So it is just a small, detailed piece explaining a type of fainting. I fainted on 14th August; that is why I will explain it. It can be helpful for writers or just random knowledge!

Date and Time :- 14th August 2024 at maybe around 8:30 a.m.

Causes (Maybe) :- High heat and not used to standing in it, eating no food and drinking just a glass of milk, a lot of stress and tension, no sleep, a lot of rounds on the field.

The story :- It was the second round across the field while practicing for the Independence Day March Past at school. My stomach, or more likely my left lung, started hurting, but I ignored it because sometimes it happens randomly.

We were told to rest for 2 minutes while standing, and I was catching my breath. The third round started, and halfway through, I was having trouble breathing slightly. My left lung/stomach was hurting badly now, and the pain has spread to my chest. 

Finally, the round was completed, and we were standing in the heat as the principal was giving his speech. My whole upper body was hurting terribly, and I was trying to reduce it by gently massaging. It was really hard to breathe, and I was trying the 4-7-8 breathing technique, but it was not working for me.

Slowly my vision started getting blurry, and I knew I would faint, but I tried to control it by blinking and looking around. I shook my head to clear my vision and focused on hearing the sounds around me. Nothing worked, and I started swaying slightly. Luckily, my friend was standing in front of me. I called her and said, "I am going to faint.." She quickly held my hand and wrist so I wouldn't fall, and the senior girl held me up and took me to the front. I was told to sit on a chair, and my shoes and socks were removed. 

After that, I blacked out. Like I was just dreaming/thinking or disconnected from reality. Slowly, I came back to my senses. I was given glucose drink and made to sit in the air-conditioned room to rest. After like 15 minutes, I was back to class.

Extra (These things are told to me, but I am not sure if they are true) :- My lips turned slightly white, and my hands were shaking when I was sitting on the chair. My head was down.
