A frown made its way onto Molly's face as she peaked through Lee's cracked door it's been two years since they first arrived at Richmond and Clem still hasn't returned.

At first lee was ecstatic to know that Clem was going to return to richmond and he'd finally be reunited with her but that wasn't the case days turned into weeks, weeks into months and months into years and still no sign of her return.

After a year had passed lee wanted to go and search for her but he couldn't leave not when the place he called home for over a year had been at war, javi needed him to help protect their home so he stayed.

Kenny wasn't able to help fight since his eye was gone and he couldn't really aim a gun so he helped plan and fortify the walls so he didn't feel completely useless

Molly on the other hand helped fight however during one of the recent missions she was on she was injured badly and had to stay back for a month or so, so she could heal.

During this period of time Lee's mental health began to plummet, he didn't care about himself the only thing he cared about was if Clem was okay, was she feed, was she safe, was she even alive? Those questions swirled around his mind.

Kenny was in the same boat as lee however he wasn't just worried about Clem he was worried about Aj he was just a toddler when they got separated, who knows if he was okay but he did know that if Clem was still out there fighting Aj would be safe.

Molly didn't have the chance to grow such a strong bond with Clem like the others since they only knew each other for a bit however she knew that the only way to make the two males feel better was to reunite them.

As the blond opened the door she could see lee slowly lift his head from between his hands that rested on his knees

"Lee...pack your things.." she spoke softly

"W-why" lees voice raspy

"Clem's waiting for us to find her so come on" she placed a small peck on his forehead

A slight spark flashed through Lee's eyes for a second

"I'll tell Kenny and then inform javi" the raven head said a small thank you before she left

She took a deep breath as she walked down the hall to Kenny's chambers tracing her fingers against the broken up wall paper that were stained a reddish brownish color from walker blood.

"Kenny" she called out knocking lightly on the door

"Kenny" she called out again when he didn't answer the first time

A small groan could be heard from inside followed by the squeaking noise as the male climbed out of bed, Kenny's hair was a mess, small bags under his eyes

"You need something" he yawned

"Pack your things it's been long enough it's time to get Clem and Aj back" she said sternly, Her words slapped the remainder of fatigue off his eye lids.

He nodded closing the door in her face. 'Now to tell javi' she thought trying to mentally prepare herself, javi gave them a home and now that home was in danger however they had to do this even if it meant leaving during this war.

Even with all the fighting going on outside Richmonds walls everyone inside were still lively, it didn't take long for the blond to find the man she was looking for due to him always being In the same room day after day planing on how to win this war.

"Hey molly" javi managed to smile

"Hey javi..." she fiddled nervously with her jackets rim

"You guys are leaving aren't you" he chuckled softly

"We need to find Clem" she paused "We will return that's a promise and we'll bring Clem and Aj with us" she grinned

"Stay safe okay oh and tell via to give you a car"

"Will do and you, kate, and gabe, better be alive by the time we return" she waved

As she walked out of the building she saw both Kenny and lee standing at the gates, they must of packed quickly from finally being able to go search for Clem

"Molly about time you got here" Kenny handled her, her black tattered bag.

"Via can you tell Liam to open the gate oh and javi said to give us car we're going to get Clem back"

"For sure" the ginger haired girl smiled tossing them the keys to a vehicle

"Oi Liam open the gates!" She hollered climbing the ladder

"You better be careful out there!" The male shouted as he opened the gates with a loud clank

The trio tossed their bags into the back seat next to molly while Kenny was in the driver and lee sat in the passenger seat.

During the first few months gabe had told them where Clem headed off to so they should be able find it quite easily, he'd also told them how he had to basically pry it out of his uncle.

The journey to Mccarroll ranch didn't take to long however along the way they had to make quite a few pit stops since molly got car sick.

When the group finally got to their destination they stood wide eyed in front of the car as they gazed upon what remained of Mccarrol ranch, it could hardly even be called a ranch since everything was in shambles.

Rotting corpses laid limp on the floor, bullet shells littered the floor, remains of burnt wood and other things were visible too.

"Let's look around see if anyone is still here" lee swallowed the lump in his throat

"Alright" Kenny followed suit

"I'll search the perimeter"

They spent a good hour searching the building however they came empty handed just like they always had.

"Seems like this place has been in abandoned for a good long while" Kenny sighed

"Let's keep going clem could still be hiding out in the area since traveling with a kid can be hard" lee climbed into the driver seat of the car

"Alright" the two got in, molly wasn't so happily about driving to some unknown location for who knows how long but in all truth she also wanted to see Clem

And for Kenny he was basically the third father to Clem, before him was of course lee and before him it was her actual father

Anyhow Kenny would do anything and she means anything to make sure that she was alright but since Kenny left her with a child after they got separated the passion he felt to find them was as strong as Lee's.

They took turns driving till the gas needle went into the empty zone, they pulled over near a whole bunch of cars

"We need gas if we are going to make it back" molly opened the car door so she could stretch

"Well we better hope these cars here have any gas left" Kenny groaned tiredly knowing full well that in this bloody apocalypse that it's not likely for them to Ever find anything real useful

"This ones empty but I found a pocket knife" lee waved the knife around as he moved on to the next one

"This ones empty too however unlike you there's nothing useful inside unless candy wrappers will be any use to you" molly slammed the door shut

"Why don't you slam the door even louder I don't think they heard you in China" Kenny rolled his eyes "this ones empty too looks like we're walking" he added grabbing his bag from the car

"Man we should have taken a gas can when we had the chance" molly grabbed her bag along with hilda before slamming the door shut even louder

"So ken do you think China heard me now" she chuckled

"Maybe half you can do better"

"Enough children let's go" lee shook his head, a small smile on his face

"Your bag" ken pointed it the car

"Right" he said sheepishly.

The sun was beginning to set however that didn't stop them from continuing on, they were currently walking though a forest past the train station a few feet back.

As they continued walking lee and Kenny began to feel nervous as if something was going to happen, molly seemed to notice too but she wasn't feeling it like the two males were.

A building could be seen further in the distance, the closer they got the bigger it got however what made them all on edge was the dead human not a walker but a dead human leaning against a tree next to a sign that read 'don't fuck with us'

The three gulped as they continued to walk to the gate where a boy around the age of six was preached on top holding a gun
