Khushi sat in her car looking at a sweet shop at the entrance of Laxmi Nagar. Over the course of four years, the neighborhood has changed into a beautiful deluxe area. But what grabbed her attention the most was the sweet shop in front of the entrance. It belongs to none other than her father.

She knew the money she left in her father account will be put to good use.
All these years she kept taps on her father and was overjoyed when her father overcame his paralysis and started walking again two and half years ago.

She got down from the car and moved into the shop. It was crowded and she had to force her way through it.
She immediately fell in love with the shop.
All her favorite sweets were on display.

She was staring at the display of sweets when she heard a masculine but gentle voice of her father.

"Excuse me dear.... Can I help you with your selection? " Shashi asked oblivious of the fact that the lady he just asked the question was none other than his baby girl. Khushi's back was turned to him so he didn't see her.
Khushi without answering run out of the shop and Shashi decided to follow her.
Immediately Khushi got to her car.

She took off her scarf and entered the car and drove off, oblivious of the fact that Shashi had seen her.

"My baby is here.... My baby came to see me... But she went away. " Shashi said with a teared up eyes. But he knew the reason why Khushi did what she did. He knew his family did something to Khushi that made her leave him and Arnav but up until now he doesn't know what. But now that Khushi is back he will definitely find out. All he had to do is wait patiently for her to come to him.

Meanwhile Khushi couldn't stop smiling because she met her father after four years but sad she behaved that way.

Within half an hour she reached the penthouse. Immediately she entered she meet the familiar yet unexpected faces. In her pent house stood Aman and Arnav.
Who was looking at her with all the love he had in him.
Arnav without waiting for a second, rushed to Khushi and hugged her tightly. Khushi immediately felt a wet sensation on her back and immediately knew Arnav was crying.

"My love.... I miss you soo much.... You have no idea how long I have been searching for you..... Prayering and hoping you will be found and here you are in front of me. " Arnav said in between sobs.

Not only Khushi but everyone there looked at a weeping and vulnerable Arnav with mixed emotions of happiness and sadness. This made Khushi's heart melt at his vulnerable Arnav, but as soon she thought of a vulnerable Arnav, the most dreadful night came into in front of her like flashback and soon her softened heart turned into rock and she violently pushed Arnav off her.

"How dare you hug me?..... And what are you doing here...... Oh I see... You are here to see if am broken..... Or if Khushi is dead right. " An angry Khushi asked.

"No Khushi.... Please don't think like that.... I love you and will never wish something like that for you.... I know I hurt you in the past but please let me explain. " A distressed Arnav said.

"But I hate you Arnav Singh Raizada..... I hate you with all my heart..... If I was the biggest mistake of your life than you are a curse to me.... And what is there to explain.... When the damage has already been done.... Nothing binds us anymore. " Khushi yelled at Arnav.

"No Jaan...... Please don't say that... Am sorry if I hurt you but don't say nothing binds us.... Because our Aarushi is the proof of our love.... The proof that we will be together forever. " Arnav said shocking Khushi. "Yes jaan.... I know about our princess.... She is so beautiful, smart and understanding" Arnav said with pride. "I am sorry if I hurt you.... Am so sorry Jaan.... Please forgive me"

Khushi started laughing shocking and confusing everyone.

"Sorry.... Did you say sorry..... Your sorry will never heal my broken heart..... Your sorry will never bring back what I lost..... Your sorry will not bring my Arush back. " Khushi who was by now crying yelled at Arnav.

"Arush." A confused Arnav whispered but enough for everyone to her.

"Yes... My Arush.... Aarushi's twin brother.... He died because of you. " Khushi yelled and Arnav stumbled backwards but Aman rushed to him on time and supported him. Meera rushed to Khushi but she raised her hand stopping her in her track.

"My son... Aman my son. " Arnav sadly whispered to Aman who was also shedding tears.

