Emma and Sayuri came back to the mansion and were surprised by the family to wish Emma her 14th birthday. Emma was happy but noticed that her parents are missing.

"Happy birthday to you, Emma!" They all congratulated her.

"Thank you, everyone. But where are my parents?" Emma wondered.

"Meow" A familiar voice meowed behind her.

Emma turns around seeing Cat Noir and Ladybug. The latter holding red and black spotted balloons.

"Happy birthday kitty girl," Cat Noir said.

"Wow! You're Cat Noir!" Emma squealed.

"Yep, and my wife Ladybug" Cat Noir said.

"Hey there, Emma. I got this miraculous gift for you" Ladybug held out a gift box.

"Thanks. My parents are missing this. Where are they?" Emma said.

"You're looking at them, my kitten," Cat Noir said.

"What?" Emma got confused.

"Spots off!"

"Claws in!" They detransformed in front of her.

Emma took a good look at her parents standing right in front of her, "Dad?!" She took it all in before squealing, "My dad is Cat Noir? Mom is Ladybug?!"

"Yes, our little kitten-bug. Happy birthday!" Marinette and Adrien hugged their daughter.

"My parents are superheroes!" Emma was so happy.

Hugo and Louis tackled their mother for being Ladybug the whole time, "You were our Ladybug the whole time? Awesome!" Hugo said in joy.

"Of course I was, my bugs" Marinette giggled.

"My dad is Cat Noir?!" Emma tackled her father in joy.

"That's right my kitten. Your old man's Paris puuuurrrrrrfect cat" Adrien chuckled.

"I'm so glad it was you!" Emma hugged him too tight.

"Oh! Easy Emma!" Adrien chuckled.

"Darlings, let Mommy and Daddy breathe!" Marinette said.

"Sorry, Mom" Louis and Hugo got off their mother.

"Sorry Dad" Emma got off her father.

"Heh, anyways, your mother and I waited a long time until you were old enough to understand. For you see, your mom and I had to make every excuse to save Paris every day and night to protect you and your brothers" Adrien explained.

"That's right. And we were only teens like you when we became heroes" Marinette said.

"It's quite a shock our parents are superheroes," Hugo said.

"Mom! You're the best!" Louis said.

"Thank you my boys" Marinette hugged them.

They soon rejoined the party, with Emma blowing the candles out after making her wish. She also soon opened her gifts from her maternal grandparents as well her paternal grandmother's gift to her. Eventually, they were dancing to the music her parents' friends played in their youth. Emma never had so much fun after the reveal of her parents being the heroes she and her brothers worshipped.

Emma also was getting to know the cat kwami creature she had never seen but Plagg still remembers her when she was a baby.

"Your dad was my best kitten for years. He always had a lot of Camembert cheese for me. It's so good to finally meet the daughter of Cat Noir" Plagg said.

"Nice. You two must have been besties" Emma hands him some cheese.

"Indeed. I was always there for him. Unlike that monster father who barely pays attention to him. Your dad was the best kitty I could ever have" Plagg munched on his cheese.

"Great" Emma smiled.

Tikki then flew over to Emma, "Your brothers are fun-loving like your mother. In a clumsy but charming way," Tikki giggled.

"Are you some kind of bug mouse?" Louis asked.

"Hehehehe No. Your mother used to call me that" Tikki laughed.

"And your dad thought I was some genie," Plagg said.

"The fact is that we two are kwamis. In this case of creation and destruction," Tikki said.

"Like a Yin and Yang sort of thing?" Emma asked.

"Yeah. Well, I'm responsible for many things, like the extinction of the dinosaurs. But I was young" Plagg chuckled nervously.

"So the meteor or volcano eruption didn't cause the dinosaurs to go extinct?" Emma said.

"Yeah, but fortunately some survived into birds," Plagg said.

"And kwamis can live for millions of years? Wow. So there were cat heroes before my dad?" Emma said.

"Yep, as well as ladybug heroes too," Plagg said.

At the asylum, Gabriel was beyond crazy with drawing the miraculous on the walls. For years he tried to get out but never succeeded. His ex-wife no longer sees him anymore due to what he became.

Suddenly, a red portal appeared in his cell and there stood a demon woman Lila who just came from Hell, she looks very sadistic.

"Hello, Monarch. Ah, you look insane as I remember when you fired me long ago" Lila glared.

"No! This can't be!" Gabriel gasped.

"Mmhmm. Remember Hoaxer? Yeah. Bad move to akumatize me. You were so obsessed with Ladybug and Cat Noir, you did not see I controlled Nathalie to take pictures of all your secrets. I know you are Monarch years ago" Lila paced back and forth, "And then having me akumatized into Vengeance where I killed your son. You cried like an idiot! Just like you lost your wife" She cackled.

"You're the reason for my defeat! If you haven't killed him none of this would have happened!" Gabriel yelled.

"Oh, really? Who akumatized me in the first place, Gabi? We both lost everything. Just like I lost my boyfriend before I moved to Paris. I always lie instead of being honest. Adrien despised me more than that baker girl. And you, you replaced me with that ninja girl because I was not good enough" Lila smacked him in the face, "Just like you change your villain name so much. Hawk Moth, Scarlet Moth, and Shadow Moth failed because they are losers! So was Monarch! And so was Gabriel Agreste!" She yelled.

