Two Months Later.

So many things has changed in this town months.
Arnav was discharged from the hospital six weeks ago and has gone back to working with Aman.

Khushi was now three months pregnant and the baby was perfectly fine and her tiny bumb is now visible if one looked closely.But with it came morning sickness, nausea, mood swings and tantrums but instead of it annoying the hell out of Arnav, he was more excited.

Aman was scared at the possibility of being a father not because he didn't want to but because he knew his crazy wife will give him a hard time more than Khushi is giving Arnav. And he voiced out his worries to Arnav and Akash who laughed at him at first but Akash who already had experience of it told him live in the moment and enjoy it. It may be stressful for the man but more stressful for a woman and at that stage they need to feel loved because it brings out their insecurities.
Arnav and Aman took Akash's advice and Aman suggested to Meera for them to have kids but Meera wanted to wait for three to five years before planning on getting pregnant because she wanted to enjoy her marriage and  career to the fullest before having kids and Aman being the supportive husband agreed to it.

Akash was asked to join them at AR but he refused and wanted to help his father rebuild his company and pursue his dreams of becoming an artist.
Arnav and the others weren't pleased about it and tried to use Lavanya to dissuade Akash but she being a supportive wife supported her husband making Arnav and Aman give up and she was also able to convince them to support Akash and they agreed. Akash and Lavanya had also applied to adopt a baby boy and were waiting impatiently for the result.

Khushi and Lavanya were now working together at her boutique with her, Lavanya and Meera as the face of the boutique and Shivani and Aarushi as the face of the kids department.

Rohan was also excelling in his job as a bodyguard is now the personal bodyguard of a famous male model who works for Khushi and both have been in a relationship for the past two weeks.
The family knew about it and supported them and asked them to make their relationship public but both refused because of the stigma and perception of gays around the world.
Both of them couldn't stand each other being judged for loving each other and to them the family's support and love was enough.

Shashi and Shalini also got married a three weeks ago in a low key wedding and had just returned from their honeymoon.

Manohar over the course of this two months was convinced to move on but no matter how bad Mami was he still loved her so much that he couldn't replace her and the family understood.

Shivani and Aarushi always light up the house with their antics and recently started preschool.
Their parent were afraid they won't be able to adjust but the girls surprised them when they themselves wanted go to school and since their first day at school they were excited to go.

Dadi sent most of her time praying for the well-being of the family and taking care of her great grand kids when their parents were not around.
She thank God for making her live longer to see her great grandkids but missed her daughter in law Ratna.
She still holds herself responsible for what happened to Ratna and may never let go of that feeling.

Delhi Women's Prison.

Manohar and Shashi were here to see Mami, Madhumati and Garima who's second trial will be in a few day and for now she has been in solitary confinement since her arrest two months ago.

Garima and Shashi.

Shashi was led to Garima's cell and he stood out side watching Garima who stood up from her bed and moved closer to Shashi with only the bars separating them.

"My beloved ex husband misses me and came to see me.... Why are you bored of your new wife already. " Garima said with a sadistic smile on her face . Shashi shook his head and looked at her in pity. Thinking she will never change even after losing both her daughters.

"No.. Am not here because of that.... In fact I will never get bored of the love of my life.... I lost her years ago but fate knows we were meant to be and united us again.... I finally experienced what it means to be happy with a woman... Something only Shalini made me feel.... "Garima started fuming hearing the way Shashi was praising Shalini. "The real reason am here is to tell you that I know you will plead insanity to avoid prison but let me tell you.... If in case you succeed... I and the others have planned on making the institution you will be sent to torture you and you know nothing is impossible for Arnav, Akash and Aman.... And if you also get jail term you will still be tortured.... Either ways you will not escape the upcoming wrath of Arnav, Akash and Aman..... So good luck because this is the last time you will be seeing me. " Shashi said with a smirk on his face making the confidence Garima had vanish.

"Don't you dare threaten me.... I am not afraid of anyone of you. " Garima said in fear with a shaky voice making Shashi smirk knowing she was scared.

"You may say that but... But you body is saying otherwise..... That all I came to tell you..... And by the way we are all happy in our respective lives and that Garima is our revenge against you.... Our lives is getting even better without you in it.... And that's out best revenge against you.... You've lost everything while we gain everything from new found loves to new members who will join us soon  while you are now alone.... So bye ex wife.... And all the best or not."
Shashi said and left a broken Garima behind.

