As the early morning sun began to rise yellows and orange petals stretched out into the blue sky.

The crisp morning chills woke Lee right up, he'd gotten used to waking up early. You would think by now that the others would have gotten used to it but other than lee only Kenny had gotten up.

"So should we wake them" Kenny whispered which lee answered with a shrug

"Uh Let's let them rest for a while longer we can pack up for now they'll eventually wake up"

"If you say so" Kenny began to help the other male pack up their things

It didn't take long for the girls to wake up due to the racket they were making.

They followed the same Routine for many weeks
search for clementine, supply run, make camp for the night, wake up early, and repeat

However one day the routine was broken it started off like any other day but It all happened so fast one minute they're laughing and talking about the good old days the next theres a bullet in Christas head, the way her body fell to the ground would haunt them forever

"Christa!" Molly broke her fall

"Oh my god Christa!" the two males rushed over to the blond

"I suggest you drop your weapons, oh and don't try anything unless you want to join ur friend" His voice was raspy like an old man even though his face was young.

"And I suggest you drop yours" the sound of another's man voice startled the young boy, his finger squeezed the trigger hitting lee in the shoulder

"Why you son of a bitch" Kenny pulled his hand gun out of its holster and shot him right between his eyes.

"I'm sorry I wasn't able to get here in time to save your friend" the man who had dark brown hair and whore an old beat up dirty white button up vest with a blue long sleeve underneath.

"I-it's okay i-if it wasn't for you w-we'd all be dead" molly sobbed

"Your welcomed to come back with me and my group we were out here scouting for people in need to join our community so what do you say"

"We'll take you up on your offer I don't think we'll survive out here since we are low on well everything" Kenny chuckled however everyone could hear the pain on his voice

"We have a doctor in the community he can patch you up oh and the names javi" javi smiled
༒
"I'm lee, this is Kenny, molly, and this...this was Christa" lee smiled softly as he pointed to each of them

"Lee..." the brunette bit his lip
༒
"Yeah?" He questioned
༒
"Oh nothing your just seems oddly familiar anyway we should head out"

"Right.." molly leaned Christa against a tree, the blond couldn't bare to look into her eyes. The spark that once shined so brightly was now gone.

"Goodbye Christa" she closed the girls eyes, if it wasn't for the bullet in her skull she'd think she was sleeping.

"She's with Omid now" Kenny placed a hand on her shoulder
༒
"Let's go" lee wrapped an arm around her trembling body, Kenny on the other hand was walking silently in front of them.