"Not your son but my son.... You are just a sperm donor... Nothing more nothing less.... My poor baby who died because of you.... When you called me the biggest mistake of your life.... My heart told me you didn't mean it..... I waited for you to come but you never did..... I fainted the next day only to wake up to find out that you sister, aunt and the Gupta women had a doctor inject me with abortion drug so that I lose my babies.... I didn't know about my babies until I heard their evil deeds against me..... I tried to get to the hospital on time but the drugs started to react and I was paralyzed by the pain..... If Meera hadn't found me on time and taken me to the hospital..... I and my babies would have died..... Luckily the doctors were able to reduce the effect of the drugs in my system but some damage has already been done.... My Arush was the one who paid the heavy price..... He was born with a weak heart and failed lungs..... Doctor said he wouldn't make it past the next day.... But my baby fought and defied them until he finally gave in when he was two weeks old..... So tell me MrArnav Singh Raizada.... Do you deserve any forgiveness?.... After your mistake snatched away my son from me.... Since my parent died all I got was taunts from society and the Gupta women..... It was only babuji whose unconditional love kept me sane.... All I prayed for was a man who will love and trust me.... I didn't care whether he was rich or poor.... All I wanted was love and trust.... But I didn't know my dream partner was going to be a monster like you.... You forced me into marriage because of your fear of losing me and Shyam's lies ..... And you accused me of having an affair with your brother in law... Maltreated and verbally abused me but yet I still forgave you and let the past go.... I understood that you were traumatized because of your past and it attributed to what you did to me..... We were so happy after Shyam's fiasco.... You turned from the devil you were to my prince Charming..... But I was a fool for thinking it will last forever.... I was a fool for thinking if you stood by my side through thick and thin.... You will do it until our last breath.... But I was so wrong and it cost me my son.... So tell me Arnav do you deserve my forgiveness. " A crying Khushi asked a broken Arnav who shook his head.

"You may not believe me.... But am really sorry... Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?..... I know it's a stupid question but I will do anything you tell me. " A broken Arnav said.

"Leave and never come back.... In fact you can drop dead for all I care. " Khushi yelled.

"Didi/ Khushi bhabhi" Aman, Meera and Rohan shouted in unison

And Arnav with a sad smile nodded and walked out. Khushi felt bad for him and so did everyone in the family as they watched a broken Arnav walk out. Aman followed him and saw him moving into their penthouse. Before Arnav opened the door, Aman stopped him.

"Arnav.... What the hell are you doing!..... You have to tell her the truth.... She has to know you didn't mean it. " A frustrated Aman said.

"It's too late Aman..... The truth will never bring back our son. " Arnav said and walked into the penthouse leaving Aman standing in the hall way.

"This is not the end. " Aman said before marching back to Khushi's penthouse.
Immediately he entered he saw Khushi sitting on the couch with Meera and Rohan sitting on opposite sides of Khushi consoling her.

"You didn't do right Khushi..... Everything that happen that night was staged by Arnav to deceive the Raizadas and protect you... " Aman spilled the beans sending shock waves in the room. A shocked Khushi stood up and moved closer to Aman.

"What do you mean by it was staged? " Khushi asked.

"The night before Arnav called you the biggest mistake of his life.... He discovered that Anjali was still seeing Shyam behind his back with the help of the family..... He over heard them plotting to staged the suicide of Anjali and he couldn't tell you because Shyam has fixed cameras in your room to monitor you guys.... So he decided to go according to their plan and get you out of the house..... So we hired men to make sure you got to Laxmi Nagar safe and sound because that's the only place you were safe until he confronts his family and then come back to you and explain and take you out of the country..... We even hired men to look after you when you were at Laxmi Nagar. " Aman replied shocking Khushi and the others.

"Then why didn't he come for Khushi didi? " Meera asked.

"He was going to but meet with an accident or more like a murder attempt..... Akash had hired a man to run Arnav off the road.... He was saved on time but was unconscious for four days..... I took it upon myself to tell you the truth but you disappeared.... So I told the Raizadas and instead of going to see Arnav, they rather said he deserved it for supporting you and that very day they brought Shyam back to the house..... And rejoiced but their happiness didn't last long when the next day Akash was arrested for trying to kill Arnav after a CCTV captured the face of the truck driver and after thorough investigation he pointed Akash out as the man who hired him.... That very day a woman came to RM saying Shyam had impregnated her and the proof of it was a child who was the splitting image of Shyam.... Out of shock Anjali suffered a miscarriage.... After Arnav woke up and was discharged.... He filed a case against Akash and he was sentenced to eleven years in
prison..... He went crazy when you went missing and confronted the family..... He cut them off financially and cut ties with them and moved out leaving the house to them.... He only visited RM when Mama was around..... After you disappeared, he went into severe depression and we almost lost him..... It took a lot of scolding from Shashiji and Mama to get him back on track..... Yes Arnav made a lot of mistakes but you know he tried to make it up to you..... He loves you Khushi..... And you didn't do right at all" Aman answered and Khushi broke down for not trusting him and saying those horrible things to him.