She fell on her knees and started crying for her dead daughters and her ill fate.
She now realises what her greed has gotten her.
She lost everything today because of that and now she knew she will never have any peace of mind because the law and Arnav will make sure of that.

Manohar and Manorama.

Manohar sat at the visitors room waiting for Mami.
Within a few seconds Mami entered and sat down with with her head bowed in shame.

Her time in prison made her realise the value of life and her love for Manohar which was overpowered by her greed for status. She really loved Manohar but then poverty has a way of twisting with the minds of ambitious people and Mami was no different. Her yearning for acceptance by mother in law made her blindly support Anjali because she was Nani's favorite and she thought if she supported Anjali more, she will be in the good books of her mother in law but in the process, she neglected her husband, son and nephew who always fulfilled her wishes and demands without a second thought.

"Manu..."Manohar called out to Manorama who started crying hearing her nickname which Manohar use to call her when he was smitten by her in their younger days.

Manohar stood up from his chair and moved over to Mami, helped her up and hugged her. Mami reciprocated crying in his arms and apologized.

" Am sorry Manohar.... I didn't mean to to do it.... I just wanted to be accepted by your mother and I became so obsessed with it that I lost the site of what right.... Am so sorry Manohar..... Please forgive me. "

"Shhh... I understand Manu..... Stop crying.... I forgive you.... . " Manohar said and prone the hug and made Mami sit down and went back to sit on his chair.

"Thanks for forgiving me.... Even though I don't deserve it..... And thanks for visiting me.... " Mami said while wiping her face with the handkerchief given to her by Manohar.
Manohar smiled at her.

"Am ready to give you divorce.... And trust me I will be happy if you move on with you life because you deserve better than me. " Mami said sincerely.

"I will never divorce you Manu." Manohar said shocking Mami. " I will never be able to replace you become I love you and will always love you.... I will wait for you so don't give up...Okay...." Mami was about to retort but Manohar placed his hand on her mouth stopping her."And I don't want to hear I don't deserve it because we all deserve a second chance in life. "

Mami smiled in her tears and nodded.
Manohar leaned over to her and kissed her cheeks and forehead making her blush.
She then asked of the family and Manohar told her about the wedding of Shashi and Shalini, Shivani and Aarushi's schooling and Khushi's pregnancy.

Even though she was sad she will miss most of this, she was happy for them.

Opposite them in the far right corner sat Madhumati and Shashi.

"How are you brother? " Buaji asked.

"Am fine and you. " Shashi replied.

"Am fine and congratulations on your marriage to Shalini.... Both of you deserve all the happiness in the world..... And please forgive me for all the pain I caused you and Khushi because of that woman and her daughter...." Madhumati apologized.

"I forgive.... Because I want peace in my new life.... Which is why I forgive you for everything.... I don't want any grudge hindering my relationships so I forgive you. " Shashi said and Madhumati sighed and smiled at her brother.

Madhumati looked up to see Mami blushing and smiling at something Manohar was saying to her. She smiled seeing her friend happy and smiling after almost two months.
Shashi followed her gaze to see her staring at Manohar and Mami.

"Who would have thought you two would be friend today. " Shashi said with a smile on his face breaking his sister's reverie.

"I got to know the real her and she is not that bad... That's why we get along so well now than before because we now value life more and the little things it offers. " Madhumati exclaimed looking at his brother.

She then asked of them and Shashi told her all that had happened in their lives and she was glad they all were happy finally.

Delhi Nursing And Elderly Home.

Dadi and Nani sat under a huge tree at the home.

She had come to visit her for the first time since she was brought there.

"How are you Devi? " Dadi asked.

"Am fine Sumi.... I feel more at peace here because I don't want to be a bad omen for Chote again.... " Nani replied with a sad smile on her face.

"Don't give up Devi..... Arnav needs sometime to forgive you.... He is hurt because of us."Nani looked at Dadi in confusion." Yes us.... I am also responsible.... If only I had let go of my dear and told you and Arnav about Anjali's origin them maybe all of this wouldn't have happened....." Dadi exclaimed

"Don't blame yourself Sumi..... Everything happened for a reason.... Because if you hadn't done what you did then our chote wouldn't have meet Khushi.... And he would have been more miserable by now...... So stop blaming yourself.... You are the beat thing that ever happened to my daughter and grandson.... I have destroyed so many lives including Manohar and Manorama.... I deserve to take the blame not you..... So please stop blaming yourself and promise me you will always stay by his side. "
Nani said and Dadi promised.

