03:13 PM. PARIS, FRANCE

adrien is still in the same place as he was when revene and ladybug come back into his house. 

"tikki, spots off," marinette says, handing tikki a pink macaroon from her purse. tikki sits in marinette's hands, chewing on the pink treat. 

"plagg, claws off," y/n says softly, making plagg appear from the ring.

"that was amazing!" he smiles, whizzing around everywhere. this is one of the first times he hasn't needed a piece of stinky cheese to bring up his mood. "it was so good! you still fight with the baton like a sword! and you're still really athletic!"

"well," y/n shrugs with a smile. even though it isn't ladylike to shrug. but thankfully, she's breaking out of these habits. "i still do spar. adrien is a good partner to spar with,"

marinette nudges adrien, making him get out of his trance. 

"oh thank you," he smiles. 

"i am quite sad, however," y/n starts, sitting on the sofa. "we never got to finish our promenade,"

"i'm sure we'll do soon," adrien says, sitting next to her. his sweaty hands on his knees. "you are so cool. as yourself and as revene,"

y/n smiles, looking away. her cheeks start to go warm and she wishes she had a fan to cool herself down. 

"thank you," the two black cat miraculous holders continue to look at each other, making marinette jump up and down silently. she has shipped them for a while now. she doesn't care if there are rules about it. they are cute together. and they must have cat babies together.

marinette takes her phone out as it starts to vibrate, ruining the moment between y/n and adrien. marinette groans, wearing to kill the person who is calling her but she sees that it is a call from one of her other best friends. alya. 

"alya!" marinette smiles, all death threats disappearing from her mind. "oh really? oh my gosh! i didn't see! r-right now? uh...let me ask him,"

adrien looks over to marinette, who smiles, rubbing the back of her neck after putting her on mute. 

"alya wants to know if we want to go on a picnic with her, nino and chloe," marinette says, seeing the messages from chloe. "chloe just said that she'll 'drag adrikens by his perfect blonde hair if he doesn't come. and tell him to fucking bring a date or i will chop off his hair.' wow," marinette laughs. "i am dating an amazing person,"

adrien rolls his eyes as y/n laughs loudly. the laugh turning into a snort.  

"since you're laughing so much, you can be my date," adrien says to y/n as her laughter falters. her mind goes panic. marinette nods, tikki and plagg doing the same. 

adrien looks at her, waiting for her to say something. anything.
