Mahamahim Bheeshma, like his usual self looked at all the arrangements for the ceremony, but his mind was elsewhere. His thoughts were preoccupied, and he was troubled over something.

Everything.

It's confusing as hell. When everything was going in a straight path, why did his mischievous grandson has to turn the world upside down. And now seeing the desolate and grim expression on Arjun's face is making him more gloomy.

Because he feels him and is feeling guilty now.

He pondered over the thought of Amba. How would she might have felt if she saw him with another woman when he has to reject her involuntary.

This is the bottom of the matter, he sighed.

No matter how much he tried to think of Amba, his mind concentrated on Shikha only. This is a madness he is living. They are under the same roof but far away from each other.  He has started to miss her now. Badly.

She has been angry with him because of his idiotic behaviour. But he needed to do it for Amba.

Amba is his guilt-card he doesn't want to play. He wants to keep her in his conscience, knowing he has done unjust to her.

She is not that, muttered Gangaputra Bheeshma to himself.

Vāsudev came to him and spoke in his playful tone.

Vāsudev- Mahamahim Bheeshma! Pranipaat! You look worried???!!!

Bheeshma- Pranipaat Vāsudev! I'm not worried. Just thinking.

Vāsudev(smiling)- And what you are thinking???

Bheeshma- It's complicated.

Vāsudev chuckled heartily.

Vāsudev- Sometimes the things we think complicated are the simplest one. What we need is to just see it in another way.

Bheeshma's one corner of the lips lifted in amusement.

Bheeshma- This time it's really complicated.

Vāsudev- Then I'm all ears to know about it, if you don't mind.

Bheeshma(sighing)- You know everything and yet asking... Alright.. If one already have someone in his mind, then isn't it a betrayal to think about someone else... Even it's for love or marriage or something else???

Vāsudev smiled. He knew Bheeshma's dilemma and perplexity. And it's a good thing that he is thinking about it.

Vāsudev- I understand what you are asking.  It's quite common for a man to have many women/wives in this time??? Be it anything, for alliance, love or whatever... It's alright. No? Even you had done the same thing for your brother Vichitravirya. You abducted three princesses for him and moreover sisters.

Bheeshma's- That's different. But..

Vāsudev- But what Mahamahim???

Gangaputra Bheeshma really was confused on how to say it. Vāsudev know that Bheeshma would never admit his feelings, as speaking it louder will affirm that indeed he felt. So he made it easier for him.

Vāsudev- You must be worried over Parth???

Bheeshma- Yeah!

Nice save, thought Bheeshma. Vāsudev smiled.

Vāsudev- He is already open about his feelings. Their is nothing to be worried about him. The rest lays on the hands of the girls.

Bheeshma- What if anyone's heart is broken???

Vāsudev- But What if everyone's heart is secured!!! Think about it.

Vāsudev put his hand on Bheeshma's shoulder and spoke calmly.

Vāsudev- I have learnt from life that learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them.
Learn from your past also but don't keep seeing over your past otherwise you wouldn't know when your future have come and gone. Let your past buried in your past.

Saying that, Vāsudev patted Bheeshma's shoulder and was gone.

Gangaputra Bheeshma understood what Vāsudev was hinting but could he really do that, he questioned himself.

The conversation went very random without any head or tail. Vāsudev only wanted Gangaputra Bheeshma to move on in his life.

It was time to get going to the temple. The chariots were ready.

Panchali was astounded when she was assigned to be in the chariot with her favourite Govind who has decided to run the horses by himself. They started to ride.

Panchali(sweetly)- Why do I have a feeling that their is some mischievousness of yours in whatever is happening right now???

Govind replied jovially.

Govind- You are observant, my dear sakhi. 

Panchali- Shouldn't you be with Prince Arjun right now and consoling him?

Govind (smiling)- He doesn't need that. Arjun would be my 'Saarthi' charioteer in 'Dharma-Chakra'... But this is 'Prem-Chakra'... And I have decided you to be it's Saarthi.

Panchali- The reins are in your hands, Govind... Then how can I be your Saarthi???

Govind chuckled.

Govind- Don't worry, you are. Okay tell me what have you decided???

Panchali- About Subhi, Arjun and me??? I have no idea. I will stay away and let them be happy. (Thoughtfully) You must have known about the feelings of Subhi towards him... Then why did you said to me that Arjun is my Suyogya var(prospected groom)???