They chatted for some time before Dadi took her leave.

Manohar and Dadi's car entered the mansion at the same time.

The three of them moved inside only to find and angry Khushi who was sitting on the couch in the Hall with her arms crossed in anger and her back turned to Arnav and the others standing there with worry.
Dadi moved closer and asked Arnav what was wrong with Khushi through since and Arnav raised his shoulders and hand not knowing what is wrong with her.

Dadi moved closer to Khushi and sat down and asked her.

"Why is my Khushi angry? "

Khushi started crying and laid her head on Dadi's shoulder .

"Dadi..... Arnav called me fattttttttt. " Khushi cried stressing the last word shocking Arnav and making everyone chuckle.

"What the!.... When did I call you fat? A shocked Arnav asked.

" See Dadi.... He is now calling me a liar. " Khushi cried complaining to Dadi and Arnav was about to retort but one glare from Dadi shut him up. Dadi when wiped Khushi's tears and kissed her forehead

" Stop crying Khushi.... And tell me what happened? "

"Dadi.... I when to the kitchen to get some ice cream and he happened to be there and when I was about to eat my chocolate I stopped and asked him if I looked fat and he said yes. " Khushi narrated making Arnav roll his eyes and he was about to defend himself again but again Dadi stopped him. "Dadi do I look fat? " Khushi asked.

"Not at all dear..... You look so beautiful and more attractive than those skinny models that work for Arnav.... They will never top you in anything. " Dadi exclaimed gently pulling her cheeks.

"Really Dadi" Khushi squeal and Dadi nodded and she hugged her.

"I will go and finish my ice cream now. " Khushi said and left to the kitchen where her ice cream was leaving Arnav to exclaim his famous WHAT THE!

"And that Chote..... Is how you handle a tantrum of a pregnant wife. " Shashi said and they all burst out in laughter and so did Arnav who them moved to the kitchen to handle his crazy wife .

10 Months Later.

Arnav after a long day at the office came home late with Aman to find the house quiet indicating all the inhabitant were asleep.

Aman moved to his room while Arnav moved his room only to find his wife and son Arush fast asleep. He moved to the bathroom and showered and come out dressed up and moved onto the bed and slept closer to his wife and son.

The next morning Arnav woke up to find his wife and son missing. He looked up and found them sitting on his recliner.

Both mother and son were so lost in playing that they didn't notice him.
He was about to get off to join them when Aarushi burst in and run over to her brother and mother.
She stood closer and held her brother's hand and started playing with him and he started giggling seeing his big sister.

Arnav smiled and said a silent prayers to his mother for bring Khushi into his life.
He then joined them and their little family was complete.

In Akash and Lavanya room the scene was also similar to Arnav's.
Nine months ago their adoption was approved and they brought home a one year old boy whom was name Rajat by Shivani.
She has become a doting sister who never leave any chance to spoil her baby brother and Rajat also loved his family a lot.

Hari Prakash when from door to door telling them Shashi wanted to see them.

They all moved down stairs to find a nervous Shashi and Shalini.

Immediately they got there Khushi asked in a worried tone.

"Babuji.... Is everything alright.... Why did you call us down her? "

Shashi asked them to sit and he also sat down with Shalini facing them and held his wife's hand for support making everyone worry more.

"I wanted to tell all of you that Shalini and I are expecting a child soon."Everyone was shocked by the news and the silence made Shashi and Shalini even more nervous."In seven and half months another member will join us soon. " Shashi said nervous of their response.

"Congratulations Babuji...... " Meera squealed breaking the awkward silence. She moved closer to Shalini and hugged her.
Shalini then broke the hug and said.

"I thought you will all be mad especially because of you ages and my age. " Shalini said.

"What nonsense.... We are so happy... We were just shocked that's all. " Khushi said and handed Arush over to Arnav and went closer to her mother and hugged her. And so did Lavanya.

Everyone congratulated the couple and rejoiced after what happened a few weeks ago.

Few weeks ago Nani passed away in her sleep. After Arnav and the entire family forgave her.
Everyone was sad but then life moves on. A couple of days later new came from the prison that Garima committed suicide but left a letter addressed to the family asking for forgiveness.

And as a last sign of respect Shashi performed her last rites.

Half way into their sentence Mami and Buaji were released from prison on the grounds of good behavior.
Mami and Manohar renewed their vows and moved out of RM to a huge mansion Arnav, Akash and Aman bought for the entire family.
Both women were later on forgiven and the family lived together in harmony and peace.