Their reverie was broken by a loud explosion outside. Rohan moved closer to the transparent glass and looked out to see what was happening.

"What was that? " Meera asked Rohan.

"It looks like a car exploded on the road..... I hope no one is hurt" Rohan answered.

"I want to see Arnav..... Please Aman..... I want to fix my mistake. " Khushi asked.

"He is in our penthouse house which is in front of this penthouse...."And the trio looked at him shocked. "Yes we are neighbours. " Aman answered and moved out with Khushi who asked Meera and Rohan to stay behind and looked after Aarushi.

Aman and Khushi entered the penthouse to find it empty. Aman called out to Arnav but he didn't answer so he searched the entire penthouse but didn't find him.

"He's not here.... It looks like he went out since his car keys are also not here. " Aman said and Khushi started feeling uneasy.

Their reverie was broken by the ring of the wireless telephone. Aman received it and after a few seconds his eyes widened in shock and tears started cascading down his cheeks. He dropped the phone and a confused Khushi panicked and asked.

"Aman..... What is it?.... Why are you like this? "

Aman looked at Khushi and replied.

"Arnav..... Outside... Explosion. "

Khushi started hyperventilating and run out with Aman trailing behind. Immediately she got down to the last floor she run out of the building only to see police everywhere and the fire service putting out the fire emanating from a Lamborghini along with some people who had gathered around the area.

Khushi immediately knew it belongs to Arnav since he loved Lamborghini and shouted.

"Arnaaaaaaav!!!!!!!! "

Khushi tried to get closer to the car shouting Arnav's name but was held back by the police.
Aman pulled himself together and went to Khushi and held her in his arms.

"Let me go Aman.... I have to save him.... Let me go. " A crying Khushi yelled as she tried to free herself but Aman's hold on her was so tight that the she couldn't break free.

The fire was extinguished and a charred body was removed from the car and placed into an ambulance and taken away, she finally broke free and was about to run after the ambulance when she heard a soft voice behind her. She knew that voice, it was Arnav's voice. She turned around to find out it was Arnav with a bleeding forehead.

Khushi run and hugged him tightly as if her life depended on him, which actually did.

And Arnav also reciprocated.

"I thought I lost you! " She sobbed harder like never before. He tightened the hugging and his eyes shined with unshed tears.

"Am so sorry..... Aman told me everything... Please... Forgive me... I didn't mean it.... Please forgive. " Khushi cried while shivering, hiccupping and sobbing at the same time. Arnav consoled her still hugging her. They both didn't want to let go off each other. This was a major blow to them. Arnav was still in shock that he would have been the one in his car and Khushi was in shock that the man could have been Arnav. She had a lot of questions but all of it wasn't important now. All that matters is that he is alive. She could have lost him forever and the thought itself stabbed her heart a billion times.

In Khushi's Penthouse.

Arnav was being thoroughly checked by Meera who was also in shock when Aman told her what happened. She knew her sister will never recover from such a blow if it came true. Since they got to the apartment, Khushi has been around Arnav like a mother hen. She literally made Aman and Arnav move into their penthouse and after that Aman and Rohan left to the police station to confirm a suspicion he has.

After Arnav was declared fine by Meera. Khushi forced him to sleep which he refused so Khushi made Meera inject him with a muscle relaxer which will numb his pain and make him sleep. Within a few minutes Arnav was fast asleep.
Khushi went to the kitchen to prepare dinner, Meera offered to cook but Khushi refused because she needed something to distract her from what happened a few hours ago.

A few minutes after she was done cooking an angry Aman and a worried Rohan walked in.

"Aman.... What happened? " Meera asked.

"The explosion wasn't an accident.... A bomb was planted in the car to kill Arnav. " Aman angrily replied. And the women gasped in shock.

"Then who is the man in Arnav's car? " Khushi who finally found her voice asked.

"Video from the CCTV captured a man who carjacked Arnav's car..... If not for him.... " Rohan stopped unable to complete the sentence because of the shiver that run down his spine.

"The only people who are capable of doing this is the Raizadas..... I swear on Arush..... I will make them pay for trying to snatch my husband away from me.... I failed to save my son.... But I won't let them snatch my husband from me... They wanted a fight.... I will give them war..... This is a vow of a mother and a wife. " Khushi said in anger and determination.