"What do you want from me?!" Gabriel groaned.

"I want you to admit how wrong you were to throw me in the streets! Admit that you are a pathetic loser!" Lila growled.

"You're insane!" Gabriel said.

"Maybe. Admit it! You're nothing without your precious miraculous!" Lila sneered as her eyes glowed red.

"That pathetic granddaughter of yours, she's more like your son! Sweet, strong-headed, and confident! Yuck!" Lila said.

"Is that so? Well, that makes my son more of a fool to have her with Marinette!" Gabriel ranted.

Lila glared at what really reminded her of her boyfriend abandoning her but taking the child away from her before she moved to Paris.

"I couldn't say the same. I happened to have my own child with my boyfriend before I got to Paris" Lila said.

"How? You were too young at the time you moved to Paris!" Gabriel pointed out.

"I guess I lied about my age too" Lila replied.

"You're full of surprises, Rossi" Gabriel said.

"Thanks" Lila smacked him again.

"AAGH! Because of my son and Ladybug! I'm trapped in this prison for over 14 years!" Gabriel got up.

"Then join me in Hell if you want revenge! I want to destroy Marinette and those pathetic brats your son has! I so wanna get my revenge on Adrien for killing me!" Lila screamed in anger.

"And in exchange?" Gabriel asked.

"You get your ex-wife. But if you don't do what I say, Satan will take your soul and punish you for all eternity like he did to me!" Lila grabbed his throat.

"ACK! Alright! It's a deal!" Gabriel choked.

"That's for dumping me in a pile of garbage! You are such a dickhead!" Lila released him.

"I am not a dickhead!" Gabriel stands up.

"Yes, you are!" Lila yelled.

At the mansion, the same deity that resurrected Adrien years ago, he appeared in the bedroom. Adrien was asleep with Marinette peacefully. The deity knew that he needed Bat Noir one last time since there was a bigger threat coming and he can't let Adrien or his family die.

"Adrien, hear my voice" The deity went inside his head.

In the dream realm, Adrien was interrupted and the realm shifted to black nothing, "What the? Where am I?" He got confused.

"Don't worry about that. It is I the deity that resurrected you a long time ago" The bat-shaped deity said.

"For 14 years ago, it was you?" Adrien saw him.

"Technically 15 years ago. But yes, it was me. I came back again to bring Bat Noir one last time. There's a bigger threat coming back to haunt you and you need to be a vampire again" The deity said.

"What?! Why not Cat Noir? I've been saving the day with my wife for years and not a single threat has ever come" Adrien said.

"This threat is unnatural and more powerful than any threat before. Not even Cat Noir would be able to stop him" The Deity said.

"But I have a family to take care of," Adrien said.

"I hear. I know you are a father. I can give you immunity to sunlight, reduce your cravings, and let you eat normal food. Deal?" The deity said.

Whatever this threat is that no mortal can defeat, Adrien will need to become a vampire again so he doesn't have to die the second time, "Deal. I'll do anything to stop this new threat" Adrien agreed.

"Very well. You have a heart of courage, Adrien. Don't let anything happen to your family. The past could repeat history again" The deity transforms Adrien back into an undead vampire.

Even in the real world, Adrien changed, unnoticed by his wife. He felt his teeth getting sharp again and he quickly gets out of bed to take a look in the mirror.

"AAAAH!" He got startled by seeing his sharp fangs, "Goddamn it. I forgot what it felt like last time. But at least I can see my reflection this time" Adrien said, not wanting to remember what it was like when he died and got resurrected by a deity.

Plagg yawns out loud and flies into the bathroom, "What are you doing up late at night? Go back to bed"

"I've changed again after 15 years. Look!" Adrien revealed he has transformed.

Plagg noticed his skin look a little pale and his fangs grew, "Oh, boy. Is this real again?"

"I'm afraid so. The deity was in my head and told me about an imminent threat" Adrien said.

"Not him again. It's like you are his favorite and what is this threat he's talking about?" Plagg asked.

"I don't know. Whatever it is, it's unnatural. Not even a mortal being can survive it" Adrien said.

"Adrien I heard you....GAAAH!" Marinette came in and shrieked in horror.

"AAAHHH!!!!" Adrien screamed too.

"You're a vampire!" Marinette gasps.

"I wish I was not again. Oh, god!" Adrien paced back and forth to calm down, "Stay calm, stay calm. Oh god"

"My god!" Marinette was just as shocked.

"Milady, the same deity that resurrected me now wants me to be a vampire one last time. There's a big threat coming. I don't know what it is but I don't want to lose you and our kittens again. Please believe me" Adrien begged.

"I believe you, Adrien. I'm worried too" Marinette hugs her husband.

"It's gonna be alright, Princess," Adrien said.

"Please tell me you're craving for blood again," Marinette said.

"The deity said that he heavily reduced it and I'm immune to the sun," Adrien said.

"We have to find out tomorrow Adrien," Marinette said.
