnant with Pinhead's baby and he is now eating some fruits like dragon fruit, pineapple chunks, apples, kiwis and mandarin oranges. While eating, he felt a sharp kick as he hissed with pain. Another sharp kick came as he felt his water broke and he groaned with pain.

"PINHEAD!!" Semiel called out

Pinhead appeared along with the cenobites and he gasped that Semiel is in labor. Lucifer ordered the demons to send him to the emergency room as a demon is there.

"Alright Semiel, I want you to push as hard as you can." The demon said

Semiel started pushing as Pinhead hold his hand. While pushing, Lucifer and the others are waiting outside.

"Ok I can see the head." The demon said

"AHHH!!" Semiel screamed

The baby came out as it started to cry as Pinhead look at the baby.

"It's a beautiful baby girl." The demon said

The baby have red skin like Semiel with half of the silver hair and Pinhead's eyes. She started to whimper as Semiel hold her close.

"She looks beautiful." Pinhead said

"Let's name her Belladonna. That means beautiful women in Italian." Semiel smiled

Lucifer, Jayden, Thomas, Jason Voorhees and Abby came over and notice the baby as she whimpers with fear.

"Don't be scared Belladonna." Pinhead said

Belladonna begin to open her mouth as Semiel gave her some milk to drink. At night, Belladonna already have her bath as Lucifer ordered a few demons to make the room look beautiful. She begin to look to see the room is purple with a bit of horror designs. Semiel put her in the crib and kiss her goodnight as she then fall asleep.