Govind- Because this is the inevitable truth and it's going to happen obviously.

Panchali- Yeah. But...

Govind- I know what are you thinking... Who do you see in the chariot next to us.

They were all in open chariots.

Panchali- Rukmini Bhabhishree and Subhadra.

Govind- Look at them through your heart.

Panchali had no idea what Govind was saying. Still she sees them pure-heartedly, closing her eyes and opening them.

Panchali (astonished)- I'm seeing myself with Bhabhishree. How is that possible???

Govind- Now see them through my eyes.

He gives her divine vision for a moment.

She saw that in every chariot, she was seeing only Govind. Every single person as him. And even when she saw the reflection of her in his eyes, she saw him.

Everything backed at normal.

Panchali(shocked)- How is this possible???

Govind (smiling)- I'm in with in and out in the whole universe.

Panchali- what about those who are evil???

Govind- They have the Āsuri tattva on them and I take birth to cleanse all their evil.

Panchali- So Subhadra and I have you in us.

Govind nodded.

Panchali was still shocked but understood. He wanted Subhadra, Arjun and her to be together. Panchali nodded her head.

Panchali- But how is this going to help Pitamah and Jiji???

Govind (chuckling)- Why do you think it's for them???

Panchali- I have been thinking over it for the whole time that why it's happening right now. But I'm not getting its meaning.

Govind- If they learn something from your situation, it's their choice. Otherwise this is just about their missing each other.

Panchali(giggled)- True. They actually are missing each other. Jiji can't stop talking about Pitamah .. and Pitamah was like; your sister this, your sister that.

Govind smiled.

Panchali- One more question, Govind???!!! Why did Amba died??? Couldn't Pitamah and Amba would have been met if they waited for each other.

Govind- It's all about choices, Panchali. Amba was the pathway of Mahamahim Bheeshma's salvation and that can't be changed.

Panchali- oh! So what should I do now???

Govind- You are doing everything by having in this situation.

They all reached to the temple.

Meanwhile Mahadev and Devi Parvati were seeing all the mischievous Leela of Shri Krishna with a smile on their faces.

Parvati- Do you see Swami... Narayan's mischievousness is getting day by day even more tricky and difficult.

Mahadev- This is all Leela of Prabhu!!! You never know what he thinks and wanted to happen.

Parvati- I know. And I know that you already know what's going to happen. You two are partners in crime.

Mahadev (smiled)- I'm Bholenath. Remember. I don't do any mischiefs.

Parvati smiled lovingly at him knowing exactly how much her husband is Mischievous or not.

The long Puja started. Karna and Urvi were blessed for their upcoming life.

Shikha's eyes were stucked on Gangaputra only. She made a sullen face.

She is missing the teasing bantering with him. He is witty and humorous in his own way. The way one corner of his lips tilt upwards or the gleam of spark in his eyes, his rich baritone of voice... She is missing everything. And specially him.

She never thought that someday she is going to miss this stubborn man. Badly.

She was longing and pining for him, truth be said.

He hasn't even looked at in her direction for a single time. I don't care, Shikha muttered to herself and indulged in the Puja.

Pride and vulnerability had stopped them from acknowledging each other.

Gangaputra finally looked at her when she closed her eyes for the Puja.

Many emotions played within him, he couldn't dissect.

What's this feeling???

Don't walk in that direction of thinking right now, he said to himself.

Gangaputra prayed that everything be alright.

Subhadra, Arjun and Panchali also prayed the same for everything being alright.

Shikha was talking to herself continuously.

Shikha- Mahadev, he has promised to me that the day when I would be him, he will lay down all his weapons.. but he still is holding his guards.  This is not fair. I want a fair fight.

And please, please, please... Make everything alright. For everyone.

And one last thing... Give Gangaputra some Sadbuddhi.

Everyone completed their prayer.

The last one was made by Vāsudev shri Krishna.

Vāsudev (smiling)- Prabhu, your all children are seeking for your guidance and help... Please help them all.

And maata Parvati, bestow them with the gift of love.

Mahadev and Parvati smiled at Narayan.

Mahadev & Parvati- Whatever you wish, Prabhu. Tathaastu!!!!
